I noticed that the downstream arrow of Wi-Fi is always active on my S9+
Is it normal? Never seen something like that on any other phone.

Most apps use live data when on wifi. Vs mobile data a lot of times we restrict background usage. So I'd say yea. Mine stays pretty active
mine too, downstream & upstream, even after factory reset/clean stock

Hi
I have this phone for almost two years now.
It worked good up until now, and I don't remember what happened, but the SIM cards don't work anymore, they're recognized, but phone indicates 'No Service'.
Obviously I can't make phone calls or connect to the internet via G3 mobile data.
Here's what the reception signal indicators look like:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Any ideas on how to fix this?
BTW, the phone was complaining about over heating once before it happen, not sure if it was right before that, and thus, can't tell you if it's related.
Any hacking to fix this? Maybe resetting SIM settings to factory default? Anything to check in the internals?
My setup at home includes having a main router and a repeater so I am frequently having switching networks. However, recently for no reason in the drop down under wifi in the quick settings it says "no saved networks available". Therefore I have to click more settings and do it there. Although this may not be a major issue it is just very unclear to me as to why this has happened - I cannot think of anything I have done to cause this.
The attached image shows what I see and yes, I do have a layer applied (not that it should have anything to do with it) but that was applied long before this occurred. I have tried removing it and the result wasn't any different.
Anyone know what could be the issue?

I have done a fresh install of ViperOS 3 (Lineage 14.1 basically) on my S5-G900F due to battery life issues with anything Android 8 or 9 and some 7.1's and after I enabled AFWall+ I noticed that every 2 or 3 seconds Greenify is trying to connect to the net. Looking in the app, there's no settings relating to any reason why it should have internet access. And the constant spamming is probably rinsing my battery.
Anybody else noticed this? It didn't start happening right away. Took maybe 30 minutes or so and them nothing but rapid fire requests. Probably had a good 250 or so while typing this.

The update for the X10/X20 of 2022-07 is here.
I really hope it solves the problem with the nightly reboot.
It says more stability and better user interface, so........

I can confirm that both my wife and myself have had no problems anymore after this update during charging.
I just went to take my phone off the charger, & decided to check battery usage first & found an app(?) called "10501". It only shows 1% battery usage but I'm curious what it is.

Copy the app and scan it online with Virustotal.
I don't know what app it's connected with to even be able to copy it, & I haven't seen it since, so I don't know how I could.
