This is not possible. You will have to backup your important data via cloud storage and/or to a PC for safe keeping. Can't back up the stock rom without a custom recovery. There appears to be no official a6000 plus firmware available, so if you get in trouble, you'll need this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/lenovo-a6000-plus-revert-to-kitkat-t3201282

because i flash the zip file of lenovo yt3 850M in it via TWRP recovery than it becomes dark .....
