Unfortunately you can't disable the notifications from "Software update" app - the switch is disabled.

But you can try this:
Open Apps and find Software update app
Open Data usage and disable all network access (Mobile and Wi-Fi)
Then open Storage and Clear all storage and cache of this app

That problem is your actual ROM, i was using Nottchatrix and got that error, solved flashing Epinter Rom 10.1.
I searched a lot but did'nt found a way to solve it without flashing a different rom.

Could it be that you meanwhile charged your phone ?
Tap on PowerManagerService.wakelocks and see what is behind it
Thanks. I'm trying to investigate more.
Today I have only tree hours SOT

PS: You shouldn't really be using CM recovery because of all of the bugs. Change to TWRP for fully functional recovery.
OK, I will do it, it's about a simple flash of.zip file in the recovery and then appear the twrp in few seconds?

Yes, you'll just have to choose reboot to recovery.
Hello,
I have a problem with something making app packages all the time on my Note 4 Global. It's more than 1GB of packages and most of them I haven't installed ever on any of my phones. It's really annoying.
I am on latest 8.2.5.0 Global Stable but the same problem was present on 8.2.2.0. I don't have a unlocked bootloader or root.

I think these are the backup apk files... U can simply delete them...
Tried that couple times. They keep reappearing minutes later.
