I have made some Boot Animations for Motorola phones and would like to share them with the community.
They also come with their own set of Boot Logos, so you don't need to flash any Boot Logo separately in case you are using the Boot Logos I made.
Features :

N/A hidden in Boot Logo
Redesigned bootloader menu
Some other minor changes in boot logo images
These Boot Animations can also be flashed to other Motorola Devices with 1080X1920 screen resolution like:
Moto G4
Moto G4 Plus
Moto G5
Moto G5 Plus
Moto G5s
Moto G5s Plus
Moto X4
Moto Z2 Play
Other Motorola phone users may use the version of the boot animation with motorola written on the image instead of moto g5 plus.
Use VX.0_BA+BL_9-3_by_4 Zip for Moto G5 Plus.
Use VX.1_BA+BL_9-3_by_4 Zip for other Motorola devices.
The file names with DT at the end stand for Boot Logos suited for Dark Theme.
All Boot Animations have been posted on SOURCEFORGE and more would be added in the coming future. The designs have been separated into two folders and further organized inside each folder by version numbers starting with V1. All the zips are functionally the same and you can flash whichever version you like. The only difference is in the text shown on the Boot Logo image. Head down for viewing previews and downloading the boot logos.
Specifications
This pack will only work for custom ROMs
This pack will not work on Stock Motorola ROMs
All the packs contain both Boot Animation and Boot Logo that goes along with the animation
If your ROM has Display Theme based Boot Animation, the corresponding Boot Animation will be automatically played
Flashing another ROM or updating your ROM may remove this Boot Animation. Flash the pack again to get your desired Boot Animation
Existing Boot Animation in your current ROM will be backed up before installing new Boot Animation
If you wish to restore your Boot Animation that came with your current ROM, you can flash Restore Previous Boot Animation.zip given in Boot Animation folder
How to Install (via Custom Recovery)
Download the desired ZIP file to your phone
Boot to your Custom Recovery
Go to Install
Go to the location where you have saved the ZIP file
Install the ZIP file and reboot
Boot Animation Previews
Boot Animation Downloads
If you are unable to download from SOURCEFORGE on your phone, request desktop site from your browser menu to enable download.

How to change boot animation
1. download the zip from the link and place it in sdcard.
2.Now install root browser from this link- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.root.browserfree&hl=en
3.Now in root browser go to home and go to system/media/bootanimation.zip , This is your present boot animation.(make a backup of this anywhere else.)Now replace the bootanimation.zip with the one I have uploaded .
4. Now long press on the same boot animation.zip and select permissions and check all options except the ones which are under special permissions. Check uploaded images.
5. Now try rebooting. You must get your new bootanimation. If not you are always free to ask me.
YOU HAVE A NEW BOOT ANIMATION NOW!!!!!!
NOTE: Incase you want your old boot animation just replace the bootanimation.zip with your back up.:good:

If you happen to be using Android N theme which has it's own boot animation. (or any other theme that has it).
You will need to change to the default animation to see this one.

I don't know how to increase the time.
But for me on the latest xiaomi.eu 6.9.9 (6.0.1), the boot animation time is now to long.

I assume you meant root! Flash the latest SuperSU v2.78 SR1 in TWRP.
Good animition but not HD quality.
When I changed time my phone boot logo.
Flashed Redmi Note 3 boot logo flashable.Zip

Logo is Crack.
Now Phone Start time showed a small duck logo.
But its not good.
I need restored mi boot logo.
Can anyone make a mi restored boot logo's flashable.Zip

The steps as below.
1. Download the boot animation for MIUI website (search from Google is much more faster) and download the bootanimation.zip file.
2. Open Root Browser (or your file manager) app and once inside, locate your original boot animation file (bootanimation.zip) in /system/media.
3. Long-press the file, choose Rename and name it to bootanimation.zip1.
4. Next, browse to the custom boot animation that you want to switch to, copy the zip file to /system/media. Long-press, choose Permission.
5. Tick the boxes as shown in the screenshot below, and press OK. After that, rename the file to bootanimation.zip, if the zip file name is different.
Note: You have to make sure that the file name is correct (bootanimation.zip) for the system to recognize your boot animation, and boot properly.
6. Now you should be able to see two zip files, one, bootanimation.zip (new file) and the other is bootanimation.zip1 (original).
Note: If you ever want to switch back to your original boot animation, delete the current bootanimation.zip and rename the original file back to bootanimation.zip (from bootanimation.zip1).
7. Reboot the device and you will be able to see your new custom boot animation!

your method work are boot animation but my problem are mi (splash) boot logo.
Whatever After flashed miui rom.

I was in MIUI Eu rom, I think the 7.11.23 update change the boot logo/image. Now I'm in RR 5.8.5 I flashed many zip intended for changing boot image but still the Boot image doesn't change.
I have same issue here, after install 7.12.8 firmware. And i'm install pixel splash.img and bootanimation. Bootanimation changed successfully, but boot logo does't change.. Btw, there is " unlocked " text, below the boot logo

it's a new feature from xiaomi actually. if you want to have custom splash image, flash older firmware
Custom boot logo upgrade problem.
My boot logo used to change after I flashed another boot logo but I recently can't change it after flashing to another ROM called 'Alpha Centauri'. I flashed the logo 10 times but all in hell. Can anyone help me out.

Alright, make a clean wipe of your phone,everything. Now flash this firmware: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi..._V9.6.2.0.NCFMIFD_88bb9b1f76_7.0.zip/download (all credits go to this site which is updated with the latest firmware :https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...lopment/firmware-xiaomi-redmi-note-4-t3760917)
Then flash the file below and tell me if it has changed which it should. If it worked keep the same firmware and go to this site(which i got the logo from,credits to them actually) https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...ow-to-change-boot-logo-splash-t3572441/page17
Search for something like this: name_new_firmware and download it or request one icon of your choice for your new firmware
