Hey everybody. Noobie here. I had a question about the Samsung Galaxy a11, one of samsung's budget devices. Is there any custom recovery for this device? I was not able to find (or build) a compatible twrp for my device. If anybody could help me out with this, that would be great!

You can build TWRP recovery by yourself.

Forget about that.
Untill no one yet not brake the Qualcomm Secure Boot you'll get only bootloops.

I currently have an A3 -A20 Acer Iconia tablet with a mtk processor with super user rights.
I would like to know if a custom recovery exist for this type of tablet TWRP or cwm
And if there are custom rom or if it was possible to go under lolipop android ?

Hey i am looking for a custom recovery too since cwr and twrp doesn't support the device. I have the zips to install cyanogen mod 12.1. Did you find one?

I have a g925I on marshmallow(6.0.1). I was wondering how I can install TWRP after rooting the phone with the CF auto root method? Is there a special version of TWRP for marshmallow?

You just have to keep both eyes on the below thread:
[Recovery] Official TWRP for Galaxy S6 edge (3.0.2-1)
Version 3.0.2-1 seems to bring Marshmallow support but I was unable to find the exact download link for it.
Just ask there.

I own a Cherry Mobile Flare S5 Max (MTK6580 chipset, Android 6.0) which has the same chipset as Symphony i10, Tecno W4, Infinix Hot 4 and Infinix Hot 2 (mtk). I am currently working on porting TWRP for our device, which uses the recovery of these other phones as the port. But after booting the recovery, I found out that the touch panel is not working. But the recovery from the other devices given has their touch screen working perfectly.
Is there any solution to this Problem?

Hello, there is a working 3.1.0 TWRP Material theme for Flare S5, it might work there since it has the same exact chipset.
Flash it through an app/custom recovery if you can. (I used Rashr as an example)

TWRP or any custom recovery are usually not model or chipset specific, but you need a proper scatter file to be able to flash the custom recovery.img using SPFT. Usually custom recovery is more of screen resolution specific.
Hello I brought a chinese phone and I really need to have quality of life updates on it.
The model is showing as ALPS M8 with hardware as mt6580 its currently on android 5.1.
I was wondering if there are roms for this and also how to root it.
I prefer if there is android 7 or 6 and if I can root TWRP on it.
Any tips and hacks are also welcome.
Update: I have rooted it and have installed twrp on it. All I need now is a rom.

Hii guys! I have been looking for a custom rom for my Samsung Galaxy A10 for months but i couldn't find the same. I even tried to port miui 10 unofficially but it didn't go well. Does this phone even have a custom rom ? Can anyone please help me out ? I'm in a desperate need of a custom rom and I'm even willing to make one myself i just need some help coz i can't understand this custom rom creating jargon. It's more complex than clinical science. I think i can understand metabolic pathways easily but not this. (SRY A BIO STUDENT). can anyone please help me out??
