I want to change standart boot logo(not animation) on this phone. I have root(magisk), TWRP recovery and PC. CPU is exynos 7870. How to change standart boot logo(SAMSUNG Galaxy J6 Secured by Knox Powered by android) to custom?
I found solution. File with logo is /dev/block/mmcblk0p9 - tar archive. into this file there is logo.jpg file.

No matter what I do I cannot change the boot logo or bootanimation. I have changed the boot sound. The logo will not change at all. And I managed to get rid of the samsung s2 specific bootanimation and now it just says android instead. Is there something I'm missing?? Are their files that I should be deleting??
Standard method is to place the boot animation zip in system/media OR follow the instructions from the relevant boot animation in Themes section .

I've used ICS REMIX 8.5 ROM before and it has a bug that can't install apps on sdcard, and I've found the solve which flash stock LPB kernel via desktop odin and then flash CF-Root kernel via mobile odin. I do it, then my yellow triangle is gone and my Samsung Logo which at the same page of yellow triangle is also gone
When starting my phone or boot into clockworkmod, it isn't show Samsung Logo anymore (it is a black screen for a while and just skip to boot animation).
After that I have flashed Checkrom V4 via CWM and my Samsung Logo still disappeared. What I can do for this case ?
There are a couple of ways to restore/change the boot logo. If you want to just restore the default boot logo, you can flash the file that's in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=21678871&postcount=3 (the "restore boot logo" one).
Or, you can download the app mentioned here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21848368&highlight=boot+logo#post21848368 and change the logo to any other image that you want. This would include the default boot logo, of course, though I'm not sure if the app includes the default logo image, or if you would have to find it elsewhere.

1)someone know where can Locate the boot logo File?
2)someone know if the file of the boot logo is .rle or Something else?
3)someone know how I can Delete the boot logo (I delete from system- media, bootsamsung.qmg, and bootsamsungloop.qmg, and the boot logo still Appears)?

Hi I have Samsung galaxy s5 exynos. I tried to change bootlogo to s7 style so I downloaded it and flashed it with twrp and it worked. I unziped the bootlogo file and added image from gallery and deleted logo it was there. I zipped it and again flashed it with twrp. Now my phone only shows black screen but I can go to download mode. Please help me.
Does anyone know of a tool to change the splash image of our phone?
