Which is better to use kernel manager ?Kernel Auditor has not been exposed for a long time.And what settings to use?

The settings which I prefer for battery life is :
*Turn off core control under thermal settings first .
*Select minimum CPU frequency to 384Mhz (underclock)
*Use smartmax_eps governor in both clusters
*Use Intelliplug hotplug and set it to Conservative mode
*Disable any other hotplug if enabled by default before
After doing this I get around 5hrs SOT approx .

System ui is crushing and apps are also crushing and then it went into bootloop so please provide an update otherwise rom is awesome..
