Gpay works, dont know about other banking apps. you tell

Only ROM installation.
When connected to a home router without internet access, I receive a very loud voice message in a language I don't understand. How to turn it off?
---edit---
You cannot add a notification of a lack of internet connection to exceptions,
but you can turn it off by:
Settings -> Superior Goodies -> Notifications -> Noisy notifications if screen on (swip and off).

I repeated the installation again.
The first step after the first start is to set up the autorotation from the quick settings and the autorotation of the desktop and then logged into the router without access to the internet.
I received the same Pikachu notification in the previous and first official version of SuperiorOS.
I don't know how it's possible that it works differently for you.
Do you receive a text notification about the lack of internet and do not hear the sound message? Unbelievable.
Never mind. I managed. Thank you for a great ROM. :good:

downloaded, I will try it soon

GPS does work in this ROM.

Hey, right now rocking the latest MSM Extended Q ROM which suffers from a bug that crashes System UI when playing audio.
Is this bug present here as well? Looking to switch to this ROM

I don't know if the ROM with the error you are describing should be released at all.
SuperiorOS is stable.
I'm not saying it's bug-free because every ROM has them, but you can trust the experience of the development team.
We received the ROM well thought-out, refined and with a long period of support. This is not a ROM-comet that appears and disappears.
I listen to flac sacd and do not know the problems described in other threads.

No plans to add LOS SU, Magisk is the preferred root solution and that may be built in at a later time. I'll take a look at Google Camera sometime tomorrow.

Screw'd was created to be a more optimized and speedy ROM for Nexus & Pixel devices. We combine the best features with a slimmed down base to give you one of the fastest, feature-filled ROMs available. Screw’d is updated, compiled, and tested daily to ensure that we use the latest, stable code base straight from AOSP (Android Open Source Project). This means that we stay up-to-date with Google’s security patches and features, and we’ll never add code that isn’t required. We also post ALL of our source code so you can see all of the changes we make, and even compile Screw’d yourself. Although Screw’d was originally created for Nexus devices in mind, it is possible to port our ROM to work with other devices. As proof, we have ported Screw’d to non-Nexus devices such as the OnePlus 5.

Great build... Thanks a lot dev... For bringing another rom for potter.. Spending your precious time on working for the development of rom.
This ROM is looking & running really nice so far, have just installed & setup but with no issues at all. You should mention the KCAL support in default kernel, and I also greatly prefer the stock/square-or-default-shape icons. Never thought I'd be this glad to get screw'd!
Very nice ROM still didn't find any issues working very well thanks dev
awesome job on putting omniswitch into this; afaik, this is the only rom other than omni that has it!
has anyone tested microg on this? also, my nano or higher on the gapps?

I'm using the micro 20180423 gapps with no issues, but don't use microg. Where is omni switch? I don't see any icon and can't find it in the custom settings. I'm using Lawnchair launcher though, so if it's part of the Pixel launcher that would explain why I can't.
Anybody having BT calling issues? I haven't flashed yet but want to try this out but that is important to me. If anybody tries please give feedback. Thanks in advance

No, omniswitch is not there yet but it may be planned to add in the future, maybe OP can say. I haven't compared everything else on the features list but believe most of it is available in the current version.

Yeah, just flashed and can confirm omniswitch is nowhere... irritating because that's the reason I flashed. Looks like it's back to Omni...
Can't receive or make calls!!!
I'm retired & mainly use my land line but noticed today that incoming cell calls weren't ringing but going straight to voicemail, then when trying to call vm the call immediately ends, and trying a couple other outbound calls the same thing happens. Restored my Validus backup and all calling is working fine with the same exact setup. It may be something just affecting me or a bad install, but are others able to make/receive calls ok?
EDIT: Problem solved by resetting preferred network type to Global, had changed it to LTE.

I have seen this issue with the ROM, as well. I clean flashed and mobile network was not working (att). I restarted and the network came back. You may want to try that. Once working, it seems to be stable.

Had the exact same issue as you, was traveling at the time and my data just crapped out. Couldn't reconnect even after reboot, only changing roms fixed the issue. US unlocked 64GB variant and cricket wireless.

I found the problem which was self-inflicted - under preferred network type I had changed it from Global to LTE (usually there is a different short 3-choice list there where I always select LTE) thinking it was set incorrectly, so after reselecting Global my cell calling works fine. Actually my cellular data was working well despite that wrong setting yesterday while I was out, but I didn't use it for very long.

Not here - made no cellular setting changes. After first boot, radio icon was empty and calls/texts were not possible. WiFi was fine. I cold booted phone and all is well, since.

Hello
was anyone checking it on this?
because it does not work with me, unless I'm doing something wrong
I did it by the manager at twrp. there was no framework folder in the system, so I added it and threw qti-telephony-common.jar into it, but after reboot, what I did and it did not work

Hey @SimplyJeevS the rom is great but for me
I mostly rely on my mobile data instead of wifi every thing works just fine rom stability is great good battery life geting nearly 3.5 hrs of sot
Battery drains mostly because every time i have to reboot phone to get mobile data active i m sure its lineage os bug since this rom is based on lineage os
This rom just little bit of effort done to fix the problem with mobile data so that it i switch back to aex since it has bo data connection issues hoping you fix issue soon
I have also tried aviraxp telephony jar fix sure it fix no signal bar issue

temparory u can do this to save your reboot n make things fast n less annoying
install any terminal emulator app
type su (hit enter)
type killall rild (hit enter again)
after 1 or 2 seconds later everything will be fine again! hope this help!cheers!
(edit: fixed that issue)
The ROM is amazing and loaded with features. As this is an initial build, there are a few issues.
Battery Drain is high on idle and there is some delay when unlocking the phone. Lock screen to homescreen transition.
There is a gap between the status bar & the top of the screen when its pulled down (just like in DOT OS which was fixed later), I hope this gets fixed in the next build.
other than that everything is fine. (used the Gdrive file and replaced in system/framework for signal bar, its working now)

Android 10 has face unlock (trusted face)??
Google Pay isn't working, but the customization options are good.
Few questions, will this dirty flash over abhijit1998 Unofficial 16.09.2019 Havoc 2.9 build?
Would I then need to update Gapps with Android 10?
Does this / will this get Moto Actions?
Will you long time support this Shivvvv with regular updates / fixes?
Also wdym about "Cancer is up"?
Thanks - Josh
I've got error 7 in TWRP 3.3.1.0
Where is FM radio in this ROM??
How can I get it

VoLTE is working.
And you can change the lockscreen clock by long pressing on home screen and selecting Styles and Wallpapers.

I tried it. Installation will abort because of device check. I even tried modifying anykernel.sh to disable device check, but this resulted to boot error. Dirty flashing ROM was the only way I got it to boot again.

Thanks!
Didn't think of a device check, but worth knowing (with a backup first to make restoration easier if it doesn't work...)

Error 7 is always, always a bad download. No matter what device, no matter what rom. It's a bad download.

Spoiler
-Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
->The updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.
-How do I root this ROM?
->We recommend Magisk
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGApps and NikGApps
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with the latest security patches and new features.
-Adaway is not working
->Download it from here Adaway
-SElinux Linux mode changer app is not working nor Busy Box installer app is working.
->Everything is good with the sources. You should try other things first and then contact your maintainer.

The only bug I found is that SMS messages are not working, so, I can't receive any sms (tryed from another phones to mine), so I couldn't set up my google account waiting for the sms code to verify.
Other than that, rom is very nice, hope it get fixed.
Thanks for your work.
Had sms issues too, and also the play store seems not working, kept on stuck on 99% download or pending, try clear data on google play and google play service, same issues, tried reboot also same, clean and reflash many times, same issues
Maybe a Play Store Update will help.
In Play Store go to Settings -> Tap on the Play Store Version.

Hi! Glad You Liked It!
Can you check if its something regarding your Carrier settings/ APN Settings..
I Just checked mine and it seems fine..
I remember that in olden days (2018ish) I had the exact issue with custom roms and adjusting my APN settings seemed to work..
Also please provide logs so that i can look deeper if necessary

Hello! Thank you!
Stay Home! Stay Safe! Wear A Mask!
not working, tap on it, said newer version will be installed, waited for 2 hours, nothing happen things still get stucked, what is happening on custom roms lately, is it because of oss vendor? i've tried other custom, there are much more issues compared to last time before any oss build.
i've flashed the full recovery stock miui, then flashed to A11 firmware 12.0.8 EAA and proceeded to aospextendned which having this play store issue
havoc os with flameapps (infitely booting), havoc with nikgapps (nikgapps error 1 or storage space is full)
what step do i missed out from miui to oss build?
APNs are ok. Phone makes and receive call, but no SMSs. Don't know how to make logs.

So this doesn't use oss vendor or needs decryption with DM force.zip?
