Hi everybody, I´m needing some help here, I have an LG G Pad X 8.0 (V521). I did a Hard Reset, and, of course, its asking me for the google account. This is not supposed to be a problem, because I do know my email and password, but everytime I try to login it says:
"unable to sign into device due to a recent password change. please try to sign in again 24 hours"
I have waited 24, 48, 72 and even more hours, but results are the same, I can´t use my device
I have tried:
1.- more hard resets
2.- I cant do an frp unlock method without a box
3.- I cant flash another rom with twrp because I need to unlock the bootloader, and I need to check some settings in the table, which I cannot access due to FRP Block
4.- I flashed stock rom with LGUP-Uppercut, but results are the same
What can I do??

After yesterdays update over WiFi (don't know which exactly, but I think it's MiUI8 6.9.8) my Redmi Note 3 (Qualcomm, 32GB) wouldn't let me unlock the device neither with fingerprint nor pattern. Before I updated it was normally unlocking. Normally I use fingerprint, so at first I thought i forgot the pattern, but after several attempts the phone went into lock mode. I am 99% sure I know the right pattern, but it won't unlock.

But I have still several problems:
- USB debugging not enabled
- no recovery installed
- no root or open bootloader or anything like that
- no backup of all photos, which are on the phone itself and not on the SD card (I just came back from holidays)
- no cloud or similar backup
- Mi Pc Suite does not detect phone
- Google Device Manager states "Since Google has verified that a screen lock is already set, the password that you entered won't be needed." if I try the send a new lockscreen.

I have absolutely no idea how i can unlock my phone without loosing any data (especially the photos).

Same happened to me so I restored my backup, once the restore had finished I removed the finger print and pin number (I had read about this on the xiaomi Forum). Then did the update again and this time it was OK
sounds easy, how did you restore the backup?
Before restoring any backup, I suggest you hard restart your phone. long press the power button.
but if I make a Hard Reset I will loss everything on the phone.

No not the hard reset. I was talking about hard restart. The phone will just restart.
ahh I see, sorry my fault.
But nonetheless I din't made any backup ever with this phone.

my phone redmi note 3(qualcomm 32gb) is also locked just yesterday ! it shows try again after 120 minutes and after the time completed it shows pattern and it will be locked again and shows the same dialouge after trying my correct password ! actually we shoud get forgot password option behind the emergency option ! please do give a reply to me if you find any solution it means a lot to me !
Well I am afraid I can't help you either... after searching for 2 days I found no solution and flashed my phone. so all data was lost...

Since 3 days ago my huawei mate 10 pro ask me to login using the pattern code,normaly I always use fingerprint logins. At first I did add the wrong pattern or I tought I was wrong, till I came to the conclusion that I was entering the good pattern but my phone dont want te let me in (if I enter the good pattern phone does nothing let me try again, can even try it 100 times, if I enter wrong pattern after 3 times, I need to wait for some time to try again), is there anyway to login or fix that bug without doing a factory reset, I really dont want to lose my data.
I am totaly stuck ,can anyone help me please, will really appreciate it.
Things I did try:
wiped cash
try to login safe mode
try change pattern with google account but cant communicate
adb tool cant detect phone, think devlopers option is switched off

I have a Redmi Note 4 Mediatek, bought in China. I used it till Q1 2018, after flashing a global rom (thanks to cofface tutorial on this forum).
I want to reset it but I forgot my mi account password and do not have anymore the phone number I used to create it. (shame on me, I didn't set email or phone recovery). I tried to ask for manual reset on Xiaomi website but it always get rejected (I don't know why). However I still remember my phone password so I can access the settings.
Then I wanted to reset it through TWRP, but I am unable to enter recovery mode, my display shows the device + a cable plugged in... and nothing happens...
I tried reflashing TWRP but it didn't change anything.
Any idea how I could solve this ?

Hello! so I have a huawei mate 20 pro 10.1.0.318(C431E8R1P5) which has been reset and now it asks for a google account or a passcode. the phone is for a friend , but unfortunately my friend cannot recall his screen password or his google account credentials.
I searched on youtube for a method , most relied on getting to emergency backup through eRecovery menu , the phone does not seem to enter the mode sometimes it:
- displays : data partition corrupted (low level format or restart)
- just boots back to the welcome screen.
after soo many cycles of research and tireless hours of digging around for a solution , I found a bunch of videos recommending me to downgrade version through something called MRT Flash tool (to downgrade from 10.1 to 9.0) the tool did not seem to work as there is no proper documentation or community to follow incase of an error (the tool is very error prone).
I just want to find a way to bypass the frp lock on phone by any way , but preferably a free ones especially if it is from the phone (being able to boot to emergency backup).

This is easy..
You or your friend can recover or reset their own google password by installing Google Chrome on your PC or Laptop, goto "login or account" and do an account recovery..
You should have set up a 2ndary email account or phone number to send the new password or account reset too
Hi all,
I've been struggling for days now to find out how to unlock bootloader on RedMi Note 10 Pro.
A friend of mine has forgotten his screen lock pattern.
I've done a device reset wiping away all datas.
While reconfiguring it I keep hanged on Android FRP protection: although I am using the same google account I keep having the "something went wrong" error message.
What I wanted to do, then, is reflash MIUI Standard ROM, but can't succeed as bootloader isn't unlocked and no developer options have been turned on on device.
Can someone please point me to the solution?

Phone is REDMI NOTE 10 PRO - M2101K6G - Maybe I posted it in the wrong section...
I've managed to update ROM to MIUI 14 using XiaoMiTool V2.
Unfortunately I didn't got rid of Android FRP.
I've got access to the google account used on the phone before resetting it (password, phone number, recovery email).
But if I use the account during phone configuration, android asks for the account previously used on the phone... which is exactly the one I used!
Actually I'm locked out of my own phone!
Any help will be appreciated.
