Finally i learned to root and sucessfully rooted my XPERIA U,thanx to xda developers staff...
now i want learn to install CUSTOM ROMS onto my phn please help me iam new to this please answer some of my questions below i would be very thankfull for ur answers..
1) what are ROMS..?
2)Where do i get them plz give me the site for downloading them for my xperia U...?
3) How can i install them plz give me easy and safe procedure to install CWM...?
4) Do INSTALLING and FLASHING roms are the same..?

I have rooted my phone but I have another question, how do I flash my ROM into custom ROM? Tried many things from Youtube and not successful at doing so , So I need professional help how to do it correctly. I'm trying to flash it to cyanogenmod or something better, I dont know, lol I just need to look and figure which is best for me, Thank you
So iv searched and searched but theres nothing thats stable to my knowledge and i dont wanna get stuck in a boot loop i know how to fix it iv done it before i just dont want the hastle of having to flash stock back and starting over on my device i cant nandroid backup with cwm or twrp none of the current versions are compatible if anyone knows another thing to use and if there is custom roms for this that are stable could you please direct me to the link? Sorry devs and mods if this is in the wrong place of forums im new here just let me know and ill move it to where it needs to be

I have tried to find something about this not so lucky device info on web and me as not so lucky user ..
I need to install custom recovery on it, TRWP, CWM, do not matter for me,
i also need to install another custom rom for example cyanogen or else on it..

As far as I know the only way to get a custom recovery is to develop our port if yourself if noone else is already doing this
