Hi!
So today i detached Dual Screen case to change it for normal one to put V60 in a tripod. For 15-20 min phone was recording timelapses in 4k and when i tried to change case again, sun made reflections on back cover and i saw this:

What the heck is that? It looks like whole right side just get about 0,1mm up and right now i think it's no more waterproof.

Every time I take a picture that includes white, the white looks like it is glowing.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Check your exposure settings, you might be set too high. You can long press on the shortcuts at the top of the screen (assuming you're on stock) and add exposure to the shortcuts if you want too, so you can change them easily. I assume you're not using a flash, right? That could be the culprit too if the subject is lit well enough.
Could be your case also. IF you have one of those clear cases they tend to cause the camera to do that when the flash goes off.....not with all but some...just an idea
Turn the exposure down.
Mine looks exactly like this if I haven't cleaned the lens in a while. All the saltwater in the atmosphere here depositing junk on the lens.
First try different camera apps..If you see the exact light spots in different camera pictures..I would pull back case off there's 9 little screws..and use a wedge tool atounf the chrome casing and the glass..pulls off easy..abd clean the back of the lens..very easy to do..sometimes dust gets in there from the speaker and blows around...
hello all note 3 user there.. we know its a awesome device with an awesome design and camera is brilliant! but one thing that is annoying is that the back camera sticks out and doenst allow the phone to sit/sleep straight without touching the camera area or part (without cases or very think casing). anyone has DIY idea or any idea where to get the protector? last year when i bought a secondhand note 3 it has a small metal 'O' ring attached around the flash there and its good cause it help to lift the camera part up and it doesnt touch the lens when i put it on the table but i cant find that small metal 'O' ring anywhere..
cheers!

With these YouTube videos floating about saying the X is maybe at your own risk waterproof. Kudos to the editor of the YouTube video....very brave!.... I thought I'd test it myself Well it's mostly waterproof. I went in the pool here in Spain, took some great photos. Phone was submerged in my pocket for about 10 minutes. 50cm below water. When I got back to my sun lounger I noticed the rear camera cover had steamed up. The rest of the phone was fine.
Into the tub of rice the phone went for 2 days......no change.
I had to heat the phone on lowest heat setting 5cm away with a hair dryer for about 5 mins, i could then press in the outer black rim with my finger nail, i saw some movement, so I continued to blow dry the same area whilst pressing the same spot. Within 30 seconds the steamed up area was gone. Phone is now back to normal and taking great pics.
So save yourself some hassle and don't treat this phone like the previous generation z series!

So secretly the Xperia X is kinda waterproof ^^
I'd say that it is splash proof but not waterproof, i can see the back of the screen through the tiny gap around the power button so i wouldn't want to risk submerging it in water.
sucker for sony's said:

I took it to the pool several times and recorded underwater, the phone its fine and no signs of damage or water. so.....
If you are going to take it to the pool, AT LEAST make sure the pressure test passes
Hi, I own my x822 for almost a year now, and just recently noticed a black spot when trying to take a picture with the rear camera.
When I look closely at the lens I can see inside a tiny piece of dust or something like that. Is there any way of easily opening the rear camera cover easily? Or I need to take it to a close phone shop for them to fix it?
Thanks.
Just got the wife's S9+ back from screen repair and now there are horrible dots on any pictures that are taken using either the front or back cameras. They are on the screen even before taking any pictures and then show up on all pictures no matter the lighting , angle, or anything. Has anyone seen this? Is it a known issue or do you think something happen when the screen got broke (was smashed in car door but only the screen was broke not the body or anything. It was in an otterbox) or could something have happened when they replaced the screen?
