I managed to root my Black Shark 2 and Black Shark 2 Pro using a more compatible method that should work on any Black Shark 2 / 2 Pro version.
Making a step by step guide will take some effort. Therefore, I will do this only if there are enough users in need of this. So, If you need this please reply to this thread with your Black Shark version.

hello, im interested also for the tutorial step by step how to root the BS2 please.
i start to follow several tutorials on the net but no one work since i'm stack on the fisrt step to unlock booloader.
When using MI Unlocking tool, there is only serial number of the phone noted but a message that it can't read information of the phone.
my BS2 model is SKYW2106020OS01MQ3, buyed in France

From what I know this is a Huawei U9805 model but with an European rom.
So every U9805 trick should work here ....
What does it say in "settings -> about the phone -> model" ?

I have a G615 too, it says HUAWEI U9508 (same as honor 2).
My problem is, i tried rooting using this method, as said in this thread about honor 2 ("How to root without installing new ROM/Gapps:" section), but it didn't worked.
Can't find any info online how to root this phone...
You should root by flashing the chinese recovery first. (works flawless )

If you cant find a root method specialized for your device its a must to try this out before asking:

Apply for unlock privileges when you order the phone because it can take upto 2 weeks to get. Use a valid reason and don't copy reason from other sites.
