Last I heard was May 2020. Nothing on firmware finder for now.

I just got release (9.1.366) on my COL-L29 in the UK, but no sign of 10.x yet.
The release contains Jan and Apr security updates, I don't know why it takes so long to get these fixes.

Yeah got my security update but still waiting for Android 10

I received the update as well in UK. But the funny thing is that I factory reset my phone and 10 minutes later I received it. And the next day my wife as well, without resetting. I thought I received because of that but in the end it was just a coincidence. ?

Google was supposed to push update March 18. security patch and they didn't.. Also some devices received April 2 update like 2 weeks ago..
Who says they were supposed to push an update for March 18th? Google said they would release a patch once per month and it has been approximately one month... Give or take a few days.

It's telling that they published an advisory and nothing more. Why is it they have directly below the advisory a bulletin about releasing the April security update:

What error does it display?
I was on stock MM , no root , no custom Rom, completely stock. I performed a reboot on my phone because Its been a while, when it started back up the Notification pooped up!!

Had that update too, appearently i was registered as a beta tester on the Google beta site. I unenrolled and rolled back to MM and now its way more stable and better batterylife imo.

Yes, monthly patches.
And apparently they are releasing new images... NRD90S for nexus 5X and NRD90R for player.
Edit: they released a monthly update on MM MTC20L, I say we boycott and demand an answer.

hey just to let everyone know i'm currently downloading it on my VIE-AL10 huawei p9 plus this update states its -VIE-AL10C00B331. i was on my Huawei p9 plus and signed, went to SETTINGS> Signed into Huawei ID> tapped member>then check for updates> then there was some Chinese writing and i just tapped agree. Now i am downloading the update, its over 2gb in size

Has anyone managed to get TWRP to work on N?
Managed to get it downloaded at the beginning of the week.. its alittle rough round the edges. Seems to use alot more battery with medium daily use, youtube and soundcloud crash alot with me, but overall it is usable and as a daily driver has done well.
Patiently waiting for the next update
Feels a lot more polished and consistent and with an up to date, clean and smooth animated UI design. Worth the upgrade. Phone feels fresh and new.
Obviously will take more time to have performance optimized to best potentials.
Update to B352 received today. Update log was not in English though.

I updated via the hi care app to B331.. then when the update came I flashed via ota update.. I've gone back to stock and locked my boot-loader again
The Chinese stuff on the phone I don't mind.. the music app I use.. but I use 'me' tab and just select all songs, all my music is listed under there

I asked through HiCare and they said all P20 models will receive 8.1 later this year as it's currently in testing phase.
I'd say be patient, the device is less than a month old.
I asked the Huawei customer support and they said, this phone is just one month old, it probably won't stuck on 8.0, but it sure will be a few month or half year maybe. :/ So be patient, also have p20 lite tough, and I need it because of the LDAC codec for my Bt radio Sound quality. So yeah, would be great if we got it already

Considering Huawei's new devices are coming out with EMUI 8 8 or even 8.1 out of the box, it's probably only a matter of time before other devices get updated. Huawei's been really keen on updating their devices. Once their updating their legacy models even going as far back to the Honor 6X, I'm hopeful that after this they'll start updating more of their newer devices.

No. the closest that's aptX HD, and you can play with sample rate and bits per sample.
Software problems
Problem since the last software update AME-LX1 8.0.0.157(C782) My P20 lite will not stay connected to the mobile network for more than 15 minutes at a time. I have to keep putting it into airplane mode and then taking it out again before it will conmect back to a network. Is this issue being sorted out

9.0 0.46 is the latest beta for our model (COL-L29). But watch out, it is a pain to rollback to Oreo if you don't like it ..
BTW, don't be fooled by the installation process, we do not have sdcard slot... I personally tried through 3rd party website to update, but I rolled back few days after (lot of problem, like no compatible TWRP (no data decryption))

Indian Honor 10 have a custom Emui , you have to wait for some more time then the normal Emui users.
But good new is that Emui 9.0 is also launched for Indian Users too, you will get beta in some days . Might be between 20 to 31 Oct . For good news see this link.
