My phone storage files is not showing correctly in the recovery mode.. What is the problem?

I am also getting the same problem. Maybe, it is because of encryption. I couldn't access my internal storage on the stock Color os 6 recovery but realme UI stock recovery works fine. Also, the official twrp is having the same problem on realme UI. Someone, please help

I can build the recovery, and can get adb working and such, but image is distorted where the recovery is unusable. I have read this is due to
graphics.c, it needs to be changed to suit my device, so how and what do I change in graphics.c?

When choose a custom folder, It display dialog as blank. No internal storage, no external Sdcard.
How to solve this problem?
me too had the same problem but couldn't find solution anywhere so i started flashing custom roms .... and now it's my addiction
Please Delete! My issue is solved.
So, I found a new thing. It is flashing the image in internal storage itself. My phone was connected to computer, I went into fastboot and then just powered it off, then it showed a charging screen and the TWRP screen flashed. Then device just showed up in my PC. The things it is showing in my phone's storage are:

EDIT: IT ONLY INSTALLS IN /SDCARD PARTITION WHEN USING CM 12.1

My device is hauwei mate 7 it's not rooted and I didn't install anything to it like any other firmwares or something its stuck on recovery mode I click reboot system now and it reboots back to recovery mode I would like to get it working without formatting my device since I don't have a backup please help?
