If we see the cloning apps like multi parallel or parallel space etc, they enable us to run cloned apps on our device for that they must be changing the device id for the clone app or just assigning a new one to it, since these apps don't need ROOT to run, why can't we change the device id for a specific app without root then?

Looking at modifying motorola droid turbo for more of a single user type device would like to remove the Dialer, Google Play, access to the Location Settings. I know the application I want to use could be made into a device administrator. But would like a few other apps to be able to run at the same time don't really want to use settings or users. What people thoughts? firmware suggestions?
Hello, i went across such rom but cannot recall the name.. It lets you run multiple instance of the same app, perhaps storing data in another user account..? I really need that Thanks.

I assume you mean Multi-window. Afaik, Android 7.0 support Multi-window, some OEM like Samsung allow some device to do so since Android Lollipop.
It also depend how much ram that your device has, Multi-window generally require ram, hope these information help
No it is NOT multi windows. This is really multi instance of the same app. Like having 2 data folder for the same user account & same app.

Hello everyone
I'm switching from an Android emulator to another and want Google to recognizes my new emulator as the same device, and I was wondering which value(s) do I have to copy from my current emulator to the new one in order to accomplish that.
I looked into it and found that there are a lot of values that differs devices from each other like Android ID, GUID, UUID, fingerprint, etc, and of course brand and model. But I'm not sure which value that makes Google see a device as a specific one.
And help is appreciated.

Maybe fingerprint? Like the Android certification check with Android ID, which takes access from playstore, if you are on custom rom without registration.
So I currently have a Tmobile Note 8 that I just found out that rooting it will prevent me from installing apps like bank apps and using samsung pay. I also have an At&t Note 10 plus for work but I dont want to root it as if something happens how will I explain it to my boss lol. So being that my Note 8 is 3 years old I decided that it's time to upgrade to a new phone. My question is what phone can I buy that I will still be able to install bank apps and keep using google or samsung pay. I'm open to any suggestions
Thank you
David
these guidelines will help
--- find out if rooting is easily available for the phone
--- take a look at extant ROMs and see what are the problems associated with those ... in the latest update and how easy it is to fix them or else live with them
--- broader the user base better it is find support available for various issues
--- coming to your question on banking apps it has nothing to do with what phone you want to buy
if you root that phone and the banking app has various checks and balances to detect root you may not be able to use it. with passage of time banking apps are clamping down on root detection and unfortunately Evasive measures are not sufficient so those fighting for root and wanting to use banking apps ... are on the losing side

Is there any way for me to bypass an app to think I'm an entirely new android device?
These are all the things the app tracks to see if you're a new user or not. I have a rooted android.
I tried using android faker, app cloners, device emulator pro, and island. The app still detects something's suspicious. I've been trying to figure this out for months, please help.
(btw im a new android user so excuse me)
if you want to message me privately discord: atikra
May be the app in question checks the device ID of your Android device, which can make it appear as a new device .
If that is true then note that suppressing the checking of device ID by an app is not recommended, as it may violate the terms of service of the app and could potentially harm your device. However, if you still wish to proceed, you may be able to achieve this by modifying the app's code or using a third-party app that can modify the app's behavior. Please note that modifying an app's code can be complex and may require advanced technical knowledge. Additionally, it's important to remember that any modifications made to an app may cause it to behave unpredictably or even stop working altogether.
