I read on Amazon (regarding the LG CPR-120 wireless charging cover) and on the ATT LG V10 XDA forum that LG manufactured the V10 using a defective IDT P9025A wireless charging chip and the result is that the wireless charging fails in short order (after up to a week). But someone over on the ATT version XDA site reported that he bought his V10 in February 2016 and he's not having any problems with the chip failing. So, I'm wondering if in later production of the V10, LG updated the chip to a non-defective version (the IDT P9025AC).
Is anyone NOT having problems with wireless charging? If so, can you say when you bought the phone (or the date of manufacture)? Also, if you have a back or charging sticker recommendation, that would be helpful as well.

Ya I'm on the Verizon side I bought the door from Amazon and I posted a big warning about the faulty chip Set Used witch was the same one from the G4 and the chip manufacturer wrote LG telling them to stop using it and use there new one to stop them from burning out. But LG didn't lesson they continue to use the faulty ones in our device. So we end up with the same out come. No QI charging after a while. Mine burnt out in less then a week.

Hi i have lg g2 mini d620r and after changing the digitizer with 2 digitizers from ebay (5-10 euro each) when i press the power button to power on the phone the display just light up and the colors doesnt display anything and it shuts down.
In addition the controller cheap of the digitizers some times overheats.Please help if you can
Good day to you guys..im using V30+ on andoid 7.1.2 and yesterday as my phone was charging i noticed 20 minutes later that my phone was not lighting anymore as if it was bricked...tried changing cables and charging adapter to test but it was completely off.All vol down+ power 20seconds techniques arent working...its not even being recognised by Pcs so im wondering if i have fried the motherboard somehow? is there any solution to such a problem or i have to buy a new motherboard? 930DS....it pains me to have a month old lifeless phone
Well, my Rog Phone 1 512gb had a battery time of an hour or so and a non functional bottom USB so I bought a new and probably fake battery and port.
I bungled the opening procedure and cracked the display to the point och it being all black, but the phone works with external display.
Oh, the back is also cracked.
I have a bunch of accessories such as the gamevice and mobile dock along with a battery.
The question is easy, A new display costs around $60.
Is it worth it to repair the phone in 2022/2023 since it is both old and have limited updates?
It will primarily be used for media such as movies and gaming (cloud and emulation).
