FRP locked Samsung Galaxy A10 - Samsung Galaxy A10 Questions & Answers

Hi All
My mother is a cleaner for the elderly, one of her customers got a Samsung Galaxy A10 as a replacement phone for his current one but after several months of using it, he decided he didn't like the phone and wanted to go back to his previous one. He gave the new phone to my mother (she does a lot for her customers, he wasn't interested in selling it).
The issue I have is that he doesn't know what PIN he had on the device, we've tried all the combinations he can think of and he doesn't remember, the phone was also setup with a google account that my mother set up for him, but neither she or him remembers! Nightmare I know...
I am looking for way to flash the phone so that we can bypass the FRP, if this is even at all possible and isn't massively illegal? I have tried flashing the ROM with Odin, but on restore FRP kicks in again
Any helps appreciated, and if this is considered illegal and shouldn't be done, please delete the thread at will and I will bin the phone.

have u try this methode?

Findmymobile works after factory reset.

About 2 years ago, I've sold my SIII to a good friend, after factory resetting it.
Today, I've noticed the phone is still online via the findmymobile-website from samsung, using my samsung account.
I was able to get the precise location of the phone, which I find pretty disturbing.
How is this possible? Can I remove this device from 'my devices' and most importantly; how can you prevent this when buying a used phone?
Best solution for used phones:
go for a full wipe. And install a new Stock rom. (found in this forum)
But not shure if it works, because the findy-my-phone service prevents robbers from factory resetting your stolen phone and ur unable to find it anymore.
So when you're buying a used 4.3+, KNOX-protected device, you're unable to not be followed by the previous owner without voiding warranty.
Am I the only one that finds this troublesome?

Question about Acer Liquid Z520 Network lock

My friend asked if i could help with his phone. He recently got a new sim card and found out his phone is locked.
Everything on his phone is the way it came out of the factory, nothing has been change... So, for all info on the hardware just google 'acer liquid z520'.
While searching for a way to unlock it, i stumbled upon these sites: http://www.tntts.com/2016/07/open-line-acer-liquid-z520.html & https://www.phcorner.net/threads/230676/
Is this really a way you can unlock the phone? I never saw this kind of way, I thought you needed to unlock bootloader and/or flash some new rom...
Tried searching for a similar thread, did not find anything, sorry if i missed something.
If this is not a legit way to unlock this phone, please point me in the right direction. He would like to avoid paying 20$ to unlock it and waiting for another year for the contract to end is also not an option.
Thanks for the help.

Phone locked - how to unlock or retrieve files?

Hey all!
So im quite stuck with my S6 Edge here, it's locked with a pin code/password to be able to get into it to retrive the files that i have on it.
Is there a way to unlock it without the traditional ways? I've been in contact with Samsung, sadly the phone is NOT connected to a samsung account, so i can't unlock it trough "find my phone". Also tried pushing wrong password xx times to get to the "cooldown" to see if i could do a recovery trough gmail/samsung account but that option does not come up when trying.
I dont really mind if i dont get the phone unlocked in that sence, but i do need to get ahold of the files on it. (images/videos/sound and text files). The phone was used to record alot of music and texts that i did not get to upload to my google drive.
Any tips at all would be highly appriciated
(the only tip i have so far, is to send the phone in to get it broken up, take out the harddrive/memory unit then grabbing everything from there trough some sort of program which i got told is a lengthy and potential costly process).
Best Regards

Hello, if you don't mind rooting it, you can flash the TWRP Recovery, delete the so called lockscreen.db files and then you should be good to go.
But keep the following in mind:
This will not only void your warranty, the KNOX Counter on your Phone will also be "triggered" meaning it'll go from 0x0 to 0x1 (Once it's at 1 it can't be undone anymore)
I found a video about bypassing passcode from a Samsung Galaxy if you forgot the passcode, and keep all data on your phone safety.

OEM Unlocking

I bought a new LTE Galaxy Tab a few days ago (Hong Kong region) and after a couple of days days of using it, the S-Pen and screen started becoming completely unresponsive. I had configured some basic things on the Tablet, activated Developer Options and installed some apps, but I didn't have tine to get TWRP or root before it broke down. After taking it to Samsung and getting it back repaired 2 days later, they told me they had to replace the whole screen and also the pen. Somehow I had the feeling they simply gave me a new unit. Fine to me..
So today, getting myself ready to install TWRP and rooting it, to my disbelief, the OEM UNLOCKING option in Developer Options is gone! It was absolutely there before I took it to Samsung for repair. This means what? Did they exchange my original purchased tablet with one that actually has a locked bootloader? Or can I still install TWRP and root as before, or what exactly is this? Im pretty upset and confused.
Thanks a lot in advance for any insight on this
If it's the LTE version, it would have an IMEI number, no? Check the IMEI on the Tab with the one on the box, (assuming you didn't also give them the box) it will tell you if they've switched them.
I could be wrong, so you may want to wait for further confirmation, but if OEM unlock is not present, it should mean the bootloader is unlocked by default. Try flashing TWRP with Odin, if the bootloader is locked, it will just fail. Again, I'm no expert, just speaking from my experience, when I first flashed TWRP to my Tab S6, I forgot to unlock the bootloader, flash just failed with no negative effect.

Thanks for the reply. I try flashing it and failed. And I did give them box.. my bad I guess and of court I didn't write down the IMEI number somewhere before I handed them the package. How could I have known? I am almost sure they have me a whole new system even because the USB charging cable was wrapped again like when I first unboxed it. It looked 100% a new unit in the box, minus the detail safety seals that were already broken is there repair clerk handed me the new tablet. Plus, it they had simply swapped the stylist and replaced the screen, I would not see a reason for them to have completely reset the unit to the point of the default language being again Chinese instead of English (as all TGY variants are here by default) along with all the apps that I had installed, all of which were gone as well. there's positively no need to completely wipe out and reset the unit simply because they replaced the screen. Plus, locally thinking, being just a couple days old, I'm sure they didn't want to bother for possibly a long time repair turnaround for me and gave me a new one.
That the OEM UNLOCK toggle was there originally is a given because I was just about getting ready to Flash recovery and root it and had specially gone into Developer Options and toggled it along with the USB Debugging Switch. All Samsung phones and tablets in this region have unlocked bootloaders by the default. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Samsung because with other brands you either can't do it or it's a nightmare to get it done. Of course, good thing I did not Flashed recovery and root before the Tablet crapped on me because of course I would have voided the warranty. Also, now it's not like I can go back to Samsung and complain about the OEM UNLOCK issue because obviously no one is supposed to be rooting the devices or asking for help on the matter.
I'll do some more research on this and if I can unlock it.. hopefully. If not I will sell it and buy another one retail again. I'm super bummed.
Thanks again for the reply.
