i just got a mi a3 with android 10, i can't register my fingerprint, it lights with a blue color but with no progress, no screen protector is applied, what can i do?

I recently bought this second-hand Poco F1 with a screen with a cracked corner.
I unlocked it, put Havoc OS on it, all working well (IR LED, notification LED).
Then I replaced the screen and had issues with the face unlock;
I checked the view through the IR Camera APK and saw a nearly black screen so there's no illumination from the Infrared LED.
The same goes for the notification LED on the bottom. No light whatsoever.
I checked all orientations, connections, etc and they all seem perfectly fine.
I'm worried my motherboard is fried....

I think everyone has a yellow blink while unlocking with fingerprint while the display is on...
Is there any fix for the same. plz suggest...
PS : I have tried with settings database editor. But it just removes the animation doesn't fix the blink

I don't see anything blinking. FP sensor has cyan (blue/green) color when I put my finger on it, but otherwise there isn't anything special going on. Could you maybe take a video?
If you mean the screen colour becomes warmer when an app request fingerprint authentication, I also noticed that.
Is a little hint that the fingerprint reader is on, but most of the time I can't even see the fingerprint icon because the contrast is too low.
I think only a custom ROM would fix that for now. Android 10 is coming and hopefully with a lot of bug fixes.
I think that the change in tint during unlock is due to the fingerprint sensor. It may be that it needs certain color to be on your finger to register it properly under the screen.

I have this problem some times!
I purchased and installed the below screen protector for the Google Pixel 4 XL that is running Android 11 and noticed that the tap to check phone no longer seems to work. I tried turning on "Increase touch sensitivity" as well as turning the tap to check feature on and off with rebooting but nothing has worked.
Anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps there is a mod with Root that can be done to change the thresholds for sensitivity on lock screen or the ambient light sensor?
