Hi all,
for some reason my newly bought ZTE Grand X In doesn't have a Talk app. Probably a huge FAIL of the local distributor or whoever. Can somebody provide a link to a working apk or another solution?

If you are looking for the video chat functionality, i think it's moved to the Google+ app. I found a Talk apk but it only has the chat function. If you still want the apk I'll look up the post here on XDA where I got it from.

I only need the chat Talk app. I'd be grateful for a working apk

Hi. Can anyone suggest a good alternative for hangouts/gtalk? I still use it a lot as most of my friends are on android and I've seen a couple of apps from the store that says they support gtalk but i prefer to hear some user experience of anyone used those. Thanks

hi,
i'm using im + pro for my Google and icq contacts.
you can always go with non-paid version, which has no chat history backup and few things removed.
I also use im+ best alternative app IMHO.

Thanks. That's the first app that came to mind. Gonna try the free app for a few days to see for myself and go pro if I like it.

As most of you know, Facebook chat in its app doesn't work anymore and now you need to install Messenger.
I personally made a simple app to make chat working again in main Facebook app without Messenger.

personally i always reinsatll FB when ever it drag me to install messenger & it work again but now i'll use this one and with no hassle

Hey jinesh, even if package name is the same, digital signature is different. So, will never say update available for Messenger app

Any one who is interested or hasnt got any invite yet can post ur phone nos. in the thread or PM & wait for a call. Before doing that, the pre requisite is that u need to update the app to the latest version. Best thing would be to download the apk from whatsapp website or use the download link below. Thanks. U can also request me thru whatsapp msg.
