I am a very big fan of this sound mod, but i coudn't find any development for this sound mod.
Have been through one of the post mentioning about using Vmos to use this mod but no luck.
Can some developer help me on how to install this mod with root on latest android 10 with Realme UI

I think you must install the magisk module for V4A. I haven't rooted my device, so I can't test it.
You must go into your Magisk app (I think you have Magisk, if your device is rooted ), then go to "downloads" and look for Viper4Android. After you installed it, reboot your device and enjoy
It's the normal procedure of installing a magisk module, so it should work.
And keep me up to date!

Install Viper first (HiFi results), then Voodoo Sound from Play Store (Volumes increased), lastly, install Dolby Digital Plus (Surround Sound). These three will work great and will give you the best music experience everrrr!!!

I'm trying to install V4A, but there is no "music effects" under sound settings. (also, i could not locate the specified lines under build.prop - but the instructions say to skip the step if i cannot find it).
I tried installing "MusicFX" via PlayStore as it was suggested as a solution in another thread, but I still don't have this setting option.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I was trying o reply to another guys post but was redirected to here. I have the same problem the app was working great since July but then it lost its equalizer settings in google music player. I mean, the whole equalizer settings is grayed out when Bluetooth headset is connected. the sound from it now sounds horrible. i have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. put it into fx compatibility mode . restarted everything it still is grayed out. how do i fix this. i have changed nothing on the phone. google music player updated and it was like this after that. the speaker and headphones work fine but the bluetooth headset sound doesnt work anymore..

I have an issue... Sort of. V4A doesn't process the audio in tunein. Or an music oriented app must have an option that invokes the system audio processor in this case v4a, because tunein doesn't have a related option?

i got a Note 4, and have a similar problem, but mine is with Spotify. V4A was working perfectly on S4 same software versions for Spotify and V4A. I've been trying all sorts to get it to work, but no joy. The thing is it works fine on Google Music, so i know it works on the Note 4, just don't know why it doesn't work on Spotify.

I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Light SGH-T399, rooted, running Metro PCS SGH-T399N Kit Kat 4.4.2, Xposed and Wanum. I installed the latest Stericson Busy Box v1.22.1 to system/xbin and it works from Terminal Emulator. I installed VA4 to /system/priv-app and rebooted but VA4 reports a problem with busy box and cannot install drivers. Any suggestions welcome.
Main app page says use V4A FX v2.2.3.0 on android 2.3-4.4 and V4A XHIFI v2.1.0.2-1 on android 2.3-4.3. Is this still correct? Do I need to use FX on kit kat 4.4.2?

Looks like I needed version 2.3.3.0 because installed it, rebooted, and now I have V4A notification and the driver installed successfully. Rebooting...
No good, keeps asking to install driver after each reboot...
I'm not having any luck installing V4A on my Samsung, rooted, KK device. I get the install driver loop which has been attributed to an incomplete root. Can anyone recommend a similar or alternative app?

I cant install v4a driver. When I touch on install/uptdate it says that busybox is not installed and check my device is rooted. Help???
My device is root (superSU) and busybox installed.
Its work really well in my LG p715 L7ii
I use my earphone from my LG usually its sound flat and minimum bass, after i use viper DDC setting in V4A FX i change it until i found the perfect one for me i really love this app fitures make my cheap earphone and smartphone better lolXD

I found a problem with this mod for XT1771. Let me first state that most rooted apps seem to work with this mod. However, when installing Rom Manager, I received a notification that it had no superuser access. Then, after installing Xposed framework, my Phone hung at its start screen, and now it won't boot anymore.
DON'T INSTALL XPOSED FRAMEWORK USING THIS MOD!!!

Let me correct you buddy. Twrp is a custom recovery which allows you to wipe and install certain things.
Such a crap. First you need to know whether Xposed framework working in your device or not. Before giving negative review do some research. I can give you the recovery. Rest of the problems aren't mine and should be resolved by you.

I have tried FORTNITE in my LeEco Le Max 2 with different Roms like AEX, Arrow, Nitrogen, and others; As a result, whenever they jumped from the parachute, they send me to the game room with an error message.
I have already tried to get in touch with Epic Games and they directed me to a chat room to expose the issue without paying attention to the problem.

First you have to uninstall every app which requres root access. then you have to hide your magisk manager from magisk settings. The easiest way is to unroot your device, download magisk uninstaller zip from magisk website and flash it an d you're good to go. I will recommend you to play fortnite on Android Oreo rather than on Pie, Fortnite is definitely not optimized well for Pie. I play on le max 2 AEX oreo rom and it works fine.
No you don't have to uninstall every root app. Just hide magisk and you're good to go

First, you need the Google Certificate if you're in a Custom Rom:
google. com/android/uncertified/
Second, ensure that you are passing Safetynet in the Magisk application.
Third, activate Magisk Hide for game installer and fortnite application.
Google Certificate may take a few days, you can check their status in the Play Store settings.
This method worked on my device.

Hey, I wanted to install the Dolby Digital Plus Magisk module on my phone.
I have Magisk version 26.1 (26100) and Ramdisk set to Yes.
I followed from this post (go check it out): https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...us-upd-20211005.3868192/page-97#post-88247617
From there, I downloaded the one for Android 13 (A13). And the Audio Modification Library module (from themagisk.com).
I installed the first one, it was succesfully done.
But the second one, Dolby Digital Plus, it didn't go as planned.
Instead of installing it properly, it said these:
! Ramdisk-Patcher required but not found!
! It's required for direct sepolicy patching
! Will use boot script instead
But, the script one, it stayed on the Mi logo awhile now.
Kept loading and loading forever.
I am using Redmi 10 for this.
Well, HOW DO I DOWNLOAD Ramdisk-Patcher for this Magisk module? From where? I Google searched that, but nothing useful there.
Has someone had this same issue like mine? Please tell me how can I help with that. Thank you so much about this.
BTW, nice Magisk module you got there @Tarif.tk.
Leave me some replies so I can try them and to see if they work.
BTW, I have Android 12 (A12) and MIUI 13 (13.0.10.0).
