I have an app that I would like to run after each reboot/restart of my phone.
Is there a way to tell the Note 8 (or android 9) to launch a particular app when the phone restarts, and if so, how?

I have an HTC HD2 phone running stock Windows 6.5 ROM. I have installed the flash lite application and downloaded some freeware flash lite games.
The games run perfectly however one particular game I play requires me to keep the screen pressed. But when I do this the flash pop up menu is displayed (pause, play, loop etc). Is there a way of disabling this menu from popping up, maybe a reg tweak or something?
Appreciate your help.

I doubt you can do so. It's in-built within flash, so, it will be hard to tweak.
This thread relates to desired startup apps, flagged to start are not doing so, or are intermittent. Android o/s 4.1
Included in these are wheresmydroid,gentle incringing,clipper,dropbox and so on...........
Sometimes some will start (its unreliable). For example, at the moment K9 mail is starting at boot, before it wasnt. Other apps showing as start at boot are not doing so; EG clipper, but if I open clipper its possible that at next reboot it will auto start.
The phone is not rooted, I have gone through some of the apps by removing them from startup and enabing them, but seems not to make difference.
BTW I use Optimize Toolbox as startup manage utility.
Any suggestions appreciated.

1. Successfully rooted my Sylvania tablet - SYTAB10ST
2. Installed LauncherPro - everything still o.k.
3. Removed most bloatware - power down/up all still o.k.
4. Removed a previously installed launcher app AND the default launcher app that came with the tablet.
5. Did you miss that last one? I removed the default launcher app that came with the table!?!?
6. Power down/up. Everything seems to boot as it should . . . and then . . .
7. ERROR MESSAGE: "Sorry! The application LauncherPro (process android.process.acore) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"
8. I can't go anywhere beyond the home screen and that error message will continue to pop-up as long as the tablet is powered up.
9. I can't access ANYTHING.
10. I can't tether with USB (I am going to assume that USB debugging is not active on the tablet.)
11. I have tried every button-pressing boot sequence I can find on-line - nothing!
12. I have tried to access via command shell. The commands function but can't find the tablet.
13. I have tried to boot from SDcard . . . nothing!
Aside from joyfully skipping to the electronics recycle'r, any ideas out there? I hate to throw $100 buck down the drain but y'all are my last option. . . help???

is there a pissibility to install TouchWiz launcher on Lineage 14.1 SGS2 ?
I ask, because i have many problems and missing features on LA 14.1, and i think this might be a problem of the Trebuchet launcher.
1. Missing Samsung Driving Mode
2. USB-PC connection is always at "charging" (doesn't stay at MTP)
3. GPS doesn't show the status, if it is on or off, or searching for a singnal (it only shows up when requested by an app)
4. Menue Button shows launcher settings instead of System settings
5. Changing / swiping home sites stops at the first and the last site. (no endless search-change in one direction possible)
6. there is no "nerby" connection possible. DNLA, Chromecast, NAS, and BT doesn't appear in the OS native media players. (like it was in OS 4.12)
7. The OS integrated screensharing doesn't work. It just connects for a second to the chromecast device and then it closes.
8. Email attachements (e.g. WAV) doesn't open. Error message: "no app installed to open" And there is no choice to choose an app manually. But i have many apps installed that can play WAVE.
I think this is related to the Trebuchet launcher?
Is there another launcher possible that fixed all these issues?
Tasker command Problems (E-Robot):
9. Can't unlock display via Tasker
10. Some events doesn't work, e.g. "App started / App opened / App get in focus / App closed" etc.

11. When i try to overwrite some app-setting files in root directory, the app says "no such file", or "permission denied". But the file has the same permissions as the orig file before.
(in one of 50 trials the files where accepted without an error message, but i don't kow why, or what i done right)
12. When I insert the SD card from the phone to the PC, the Win-PC says the SD card is locked. But it isn't! So I must do error-check and correction every time, or sometimes new-format the SD card.
13. Is it possible somehow to change/rename the automatic code names of the internal storage and external Sd card? "4B95-09FD" and "410E-190C" is so ugly, and i can never remind which is what. Why are the developers doing such ugly ****???
14. Since i have installed and deinstalled the "iPlay Music" app (3 Days ago) the playstore always opens itself one time each hour and prompts me to install the player. How can i stopp the playstore to bother me with this installation prompt?
15. When the screen is waked up (e.g. by a call, or message) it keeps awake and does not lock again, sometimes.
16. The soft key bottons in display-off mode are always shining or blinking. Why??
Are there any solutions to any of these issues?
Maybe a Nougat Rom with touchwiz?
My old 4.12 stock rom was really more easy to handle. I miss it :crying:

Hello xda expers buddies,
1) Whenever an app crashes it gives the message- 'Unfortunately, """""app has stopped'.
2) Whenever I force stop an app it gives warning confirmation- 'If you force stop an app, it may cause errors'.
For some annoying reasons I dont want to press OK button each time. I want the app to crash silently without telling me. And I want to force stop an app without confirming it. (Because I already know what I am doing in my device).
Can someone please tell me modification method, flash command, or some trick to remove these two warnings?
1) 10 inch Samsung tablet, android 4.4.2 , rooted.
2) Xperia M5, android 6.1, rooted.
