I recived it. it downloaded automatically. it says it fix doul sim problem. some days ago i recive 1.4 GB update saying it's android 10 update. download it automatically too. i'm done wasting my network traffic. moving to crdoid

no mine is running standard generic world 2.1, debranded on vodafone rooted with z4
I got a update message on monday, when i got home it said my phone was up to date hmmmmmmmm.
i'm running generic world 2.1, i get nothing on the ota, pc companion and seus. however, i wonder if this has something to do with removing the semcsync apk from system/app. and that's why the ota update isn't showing for ota update for me.
i think tonight i'll try flashing the rom, leaving it as is, and trying the updates to see if i get it.
I got the UK generic update ages ago... could this be a further update? OTA update check on mine says nothing available..

Yes, this is another update that should be OTA.
When i go to Settings-->About Phone-->Software update-->check for update
My phone says connecting to server and after a while it says connection failed.
Im using GS2, It never gets connected to the update server? What is this problem and how can this be fixed? Can anyone help me?

I did this when i got my S2 a couple of days ago, it asks you to register , after that it detected an update , I was on 2.3.3 and thought i was going to get 2.3.4 , but no I was still on 2.3.3 , it must have just been an update for my sim card brand.

Hi, has anyone received the Portico update for unbranded CV_GB OTA for eu_euro1_276?
I flashed the pre portico EE rom and the update appeared straight away, but when I flashed back to CV_GB pre portico rom the update does not show up so I'm assuming that the update for that variant has not been released yet.
Can anyone say otherwise?

It seems that most manufacturers are now doing the same thing, waiting for carriers to check their settings etc then rolling all the settings up into the unbranded rom. I did have a galaxy s3 and it was the same with jelly bean rollout. The unbranded rom came almost last! I think it's because in the past phone manufacturers rolled out unbranded updates first but if the settings for carriers were wrong it was the carriers that got it in the neck from customers!
Oh well I'll keep waiting, I know I could flash from ncs but I think I'll wait for ota. Im fed up installing apps again from scratch because for me backup only ever restores my text messages and nothing else?

Just got my update about an hour ago, failed to install twice but installed ok after deleteing internet history!

Is this normal! I didn't receive any update after this version 8.0.0.141 (c109)? But in the c185 they received updatet after it!
2. After this update i did a factory reset and all things .. I felt that the possibilities of the mobile weakened and the speed slowed down and also in some games became heavy ..
I wont to know if anyone hase the same thing or I have a problem with my phone or this is the normal state and possibilities ofthe phone..

I'm not sure if i will receive it or not! Because i buy this phone frome Paris (orange-France) but i live in Tunisia (africa)... And in my region they received already the 0.152 (c185).. ?

Seems like we are not quite up to date with features with Orange.FR
I have updated the firmware 8.0.0.0.143 (C109) today and I have to say that for the moment magisk works perfectly, as well as TWRP. So, August patches and rooted with magisk 17.1.
