There's a relatively new update out from Verizon: https://www.verizon.com/support/palm-phone-update/
Release date: 05/15/2020
Androidâ„¢ Security Patch Level: April 2020
Software Version: 2AGM
I'm using my palm on xFinityMobile (an MNVO for Verizon). For previous updates, I think I was able to reboot the phone with WiFi off, and it would somehow trigger the update, but now that trick doesn't seem to work for me anymore. Has anyone found a way to update theirs that is not on Verizon natively?
TIA.

I believe it may just be a security patch. Not sure yet. I always get annoyed with At&T because their changeling is always a month behind any update pushes.
It's supposed to be security update per the links below. However, for me, I did not initiate it, rather it started on it's own this morning. The result is a $700 paper weight that used to contain photos of my newborn. Cool. Anyone know a legit company that can do data recovery? It won't turn on, no response when connected to PC, no light when plugged into charger.

Could you guys capture the OTA so people outside us can benefit from it too?
Are we not getting 7.0 on this phone or is it out already?
My previous post was incorrect apologies, apparently ATT has decided to actually release an update... Very unexpected as they have stopped carrying HTC devices and the A9 hasn't been updated since 2015

Maybe I was incorrect. I thought it launched with December. I'll update the parent.
Note: I do not have the phone yet. I am just watching and hoping Nubia does security updates. My current Nubia is a Z11 mini, and that little phone never received a single OS or security update. I had to go a 3rd Party ROM to get updates (and a better OS experience for that matter). I'm in need of a new phone, and have narrowed it down to the Red Magic Mars and few others. I like that it comes with a relatively clean/stock OS. That should make it easier to do monthly or quarterly updates than a heavily skinned OS (ex. Nubia UI). The lack of past support from Nubia keeps me from pushing the "Add to cart" button.
Build number: NX619J_ENCommon_V1.07
Android security patch level: December 5, 2018
Just unboxed mine and had an update available yesterday as soon as I powered on.
