NOTE:- If you are going from weekly MIUIv12, you are doing a downgrade so format data is mandatory!

So far so good, feels a lot faster and smoother than the betas.
For those wondering it has May security update.

is this same ROM V20.x but stable version difference? I just wondering version details..

Currently on eu 11.0.2, can I dirty flash or do I need to clean wipe?

It's still Android 10 so dirty flash would do fine

Anyone updated via updater (dirty flash)from xiaomi.eu stable 11.0.8?
Or it is ok to dirty flash update from eu stable miui 11 to miui 12 eu stable?

Is this Global ROM? EU chinese ROM is V20.x i think....

Yes, you can.
Yes, expect problems with system/apps at some point.
Major releases always deserve a clean flash.

hi everyone, still don't fully understand stable ROMs, weekly ROMs and the sort - i assume i can simply flash this xiaomi.eu MIUI 12 over my current 11.0.8 stable (phone is CN) and be done with it until MIUI 13 comes out? can i get it OTA or have it automatically searched (is this the aforementioned "updater" app)? sorry if this is the wrong thread, and thank you in advance.

This isn't official ROM, it's a custom ROM from Xiaomi.eu. be careful.

Has the lag been fixed in the stable version? On latest weekly there were a lot of laggy animations.

Flashed this over eu stable 11.0.8 and cleared cache and dalvik cache. Quite smooth for the past 2 days.

Amazon prime HQ issue
In both stable and beta versions I'm facing issue with Amazon Prime quality. Netflix is fine in quality and DRM shows L1. Only prime is playing in low quality. Any patch I've to flash. Please help me anyone. Thank you!!!

Face unlock doesn't register
anyone having the same issue? it goes from a square to a circle, then a blue ring around it (which if i recall correctly should mean it's been registered) but then nothing happens. i go back and it says it couldn't register my face. not a big deal since fingerprint works as always, just annoying since i used it about 20% of the time on 11.0.8

Our phone was never in Amazon whitelist for hd content to begin with except maybe the Indian variant

12.5.5 is out, so update your phones. Seems to work smoother

I am on CR Droid 7.9 (A11) right now. Can I just download 12.5.5 and flash it via TWRP? Or is there something different I need to do?
Thanks

Thnx bro
Why you guys even use that? If you want miui, simply flash latest miui EU weekly 8.3 which is 30.3.2017...
If you are flashing that now, you are already a month behind...eu miui is atleast somewhat cleaned of crap that comes with global and chinese.
Use it if you want, but i think theres a better choice
I installed this update. Now charging takes very long time. 30 to 34 in 40 minutes. WTF. Any solution?

is it more stable than 8.1.1.0?
Its same stable, but its newest...and if which weekly causes trouble, just flash one before that and skip one version...but mostly no big bugs, because all versions are tested before... The point is stable versions receive OTA and are for people that dont want to upgrade frequently, dev. releases are more recent...

miui beta 9.4.8 safe to flash ?

In this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/how-to/xiaomi-poco-f1-unlock-bootloader-custom-t3839405 is a miui version called :"MIUI 10 9.4.8 Beta Android Pie 9.0" . But i cant even find this version on the offical miui page. SO i want to know is it safe to flash or is it closed beta or something ?
that is latest close beta, i am waiting for review also. but you can be a tester lol
if yiu flash it ,you will lose custom recovery... i will suggest you to wait for Xiaomi eu to port it
its safe to flash it but it has bugs like wireless display messed when changing screen orientation.
No problem with flashing 9.4.8
i was just curious,
so i can use it even its closed beta ?

Use rar apk and remove compatibility zip
Scrolling pages in browser (chrome) seems to be lagging. Definitely not as smooth as official stock rom.

Have the same. This issue was present on the previous build also.
Developer force dark mode also not working for me. Apart of these its running fine.
Why is there Services & Feedback app installed in the stable release? or another fake stable ?
for me still the v10.3.17 is the best build stable channel ever had.

I did another fresh install. Flashed latest CN fastboot > latest Orange Fox > xiaomi.eu rom with magisk.
I am not sure how but the browser lag is, I would say "bearable" now. Definitely better than before, but still not as good as official stock. Maybe worth a try.

Can you send me the full procedure on how to do that. I cannot find compatibility zip in the rom file.
Tried dirty flash, everything was laggy AF. But when I did a clean one (wipe EVERYTHING) now its smooth.
This build is just like 10.4.6 in term of stability. The bugs presented in 10.4.6 are still in this build. Who ever still on 10.3.17, waiting for a proper stable build, don't try this.

Thanks for your response. I do quite like the .eu roms but since its over andro 10 I think its just not as good as it was.

I agree the best .eu rom was .17. I used it for a lot keep going back to it. I however wanted an Android 10 rom so I'm on the latest India. NFC is not important for me but system stability without bugs is. I do recommend it if anyone wants Android 10. Unfortunately the mi9t pro global and eea are quite behind of updates. The device wasn't even listed on the miui11 roll out news.

I flashed back .17 build now. Much much better. I tried 10.4.6 before and thought I'd better wait for MIUI 11 stable. Soo disappointed. I Wasted my day.
Didn't though about indian Q rom. Are the animations fluid like in pie build?

India is not bad but the reported chrome stater (lag) when scrolling on pages is present. Looks like its an Android 10 Chrome issue. Maybe Chrome not been optimised to the miui android 10. My OP7pro doesn't have any issue like this.
Animations are as good as the pie was. What I like in these official roms is the finger print seems to work much better then for example on the eu roms (at least for me). I had an odd unrecognised fingerprint scan even on .17 but the latest india seems to be more fluid on that. Take a backup and try .
Its an early rom so quirks are expected. Its usable for me.

miui 11 eu rom

I'm on miui 10.3.7 eu stable and i want to install miui 11 eu stable and i can install it via miui updater or i have to install via twrp and my data will be erased or it install as a global miui stable updater as everyone installing. Thanks
I HIGHLY recommend a clean flash to avoid any possible issues. But in theory yes, it should work.
I update from beta to stable and still works so yeah update through updater you won't lose anything except root

It has miui 12 for Russia, Indonesia, and Turkey stable ROMs - https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/joyeuse/
PixysOS is easily the most stable and feature complete ROM for Joyeuse.
I have used ArrowOs android 11 official for joyeuse and it is so damn smooth. It almost feels like i am using a 120hz display. Very weird it does not have a thread on xda.
Android 11 gsi
