Hello, my GT-P5100 is soft bricked. I can access download mode and recovery mode with no issues. But when i boot up the device, sometimes it stays on the tab model and sometimes it reaches the Galaxy area but it freezes and reboots itself back to the model. I tried factory reset, dalvik cache, and both combined but it still didn't work. I even flashed stock rom with odin, Odin had the passed message but the tablet was the same. I factory reset with dalvik cache after the flash but still nothing. What can i do?
Any help would be appreciated

I just flashed I9300XXEMA2_I9300NEEEMA1_NEE and cf-auto-root. While i was setting up my phone, freezing some apps in Titanium backup, it crashed to a black screen with the notification bar visible. I had to pull the battery and now when i reboot i get stuck at the last Samsung logo in the boot process.
I can enter download mode, but not recovery. I`ve tried reflashing the above firmware twice( with Odin, no errors), but still stuck on Samsung logo.
Any way to revive my phone ?
Thanks
after reflashing, if it succeeded, go to recovery and do a factory reset
Cheers
I couldent enter recovery after flashing just the firmware, i just tried flashing cf-auto-root again wich did the trick.
I did a factory reset and its now booting again
Thanks again
wipe cache and dalvik and factory reset

OK i was having a lot of problem with my samsung s3. It was hanging a lot. The phone hangs every time. so was fed up with that a lot.
So i tried to factory reset from the reset menu. The phone switched off and after restarting it is not booting. It gives error - No command with a green adnroid laying down.
I dont know about the firmware version and modem and etc. But it was on the India Stock Rom no root.
I am able to go to the download menu only, no booting and no reovery mode..
Flash a stock firmware with Odin, then factory reset again in recovery.
Hi, I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and everything was working fine. A couple of months later, I put the tablet in airplane mode because I didn't want to drain the battery when I wasn't at home. When I got home and removed it off airplane mode, the device appeared to be frozen so I held the power down to restart it; this normally fixed most issues I've had with it.
Only this time, it boots to the screen with the Samsung logo and is just stuck there. I was wondering since I did root my tablet, is there any way to restart it properly without doing a factory reset which will cause me to lose all my data/apps, etc...
Did you try to restart device from recovery?
Could you please describe what you mean by boot to recovery?
Hold power+volume down, you will be directed to recovery, there choose reboot device, if that wont help try factory reset, or flash stock rom through Odin
Any solutions that would not wipe the data?
If not is there a way for me to access the data and save it prior to me doing the factory wipe like hooking it up to my pc and transferring the data?
I have recovery but noticed I never took a backup. I am wondering if I did a backup now and did a factory wipe; would it wipe out the recovery/root? If not; would I be able to restore the backup and get my data back?
I tried the wiping cache but no luck; still just goes to the logo screen and no further.

I had this same problem on my tab. However, I just got out of it using the RECOVERY mode as was explained above.
It will not wipe your data. Just choose the option to reboot the system and that will fix it for you. I had same concern about wiping my data so when I saw that reboot option, I selected it and it has helped to rectify my issues. My tab has finally boot completely and I'm once again able to use my tab.
i own a samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 gt-p5110 , i got it off my cousin who doesnt know anything about tablets etc.. she told me it just broke.
now what the tablet does is when ever i press the power button to power on, galaxy logo appears as normal and it goes straight into recovery mode.
things i tried:
wipe factory data
tried wipping cache but tablet said "error" and rebooted so i installed twrp custom recovery and wiped cache with no problems this time, but table issue didnt solve
flashed stock firmware via odin ( 2 different ones) stil same issue after succecifull flash, tablet would reboot and the green android man would appear saying "updating" but then would say "error" and reboot back to stock recovery with "no command" at the buttom of screen.
any help highly appreciated.
my tablet have been having issues, so i tried factory resetting it. Instead of resetting, it opened recovery mode. so i reboot it and it goes back to the same state it was before. i try to reset again, this time i perform a hard reset myself, nothing changes. goes back to the same state. i then flash it using sp flashtool and no changes occur it boots back up to the same state as it was before. i try to erase remotely using find my device and still the same thing happens, but now it keeps unmounting and erasing on reboot so there is this loop that is occuring every 50 seconds after reboot. please help.
