The bar level of equilizer get freezed. Sound remains unaffected after Disabling the equilzer.
I once created custom preset and has been freezed since.
Only bass boost and surround are movable but thats also not working.
So, how do i fix this?

It seems like no matter which CM7 build I install which pertains to my SGA phone, the headphone icon turns on in the notification bar and stays on all the time. When I plug my headphones in, the phone's earpiece kicks on as I would like.
My only issue right now is the headphone mode turning on by default with no headphone connected. I have tried various custom CM7 roms including CM 7.2 by KANG and the headphone icon appears in the notification bar for each of these roms.
Is there something I need to do to get the phone off of the headphone default mode. The headphone mode doesn't wanna seem to go away.
I am a noobie so all help would be sincerely appreciated.
There's an option to turn it off in cm settings in status bar tweaks, that should fix it but it won't come on when you have headphones plugged in

I would really recommend a reflash. Have you tried alternative music players?

yes, when i went back to stock then its working fine but when i flash any cm 7 again it shows the same problem.
i have flashed 6-7 times in one day from stock to cm7 and cm7 to stock......also i tried combination of different stock firmware and cm7 but still the same problem........
any suggestion??

someone told me to change the state file to 0 located at "/sys/class/switch/h2w/state"
state - 0 for unplugged, 1 for plugged.
but i am unable to edit the file.....i have tried mount, adb remount and also tried from vi editor but nothing is working

That's weird, but now when I play music on my RAZR (JB 4.1.2) via Poweramp, its notification always overrides Power Toggles' one. I mean Poweramp stays on top and then comes PT being the second. The latter has specially designed "notification priority" feature which is set to 5/5, and it works perfectly until I start Poweramp. I have never faced such problem before as I used both applications and they did not interfere with each other. I don't know what happened, but now they do.
So is there a way to raise PT's notification priority or drop the Poweramp's one instead? May be some "notification priority manager" or anything...
Also got root if that could help.
+tried Notification Toggles app which is similar to PT, but thing was the same, so it's Poweramp issue.
Would really appreciate your help.

My OnePlus 2 (LineageOS 14.1) crashes when I use the volume switch.
Desktop is than back again after a few seconds.
If I try to set time in settings or try to change sounds in settings or many other settings only a small part of the window is to be seen.
Speakers and sounds are ok; I used Volume Ace to check. With this app I am able to change loudness and sounds, strange, isn't it?!?!?
The behaviour when trying to change time or sound you can see at the pictures attached.
I tried with OxygenOS 2.x and the last available version, but the symptoms are the same.
Could a hardware defect be the reason ?
Wipe and cleaning cache befor flashing was done.
Hello guys, Mate 9 user since it launched but just got a M10P last week. Unrooted BLA-L29 8.0.0.141(C636patch01)
I have a few issues and I think it'll be better to put them together here.
1. I feel power saving is more aggressive. Sometimes my WhatsApp only update messages when I open the app. I've set it to manual allowed autostart, also run in background still it does that. Also in network under mobile I've ensured everything is ok.
The above problem also applies to Twitter, yahoo and others.
2. The Mate 9 has an average sound and unfortunately the 10 pro is worse. So I got two apps; volume booster GOODEV (which improved sound level) & Trumedia (which improved sound quality; bass and treble). Unfortunately, they keep going off and I'll have to reopen them. Also at reboots or if I close all open apps.
Is there a way to get them stick and work permanently?
Or is there a very good volume app that doesn't require root?.
3. I use navbar app an also roundscreen corners. Unfortunately, the roundscreen corners app overrides the overlay of navbar app. Is there a way to get them work together?

For Notification & Sync of whatsapp & other application do check ignore Battery optimizations & Launch in battery Settings.It will work for sure.

I have heard of this issue but never experienced it. I recommend leaving whatsapp on Auto in battery settings
I think the Mate 10 has great Sound. Note, that on the highest Volume Level there is a boost. It becomes notably louder but bass is goin away... for best experience use the second loudest. I dont thin you can have those apps running all the time... my mate 10 pro sometimes even kills google maps navigation while driving. I really wonder why they put 6gb ram in this phone lol
I only use the XDA navbar and it keeps working... I dont really think you can have both. Personally, proper corners are one reason why i bought the mate...hated rounded corners on my s8+

Ok, I did that in "special access" settings and it seems to be working though taking it back to auto seems to work also.

You should try adding your Google maps to excepted apps for battery optimization in "special access" settings.
If you're looking to increase volume or have presets then I would recommend equalizer pro. No root required and I'm using perfectly with Spotify.
Other than that I understand you can install the audio fx APK package from lineage but it doesn't work in basic speaker mode.
-In india version of miui 13 Android 12 update. After the update is installed. Music on full volume makes unwanted sound from the top speaker it seems like speaker is no more present. Also the custom notification sounds the same.
Only the pre-set notification tones and ringtones work properly.
-Stock camera is also lagging.
-Gmail app is getting closed each time opend.
-Sending videos on WhatsApp is a pain. You need to restart each time u send a new video. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
