I just recently got a bypassed Pocophone from a swap. It runs Eu miui 11 rom android 9. Can i update it to android 10 thru twrp? Or can you suggest me other ways ..

I think it's availability on Lineage also means for all the others based on it. Also this is present on RR too. Now going to flash AOKP for confirmation

The only solution I know is to flash something other than CM Based roms , so basically it's either stock or LOS 14.1 Based ROMs.

Yes, MIUI 11 is based on Android 10 if this one based on Android 9 it is not right this is more like mod then. Not recommending to update it, MIUI 11 Global for Xiaomi MI9t will roll out in a couple of days. The Chinese version is out already.
