I bought my Blackview P10000 pro last year, didn't had any problems until i installed Hola Launcher, it gaved some instability of my phone but i didn't mind it, thought it was normal... Until i wanted to reboot my phone, doing so, with screen locked (seequence lock) and after the restart the phone bypasses the first blackview logo, when the animation starts, it cycles to about 75% of the load animation before it completely stucks and comes out an error that i need to try again, otherwise execute a factory wipe because of some files are corrupted.
i never rooted my phone
it's a MediaTek CR-U00, android 8.0 or 8.1.0 can't remember
i can access the recovery menu, fastboot doesn't work
Is there a solution to recover the bootloader and make the phone start again? i haven't made a backup on the phone and i really don't want to point on the last option..Wipe to factory settings.

I have a Umidigi Crystal (2/16) and it´s not booting anymore.
How that came is a long story.:crying:
I got the phone, wanted to root it and while I was enabling usb debugging in developer options, I noticed you can root it from there as well.
I have no idea whether thats a Umidigi special or if that was seen on other phones too, basically I had a slider option to enable root access.
After a reboot, SuperSU was installed automatically, root checker, file explorer and rom toolbox worked fine with it but I actually rooted to get Xposed Installer.
That worked very well too, only did I want to have a custom recovery to prepare my phone in case of a bootloop.
So I followed these instructions.
I hadn´t unlocked the bootloader by the time and since the instructions said I would have to unlock it I did that first using these instructions.
Everything worked as expected but from this point on, on the pre-bootanimation picture my screen would say
Code:
Orange State
Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted
Booting in 5 sec...
As everything else was the same as before, I just ignored it.
Then I moved on to installing TWRP by, again, these instructions.
The process seemed to work but after finishing, I was unable to boot into recovery mode, my phone would just boot into the normal OS(which still worked by the time).
I wanted to get around that by using this app but because of the unlocked bootloader my phone was factory reset
and I had to root again.
I was going for the same way I already did it beforehands and I was asked to reboot again.
After that point, my phone was stuck in the pre-bootanimation screen saying it´s orange state thingy again and would just stay there forever.
I tried installing the stock rom from here ((2/16 - V1.0_20171026)) to get rid of the root setting I enabled.
Now I get the pre-bootanimation screen with the orange state text again and after 5 seconds it keeps the background image but the text disappears.
Thats where it´s stuck for like 3 hours now.
When I press the power key a couple of seconds, that loop starts again, I can´t turn the phone off.
Things I can still do:
•Reboot (holding the power button, still get stuck the same way though)
•Access a PC, the internet, an SD Card and electricity
•Charge the phone
•I still have all the drivers on my PC properly installed
Things I can´t do
•Keep the phone turned completely off
•Boot into fastboot, recovery or normal OS
•Get the PC to recognize my phone (not even the adb)
What I want (if possible in that order):
•Boot into literally any OS
•Use the current OS or any custom rom
•Have root access without the developer option method
•Have TWRP
•Unlocked Bootloader
I know, I ask for a lot but this is the only phone I have right now and I badly need it.
Getting it to boot again is really the primary goal here.
Thanks so much to everyone who tries to help me, it really means a lot
Hey guys,
so my Nexus 5x all of a sudden shut itself down all of a sudden and was stuck in a bootloop (in this case I'm talking about the thing always booting until the Google logo and then restarting itself). Fortunately for me the device was still unlocked (but for some reason I didn't have TWRP installed anmore...) so I tried to install an earlier factory img. Turns out I didn't have enough space on my phone to unpack, so being a smartass I thought 'Hey, locking the device wipes all of my stuff.' Well... Should have thought about how to unlock it again.
Current state is:
1 the phone boots until Google logo and then is stuck (no more rebooting though)
2 when I try to enter Recovery mode it boots until Google logo and then reboots to state 1
3 the device is locked so I can't flash anything from my PC
So does anyone have an idea what's left to do other than smashing the thing against the wall, burning it to ashes and dancing around the fire? I am currently messing around with those instructions
https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-5x/help/guide-fix-bootloop-locked-bootloader-t3608679
but it doesn't seem I can unlock the phone from my PC (which was what I guessed but I'm pretty much clutching at any straw now...)
Thanks in advance
Hello Everyone,
I own a Motorola quark XT1225 64GB indian version. I had earlier rooted it and installed Lineage OS 14.1 (Unofficial) in it. The installation was without any issues and worked for few months then one day i pressed the power button to turn on the phone and it went into a boot loop and nothing would work. i gave it to a repair shop and he installed android 6.0.1 in it and gave me back. But my phone wont connect to WIFI and later i found out that there was no IMEI or any network related information left in it. only the OS booted and nothing else was working. Even the Developer options were not available as for some reason tapping the build number was not giving any result. he refused to fix it. I tried a factory reset from the settings menu with no result. even the recovery was not available any more in the phone. I tried installing new android stock images both for android 5 and 6 first from RSD lite and fast boot mode which kept failing and then i tried it using the command promt. After installation was complete the phone rebooted and android appeared with erasing written under it but then it went into boot loop and would keep restarting every time android appeared. I tried installing TWRP recovery from the command promt the initial image of the recovery appears but then next second it says unable to mount data and keeps rebooting again and again. Kindly suggest ways to fix my OS as well as have my IMEI restored.
Really need help.
Thanks a lot.
Good evening,
My Huawei Ascend G620s running on Android 4.4.2 won’t boot up. It’s stuck on Huawei Ascend boot screen. The device is unrooted, bootloader is locked and has original ROM. Recovery Mode and Download mode are working.
I thought it was a battery problem, because it started doing this about a week ago, but then I still could turn on the phone after numerous tries. Now I’ve changed the battery with a new one, and today it booted up after many tries, but something happened, and the device turned off, and many hour from then and I can’t still boot up.
I have important data that isn’t backed up, so I want to boot it only to backup up it.I tried to make and adb backup, but it says my phone isn’t authorized. I tried following this guide to authorize adb, but it didn't work. It doesn't make me pull the file on the phone.
Please help me I’m desperate.
Thank you in advance.
Hi guys, i need help.
was using my phone this morning and suddenly it restarted itself.
the phone passed through boot icon and went to "almost" into launcher screen.
my phone is rooted and thought that it might be due to software, hence i flashed stock firmware into it.
so now it is in stock rom and stock recovery.
but the phone still restarts.
it will still pass through the boot icon and since it is fresh installed, it goes to the setup screen, but from the the phone restarts again.
it seems like it restarts everytime it finish boot.
thinking that it might be screen issue, so i go into (stock)recovery mode, i try to navigate around in it by going to wipe phone, install from storage, and the phone doesnt restart.
please advise what might be the cause or issue since i had already flashed stock rom, so i guess rom isnt a problem, and phone doesnt restart when it is in recovery mode...
