Samsung Galaxy A50 - Samsung Galaxy A50s Questions & Answers

I have the Samsung Galaxy A 50 phone and to turn on the phone I always have to swipe to open the phone operate even with no security.
I can't find anyway around this even after going to Samsung Service Centre.
Is it possible any way without damaging the phone to turn it on without have to swipe ?
All my previous android phones turned on to the home screen
Any help would be appreciated

It isnt avaliable on the SGS2 yet afaik.
You have 2 choices:
1. wait for someone to port it
2. port it yourself
If you on about the pattern lock you need to go into settings and security > change screen lock entry password or pin if you have set one up for your screen lock. Now set up screen lock> Paattern and follow the instructions..

[Q] How to change the home button

Hello!
My home button on the galaxy s2 is dead. Is there a method to change it? The only way I found is to change the whole LCD screen. I cant believe there is no other way
Thanks!
I dont know about the display it self but the design of the mobile phone suggests that you need to remove the display in order to get acces to the button below.
I can confirm this. The screen needs to be removed in order to replace the home button.
Removing the screen is NOT easy....the chances of breakage are very high. If the phone is under warranty, that is your best bet........

It is possible to bypass the lock screen on the S3 allowing an indivdual full access to the phones features
==============Steps to recreate==============
1) On the code entry screen press Emergency Call
2) Then press Emergency Contacts
3) Press the Home button once
4) Just after pressing the Home button press the power button quickly
5) If successful, pressing the power button again will

[Q] Samsung Galaxy S III Screen Possibly Faulty ?

I have looked at the forums and I can make a space cadet promise that I did not find anything similar to what I want to ask. So here it goes:
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 which is just 4 months old. I use it for casual gaming and mostly for reading books, etc.
I have the brightness set to 'auto' and just below the half mark to conserve battery. I also have power-saver mode enabled (limit CPU performance disabled).
There are two things I have observed, one of them is recurring and one just happened a few minutes ago.
1. Every time I press the power button, swipe and unlock the screen I can see a flicker in the screen and three, evenly spaced black lines (very faint) that disappear in a fraction of a second. This is recurring.
2. Just when I pressed the power button to unlock the screen, the entire screen was plain blue for a flash of a second and then there was the lock screen image of the flower. This happened for the first time.
The phone has not been modified in any way. It is a stock phone.
I would like to ask if this is a defect or something
I read online that Galaxy S III is one of the most problematic phones with a large number of recalls. I would like to diagnose the problem early and send it back if there is, genuinely, a problem.
Factory reset and test at default settings .
I read online that Galaxy S III is one of the most problematic phones with a large number of recalls. WRONG

Factory reset and test default settings or take the phone to a service centre .
