I'd check out the spigen slim armor or tough armor.
A71 Case
I just ordered a Spigen, should be here tomorrow
This is my new case for the A71. I think is the best anybody can find for this phone.
Spigen's A71 cases are not compatible with the A71 5G . At least, not at the time I'm posting this. I hope they will add some.
I have Spigen cases on my other phones, love them. I like their A71 Slim Armor case with the built-in kickstand. I hope they will add one for the A71 5G in the future. I am learning, though, that it's not that easy to find good cases for the A71 5G variant.

I think so too. For a small phone like the iPhone SE it is very tolerable but for the a71 I prefer something as small and light as possible.

This is the thinnest one i found. The back is not super grippy since it is textured, but It is great in that it doesn't extend much from the screen which makes edge gestures much easier than other cases (e.g. one I had from spigen). Doesn't add much thickness to the phone and protects from waist height drops.
@wolfy
Is there any amazon store link that can be shipped to Greece this case because from Canada one can't?

Sorry I am not aware of them.
My wife bought this. The lip comes around the screen just a bit more than mine but it's a fine case. It's a trade off between a bit more protection and ease of triggering edge gestures (which the a71 does come supporting out of the box).

This might be more available than the one I have internationally.

Real simple is that the 'r' in 'tr' is for the rounded edges which fits the device's screen a bit better especially when applying a case around it.
thank you. And which of the two is the thinner? Wonder if there will be a glass protector with a 9H rating
Their thinnest is the glas.t Nano, much thinner than the other ones. I'm holding out for that one. The problem with the other ones is they are thick enough that the home button ends up being recessed, and you need a sticker on top of it to bring it flush with the protector. The nano is similar in thickness to plastic film protectors. They have one for the S4, not sure why they are listing the other models for the Note 3 and not the nano.

spigen told me via facebook, it WILL come, but no ETA yet,
I figured it was a matter of time, now I just wish they would step up and make a Slim Armor S-View which others really want as well.
Just for day to day use, I don't do anything too extreme that would put my phone at too much risk. Right now, I'm using a tempered glass screen protector with the Otterbox Defender.
Defender makes it too thick for my tastes, and I want a case that is thinner and more aesthetically pleasing.
If anyone has the Neo Hybrid or other Spigen cases, I would appreciate any experiences with any drops you might have had.
Also, how are bumper cases? Referring to the aluminum ones that don't cover the back.

I like this one but doesnt ship in us
Ringke Slim. Slimmest available with protection on all sides, raised edge around the screen and raised edge around the camera. You can put it down any way you want and anywhere you want, still provides some level of hit protection (kinda from your pocket to normal floor). Just what you need for home/school/office. And cheap. Or Seido surface - slightly thicker, expensive but with kickstand.
I am using this one right now. This one is slim and hand-feel also good. Earlier I used Neo Hybrid by Spigen but that one made my note 3 bulky.

I have a Ringke slim and the one from the link below. I like both of them equally. The bumper is hard and not flexing, I put it on the phone and there is no movement.

I don't know. The UAG and the commuter seem to have similar bulk, I have both. Good option for the op might be a slim armor and a glass screen protector. I have the slim as well, protection is good enough from the sides and back but the front protection is quite shallow compared to the UAG and Commuter.

I have exactly this one.
It's too slippery for my tastes and doesn't really offer protection, but good enough until my Spigen arrives tomorrow.
Incipio Feather best case ive ever owned. Ive had one on all my past motorola phones and now on my note3. Protects what needs to be and adds alot of grip to the phone.
There's a really good deal for Spigen cases for Galaxy S7 in this thread, so I was wondering which one do you recommend for black Galaxy S7? I really can't decide which one to go with.
Crystal/transparent protectors looks nice on a silver version, but mine is black, so I have no idea if they are visually appealing in that case. I would really not like to have a bulky S7 that wouldn't sit well in hand, but at the same time good protection would be great. So how does their protectors compare, which one do you recommend?

I have this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B1I6J0E?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 and I ordered a black onyx Galaxy S7. The case arrived yesterday but the phone itself won't be here until today or tomorrow. (UPS says today but they don't even have the package yet) The case is a nice thin one. I compare it to an Incipio case for my S5 and the Sigen case makes it look like the S7 is a thinner phone then the S5. So I'd say this case does not add much to the phone at all.

I purchased 2 cases for my Galaxy S7: Spigen [Thin Fit] Exact-Fit [Black] Premium Matte Finish Hard Case & SPIGEN Clear Crystal TPU. I have the black S7. I loved the clear case for my white Note 5 but do not like it for the black S7. The other case, premium matte hard case, is awesome! Adds little -> no bulk.

Nah, I'm going to take my chances. I've never used the screen protection and all the years of had phones or PDA's.
Hello guys,
I am still doing my search for an ultra-thin case with mate finish for my S8. It is something like the Peel cases for iPhone (sadly they don't care about Samsung phones).
There are some thin cases but I often don't like their glossy finish or the case is not well built.
If anyone knows a case like the Peel, please let me know

Received the elago case today in black. Cut outs are exact and fit is good, seems to be a bit of movement along the edges.
Perfect for scratch protection and a screen protector should work great with the elago.

Nope - the one negative for me. If it was, it would be perfect, but otherwise it's great
Spigen AirSkin is the best quality and closest you'll get to Peel or Caudabe.
+1 for Spigen Airskin. It is .36mm and the peel is .35mm. It is *very* thin, bordering on scratch-only protection.
Are you guys speaking from experience on the S8? The Spigen air skin doesn't fit my S8 for some reason, it's just a tad bit too narrow. Spigen was nice enough to replace it, but the new one is the same.
MNML fits perfectly and is the same ultra thin type case. It's my vote for the S8. The other benefit to the MNML case over the Spigen is, the bottom is covered on the MNML, while on the Spigen it's exposed.
I have the Spigen Air Skin on an S8 now and it fits perfectly. The bottom is exposed (except the corners) and the back cutout looks to be different (one big cutout) than the MNML (3 separate cutouts). Face down, it still sits without the front glass touching.
The Nillkin brand of cases out of china are good quality. I've owned a few version of their cases for different models of phone. If you want the slimist case that is TPU and gives some slight shock protection over not having a case, the NATURE line is awesome. I just ordered my clear S8 case from Amazon. can't go wrong with this case. I will update once it arrives.
Also, thing of note...this case has a separator for the camera and fingerprint reader. This actually helps out and functional to keep me from placing my finger on the camera. My current case has the same design as this was a feature I was looking for. Most of the cases has a large cutout on the back which I think was the cheap/fast way to release a case.

I got mine from a company called Bare Cases. Think they're a small company but the case felt very premium. Has a matte finishing. So far it's scratched at the back but I don't mind it cos I guess it protects my phone from those exact scratches.
The Spigen air skin didn't fit good and I just gave up with that.
Hello,
i'm really confused between Caseology Vault II and Vault I
what is the deference and what is the more protection between them?
which one to get after all for my S8 ?
I believe Vault I is for Galaxy S8 and Vault II is for Galaxy S8+.
I just recently got a vault ii for the s8+ free through a giveaway and my buddy got the vault I for his s8 the vault I has a piece of harder plastic in the middle with a brushed metal feel and around the fingerprint scanner there is a harder piece of plastic with a carbon fiber design. The vault ii is entirely tpu so it's minimal protection but it feels really nice and slim

Nah. They're both made out of flexible tpu, so the hardness is the same for both. There is no hard plastic. The Vault 1 does seem to have thicker corners.

Nah. I don't believe that, and here's why. I've done my research. Caseology describes the case in some of their listings as full TPU, and in other listings as TPU and polycarbonate. They've contradicted themselves. However, they consistently describe it as fully flexible, and even have illustrations showing it as such. The case should not be able to bend so much if it really had a polycarbonate center. (Your description sounds more like their Legion case). Therefore, it is very likely that the TPU/PC description is an error (some of their other cases are TPU/PC, maybe they made a cut and paste mistake). I've seen some good videos on the case, none of them show any polycarbonate on this case.
Websites don't always have 100% accurate information. Maybe I'll just buy the case, since it's only $10 bucks, and report back. Or perhaps someone that owns the case could tell us if it has any PC parts.
I have the Vault 1 and can confirm it's fully flexible with thicker corners, there is no hard plastic. To be honest, it doesn't even feel that nice. Not enough grip for my liking. I also have the Legion, which does have a Plastic back with a coating that adds grip. The shape also helps with grip. The Legion is the best case in my opinion of all the ones I have from Spigen, Ringke and Caseology line, it also helps that I got it for $5.
