Download "official twrp app" from play store, you can select the device, the app gives you the link. 3.2 is the latest.

I have been researching in several forums of the specialty, but, unfortunately, I cannot find an answer. Is there any custom recovery (TWRP, Pitch Black, Orange Fox, etc.) functional for the Redmi K30 4G?
There is a multilingual rom available, but there is no way to install it due to lack of recovery. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to do one...
Anyone know how to help?

Yes it is possible just find and flash the fastboot rom for your device from xiaomiʼs official site
