Tablet has been running cyanogen fine for a few years. Today it was throwing all kinds of android app errors. I rebooted and it got to the blue arc bobbing back and forth and just sat there. After about an hour of that I powered down, booted TWRP via fastboot, and tried to wipe cache. I got lots of unable to mount errors, so I tried to factory reset and all I get is E:Unable to mount '/... with all the expected partitions listed.
I can't flash anything either. Maybe the emmc is bad? Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is similar to this thread -

However my case seems slightly different.
I can access internal memory through TWRP FIle Manager
OTG is working
I tried to flash -
CM11
CM13
Stock 4.3
Stock 4.1
Korean Factory ROM (Rescue ROM)
but all these fail in ODIN. I have tried latest and v1.85 of ODIN.
Device: GT-I9300
It says 'No OS installed' when I try to reboot.
[UPDATE] Tried this too -
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/solved-pit-bricked-dead-problem-gt-t2535367
use command in terminal twrp
make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p*
* use numbers 5, 8, 9,10,11,12
exaple
make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p5
reboot
but you have symptoms dsd (nand memory dead end)
