You have to change the Modem config!
Install the App "Activity Manager", google for it.
In the App search for "Modem config".
Try several Configs, reboot the Phone.
For me, "de" (See Attachment) works, i'm on 3.

I just installed this update yesterday and now the screen touch doesn't work anymore, if I slide my finger on the screen it justs counts as a lot of différent taps.
Did this happen to anyone or anyone know how to fix it ?

No, I did wipe (in the recovery mode I get when holding volume up while powering up) and now the touch is not working for a few hours after a reboot but works afterwards.
My phone is a global EU btw

Microphone not working with apps like Google search : ' cannot access microphone'
Vidéo not working too because cannot connect media, i think it is linked with the microphone.
Beside this it works (call, sms, wifi, LTE,... )
We have to wait for the good kernel...

I didn't face any issues with phonecalls, just signal maybe was lil bit weaker than on latest chinadev beta

Then you're doing something wrong, it works for RR if ur doing it right, I tried it. Make sure to set permissions properly. You can find threads on XDA about how to set those permissions.

You'll find the option to activate root in the latest cyanogen ROM's in the developer options, tap the build number in phone information 7 times and the developer options get activated in settings. Look for the setting root access, chose "Apps and ADB" there. You don't need to flash SuperSU

it's weird. on my device I stuck in choosing languange. my device is mi5 prime (3/64) and I install alpha6 version
i tried it . it was good but nothing to do with rom. no whatsapp no games and i can not load any andorid aplication. at youtube somebody say they can bu it didin't work . so i return back android.

these are what i did.
I couldn't find the cm13 download links, I tried with with lineageos but ended up in a bootloop. Could you send the links?

Aliendalvik (aka android support) in Sailfish is property software only in official saifish builds on Jolla devices. In ported roms it's not included due to some certification issues.
There's sfdroid to use android in sailfish, but i could not get it work. Probably because it's in alpha state and cant install apps.

I have already unlocked the bootloader and flashed the rom into my 9se which I bought it in Guangzhou,China. It works well and no any issues.

Yesterday night I got OTA notification but today it is pulled off.
Maybe they found an issue or do upgrade/testing in phases.
Did anybody observed a serious issues after the update?

Why don't you try. Extract boot.img, patch from Magisk Manager and flash by Fastboot.
You don't risk anything - if it doesn't boot you flash stock boot.img back.
There is a thread with instructions and everything (for MIUI 10, 11), I think some already reported they did for MIUI 12

i try installing twrp (twrp-3.3.1-12-davinci-mauronofrio) and them magisk 20.4 and always results on a bootloop. Maybe not the correct ones?¿

Why don't you use official TWRP v3.4.0, there is even v3.4.0.1 from mauronofrio, and IMO the best v3.4.0.1 from brigudav
Again, I would patch boot.img and then flash magisk_patched.img from Fastboot (or from TWRP), but mileages can vary
