Hello guys,
i have a bricked rooted oneplus x
I had issues with the rooted rom so i flashed the newest stock rom via twrp
The phone boots up and showed the usual otimizing apps message. After the proccess is done it just the usual "let me helpt set up your phone page" and then restarts
I cant acces twrp anymore and when i try to acces the stock recovery it just shows a oneplus logo
I do have access to fastboot though (i hope that leaves some hope)
I have tried the MegaUnbrickGuide here in the forum but i wasn't able to install the drivers i need for that method
One more thing whenever i try
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img
i get the "remote dtb not found" message
Does that have to do with developer options not being unlocked?
Any ideas on how to just get some form of working os installed on the device
(i dont care wheter rooted or not at this point have been trying stuff for hours now)
regards
Jan
First download Minimal ADB and Fastboot and install it.
Go into fastboot mode.
1. Re-unlock your bootloader using the command - fastboot oem unlock
2. After doing that, download the latest version of TWRP(which at the time of writing this is 3.1.0) and rename it to 'recovery.img'
3. Open a command window in the place you have downloaded the recovery by pressing the shift key and right clicking and then choosing the option Open Command WIndow Here... Flash the recovery using the command fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
4. Boot into it using the command fastboot boot recovery.img
5. If it still gives 'remote dtb not found' then follow this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-x/help/opx-remote-dtb-solution-t3480274
6. If it boots into recovery, your phone is now fine and go ahead and flash whatever ROM you want.
Cheers!
Hello all, greetings from Indonesia.
Can you help me to fix my OPX, my OPX is stuck on logo (bootloop), can't go to recovery but can go to fastboot using power + vol up. FYI; my phone is not rooted.
The problem is, everytime I try to unlock the phone via ADB using command, "fastboot oem unlock" it's always fail, it's written bla bla bla False.
I also try to flash TWRP via ADB using command, "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" it's also written fail.
Please somebody help me, what's wrong with my phone.
Hi
I have a xiaomi mi a2 lite, and I was trying to install lineage os on it, but failed.
Now, the phone only enter into fastboot, and when i press off button for long, it restarts and go into fastboot again.
there is no custom recovery, it says no command.
The last thing that I did to try to save my phone was, to download the stock fastboot rom, and run its flash_all.bat.
What can I do now please? I have got a feeling that there are some partition missing or it doesn't know how to boot into the correct partition.
Is it possible to install twrp recovery and root using magisk in this phone or not possible because of mediatek processor?
Bhai have patience , this is Mediatek we all know but another thing to notice is This is MT- g95 SoC ?
Orange state in realme 7 when bootloader unlocked but unable to use fastboot.
I have unlocked my realme 7 bootloader with in-depth test built for realme 6 pro. It is working. But now after unlocking the phone factory resets itself and when trying to go into fastboot mode with ADB command ADB reboot bootloader the fastboot verify check fails all the time. So how to go into fastboot mode after bootloader unlock. This issue never happened when I start in-depth test after permissions. It's very strange that even after unlocking the phone is not booting into fastboot mode while giving error in verification. Guys can anyone knows how to solve this. Please reply asap.

I think your adb driver not working please install adb driver reinstall and verfiy fails problem solve, thanks
No no adb driver is working and tested on other devices. I think the problem is with smartphone serial key ( It shows serial key mismatch and therefore fastboot unlock verify fail in fastboot mode).
To Root you phone:-
Download your device boot image > download magisk manager > patch your device boot image > go to fastboot mode > type in command >fastboot --disable-verity--disable-verification > flash vbmeta (fastboot flash vbmeta (put your vbmeta path here) > flash magisk patched image (fastboot flash boot (put your patched file path here) now reboot your phone it will be rooted if on First boot it didn't then reboot your device
