When i face time. If i play music (speaker) . My friend dont hear me clear. Or if i play game with voice chat ,mic dont clear. Please tell me how to fix it. thanks

Hi,
I've bought a new I9100 but I got a weird problem.
While recording videos, the device doesn't record audio at all.
I tried the voice recorder to check whether the mic is working or not and it the app recorded my voice like charm.
Is there a problem with my device's hardware or software?
Are there any fixes?
I downloaded LGcorder from the market but the same problem VIDEO without AUDIO.
I tried to use the phone headphones but nothing works.
All volume settings are ok.

They never work, i dont know if this is a software or hardware problem.
I can make a call listen people, but they dont listen. No voice recording to.
Any rom will fix this or need to be open?

Hello, i have problem with Skype on Xperia Z2, if i missed call (in skype), top speaker will off and would work only for phone calls, but if listen music, play video and game would work only bottom speaker, if sign out from skype and close it in multitask, top speaker will work again.
I asked this question on Skype forum, no one answered, maybe here someone know how fix that problem?
