SGH-i257: custom ROM for upgrading - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello:
As this is my first posting, I hope I'm doing it correctly:
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (AT&T) SGH-i257. The unit is both unlocked (open lock symbol appears on the screen at each start-up) the unit is also Rooted I have Root Explorer, SuperUser, & APK Installer in my Apps. I want very much to upgrade the unit from KitKat 4.4.2 up to at least Lollipop or Marshmallow, so I am able to use several Apps. that are not compatible with KitKat.
Is the Custom ROM for the SGH-i257M the same ROM for the SGH-I257? (LineageOS ROM Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (GT-I9195, SGH-I257M, SHV-E370K) serranoltexx)?
Many thanks in advance for any help.

I just got one of these for my daughter and I was straight on here looking for a custom rom for her, but the phone isn't even listed yet. It's still too new. I'm sure in a while there will be roms for it, and the phone is equivalent in power to an S4 I think so could run lollipop I'm guessing.
Some HELP ?
Please can someone help to install a custom rom on my A5 i have rooted it but i can't find a custom recovery for it and also can't install a custom rom....

How did you root your A5 bro ? I want to root my A5 but i'm affraid
I want to install a custom rom on my A5 also, i hate touchwiz launcher.
i followed this tutorial and it worked but can't do anything more since there's no custom recovery or roms for the A5 i have one but it's just an improved version of the 4.4.4

What tutorial did you follow ? Yes, without a custom rom we can't do anything.... Let's wait for a while.
Samsung will launch Lollipop soon, but i don't want this with touchwiz launcher.
Thanks for lacking of ROMs. Now I use the phone with stock ROM without even root, and I'm happy. Weird!! )
me tooi have A5 i tried many tutorials to root but only one works is the KINGROOT softwar for pc now its rooted but i cant find any recovery or custom rom hhh
My s4 died and since I'm a poor bastard I ended with an a5 (s5 and s6 still way too expensive)
Phone is not as powerful as an s4... Mine ran cyanogenmod with f2fs and there is no comparison.
A5 is OK... Samsung did shaved some bloatware and the phone is quick enough to not be annoying.
I enjoy using it but sometimes the ok screen get on my nerves (s4 had over 400 ppi... This one us like 290)

[Q] There is any way to put Xposed Framework easy way? 5.0 Lollipop | Galaxy S5

I have some question to ask.
I am overwhelmed by the flashing, recovery, and other method to install Xposed Framework.
I've been looking for an easy solution for 2 days now.
I used the Galaxy S4 and I installed the Xposed Framework without any problem.
I'm unable to install custom recovery from TWRP and any applications.
There is an easy way to install Xposed Framework?
Most Custom Rom are supported other than G900W8 variant.
Can I install custom Rom from my computer to my android (I want to avoid to navigate and modification through my device).
I just want to install Xposed Addition, the steps make myself too hard.
My current device is:
- Samsung Galaxy S5
- SM-G900W8 (Canada model)
- 5.0 Lollipop
- Root with Kingo Root
- Stock Rom
- Not a Touch Wiz

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Straight Talk, Build H1) Jelly Bean 4.1.2 to 4.4 KitKat

So I've successfully rooted my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Straight Talk using TowelRoot and have installed SuperSU. I now want to upgarde to KitKat 4.4, but don't know where to start? I've done alot of reading on this and I understand I have to basically download a ROM of KitKat 4.4, but I am wary as to which one to download and how I go about installing it. I don't want to brick my phone.
If that's not possible or too dangerous, I would at least like to remove all the stock bloatware that came with my phone. My baseband/build number ends in H1, if that is relevant at all.
Thanks!
