Hello Everyone,
I have K20 Pro CHINA which has unlocked bootloader and no custom recovery and it was previously flashed with Indian global rom 10.3.3.0. Although I did recieve 10.3.5.0 OTA update so OTA update is not broken on my device but i don't know why i didn't get OTA update for MIUI 11 like evryone else, maybe I had to wait because i am not using the phone in india anyway i was in a hurry so i found a way to update the phone using avalaible zip file without flashing custom recovery.
1- Download Indian MIUI 11 for K20 Pro
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V11.0.1.0.QFKINXM/miui_RAPHAELININGlobal_V11.0.1.0.QFKINXM_5e75bba584_10.0.zip
2- use this guide to enable "Choose update package option on MIUI":
https://c.mi.com/thread-2147027-1-0.html
3- then use this guide to install OTA manually from within phone itself:
https://c.mi.com/thread-2151027-1-0.html
Needless to say that this method worked for me but i am not repsonsible if anyyhing goes bad with your phone, pay attention that you must have indian firmware installed before attempt to update your phone using this method.
Hi
Couple of years ago I bought redmi 5 plus which is china version but it got global miui stable version installed. (probebly by retailer)
now there is miui 10 and 11 available for my phone but I can not update using system update in setting. it says no update available.
so what should I do?
my own idea is to go back to china stable rom, but I don't know what method is harmless and easier to do so?
you have to unlock your boot-loader only then you will be able to flash latest global or chinese official MIUI rom. it is safe process, use xiaomiflasher softawre in PC.. watch more instructions in google or youtube.
I see there is an update for my ROM in My Device when i check "what is new"
in system is say REDMI K40 / POCO F3 and a couple more, but I do not see MI 10
Is that just because there is no space to list them all? I would think if it says update
avalabile that I could download it.
Your phone will update if there's an update available. Euro versions haven't updated past 12.0.6.0.
thanks again shivadow
I have eu multi 21.3.10 now its at 21.3.17
Hellow, I try update my phone Redmi note 10 5g to android 12 version of miui 13 verssion. But my phone shows that there is no available updates for this phone. And I try download zip file from here https://miuirom.org/phones/redmi-note-10-5g and intall with phone updater, but get error that saying try update using usb. I ask this because I saw o this page https://www.androidupdatetracker.com/p/xiaomi-redmi-note-10-5g that android 12 is already released on this phone, however I can't get update, maybe this update will be later for this phone ?
i have the same problem... my device is on miui global 12.5.5.0 stable (rkseuxm). no new updates but everywere i go it says miui 13 is released for my device. Does somebody know whats going on? my device is redmi note 10 5G
MIUI 13 for Redmi Note 10 5g is only available for generic global and china for now, see here https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/camellia/
If you own specific region such EEA, you won't be able to update. Cross region flash with mediatek soc isn't advised even if you're unlocked.

Hi,
Have a Redmi Note 9S on 12.5.1
I can't get any update after this version.
On xiaomifirmwareupdater, there are Android 13 version on 13.0.X
Exact firmware on my phone is : MIUI Global 12.5.1 Stable 12.5.1.0 (RJWEUXM)
On settings > update > force to check new miui version > no new version found
- bootloader not unlock on me phone
How can i install new version ?
Thanks

You are confusing the Miui and Android version.
Download the following rom recovery to your current version and try via the updater (3 points at the top right, select file).
12.5.1.0->V12.5.2.0.RJWEUXM->V12.5.3.0.RJWEUXM,etc...
You can also try directly with V12.5.6.0.RJWEUXM.
Attention in case of problem and with a locked bootloader, direction repair center.
You can also unlock the bootloader then relock it once the latest version has been flashed.(Safer).
Xiaomi Firmware Updater
The ultimate script that provides firmware packages for Xiaomi devices.
xiaomifirmwareupdater.com
@NOSS8 i already try this.
Unlock bootloader is the only safely solution to go to 13.0.2 directly with Miflash tool ?
And relock bootloader with the option in Miflash tool ?
Even with Miflash, I would flash the last A12 (without locking) start the phone up to the home screen then re flash and lock.
Or test a Xiaomi EU rom (better than stock).
Thanks for answer.I have unlock bootloader and install official 13.0.2
No problem.
I will look into Xiaomi EU Rom thanks
