EDIT: So after 30 mins, this thing just wont boot, it stays on the boot animation and does nothing. I just flashed EvolutionX and it started up almost instantly after about a minute on boot animation... Not sure whats gone wrong with Superior rom?
Reflashed this SuperiorOS and im now stuck not able to access download mode or recovery anymore... F
First time I've installed a rom on my Note 9 and the startup logo to change to Galaxy S9+
is that normal? lol
it's never happened with any other rom
It's also currently been hanging on the Superior Boot animation for about 10 mins now. Will update this post if the OS loads up
To change a ufo on a plane, it's a very big idiocy, how to put such a room? Well, there's a lot missing! Superios? These room, are room that can be installed on phones that have prices of 10 dollars, specifically on any phone with android. But why don't you modify the room in the Samsung series so they can be installed on different phones? Because they cost a lot of money, and what you offer is a serious joke.

yeah, I think my Note 9 is officially bricked... I cant even power off the device to get into download mode and recovery mode also not working now. First time I've ever had this problem with any rom on my Note 9 or any other device in fact. RIP
I got stuck on the logo and can't access recovery mode or download mode now what do I do?
Use the key combination to restart the phone. When the Logo Appears, Press Vol Up+Bixby+Power. It should get you to recovery.

Yeah, same for me, I'm stuck at the boot animation and no amount of trying to get into recovery or download mode has worked so far, ive been trying for hours now. It also changed my Samsung boot logo from Note 9 to S9+ which no other rom has done before.

I've tried heaps, i cant get into recovery or download at all. Just stuck at boot animation for the rom everytime i try them it just goes back to it.
hold power+volume down for exact 10 seconds. this will shut off the phone. wait for a minute. than press volume up + bixby + power. this should reboot to recovery. i had this issue once, solved by this...
try it

no, it wont power off fully. Whether i hold it for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 seconds etc, wait for screen to go black, wait for vibrate, wait for boot animation to stop, nothing, it just reboots. My phone battery was full when i flash this rom too, so it's gonna be quite some time before it dies from a tiny boot animation i think, once it dies i might try to get straight to download mode via bixby + vol- + plug usb

whats your guess on the time it takes to die? lol its already been 6 hours or so lol, probably days at this rate...
so you reckon once it dies, i should charge it for maybe 10-15mins for a little bit of power and it should stay in power off mode right?
then i can plug it in to PC to try get into download mode from there?
i dont think im gonna even attempt to turn the thing on, just go straight to download if possible then flash a stock firmware

It is very important to follow the SuperiorOS install instructions exactly, i have updated the OP to reflect them better, make sure to wipe and not only factory reset, or you will end with bootloop. It was irriresponsible of you to spam on my S9 thread with your Note 9 problem, but I will anyway help you.
Options: let battery drain/unplug it and use download mode (you need to have phone turned OFF, then hold volume down + Bixby button, while plugging in USB to PC, = download mode opens)
Or on Superior OS logo (it will detect phone by ADB and by PC), use adb reboot bootloader (download mode) or adb reboot recovery (recovery)
Wipe system + data + cache + dalvik cache, flash Superior OS again, it will work

It is difficult because of the timing its very tight and you don't have so much time to work on it

I did follow the instructions exactly, everything was wiped, data, cache, system and dalvik, it still sent me into a boot loop, it's also changed my samsung boot logo from Note9 to Galaxy S9+, no other previous rom has ever done that on this device for me before.
I'm not a pro but i'm not exactly new to this either, I've been flashing devices for a good 10 years, I've just never had this happen where I couldnt get into some form of recovery or download mode before... I've flashed this phone probably more than 50 times over the past 2 years with all sorts of different roms, not once did i have this issue until now and this is the only rom that seems to have changed my samsung boot logo for some odd reason, why is that?
Timing that force power off with vol- + power + bixby just simply isnt working for me, I've tried it time and time again even with using a timer to see exactly 10 seconds, when i hold it for 10 seconds it already turns off at around 6.5-7 seconds and boot logo is showing again by 10 seconds. I've tried 5 seconds, 6 seconds, 7 seconds, it wont power off.
wont allow adb on superior logo because usb debugging isnt on by default i guess? it shows no devices in cmd.
And i didnt spam the other thread, i simply warned the guy to be careful in case he boot loops his device like i did. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

Hello screenshot is posted in 2nd post of this post, you can look at it, On Note 9.
And with a issue on the Note 9 thread, it does not affect S9 thread at all, they are unique. I know what you mean you are stuck on SuperiorOS logo, It is a very bad moment for you installed the ROM to get stuck, I of course understand that, But when you came to ask in our group, we had a good laugh in DM  - It is not what the group was supposed to be used for - complaining about the post and bragging about reporting.. Is not how you get help from the group. Ask for any Samsung savvys instead next time to diagnose the install
The tester to get the Note 9 booted followed:
Flash ROM + Factory reset only = no more boot, bootloop on stuck SuperiorOS splash screen, after holding power button for a few minutes SystemUI rebooted and phone booted successfully from the boot animation, it was crashed RIL and SIM not detected and more and I was sent logs = fail
He attempted again
Wipe system + data + cache + dalvik cache
Flash SuperiorOS + Opengapps nano package
Success, booted. and no stability issue for a day of usage
I will assist you to get your phone working, But obviously there is a chance you have not wipe correctly, or you have downloaded S9+ ROM and flash on Note 9 (bootloop). It is not what matters now, but when you are back on TWRP, please try our ROM again / another time soon
I also had same problem when testing on S9. It was not until wipe system + data + cache + dalvik cache it boot.
Regards

hold up... so instead of you or someone else in that telegram group saying something like "no it's cool, we know this build exists, its not a scam or anything like that" - you go ahead and laugh about it??
I'f i'd known that in the first place I wouldnt have reported it, i wasnt bragging about reporting anything, just that it was reported (mainly for the safety of the community), you could have been anyone after all, who just wanted to mess with people and brick devices for some sick joke...
that's pretty messed up...
anyways, I know for a fact i wiped fully, I always do when flashing, then i flashed Note 9 Superior OS (file name: SuperiorOS-Phoenix-crownlte-UNOFFICIAL-20200805-2200.zip which was linked above) + nano gapps latest package from today, reboot and then i was stuck.
should the crownlte version of this rom be changing my samsung boot logo from Note9 to Galaxy S9+ or not? because that's exactly what it did, I've just never seen that happen before.
:good:

I'm using [ROM]MIUI/CM7 Hybrid v3 multi-lang update 04/07/2012 and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Tonight I updated a bunch of Play Store apps that I've been putting off for a while and the only one that I could think of that could possibly have caused a problem is MiHome. Everything else was a pretty standard app/game.
Well my phone rebooted and now after it boots and shows the lock screen it goes blank a few seconds later. I tried unlocking it before it went blank and and I did see the home screen but it went blank again before the icons showed up. I can tell it's still on because there is a very slight glow from the screen if you look at it from an angle.
PLEASE HELP ME. I have no idea how to fix this and wouldn't even know where to begin!!
You've flashed a ROM before, you should know this already... Reboot into recovery, do a wipe data/cache (factory reset), reboot. If that doesn't work then wipe all and re-flash the ROM+gapps.
If you've been messing with system files, it's probably best to go straight to wipe all and re-flashing.
Re-install apps, re-configure the dozen or so apps you actually use on a normal day-to-day basis, and set a lovely wallpaper when you're done. 1 hour tops.
At the very least you'll be available for phone calls and text messages again within the next 10min.
Next time make sure to do a backup so you can restore a working copy of your data and cache whenever you need.
Unless you already know what the issue is, or how to fix it, sorry to say it, but the above steps are likely the quickest way to a resolution.
You're right I am very familiar with those steps but I can't reboot into recovery or any other method. My screen is blank and everything is unresponsive. The only way I can reboot is to pull the battery. I do remember there is a way to boot into recovery from a power off status but I can't remember how to do that.
BTW...thank you for your quick reply!

Hold down the volume-down key while booting up, when you see the Fastboot option appear, press the volume-down key repeatedly to cycle through the selections until you get to Android Recovery, then volume-up to select.
Try this:
- remove the battery
- press Volume Down and hold
- insert the battery (tricky part when holding Volume Down)
- wait till system menu appears
- release Volume Down
- press Volume Down again few times till "Recovery" shown.
- press Power
Thank you guys (or girls)! That's what I couldn't remember. Wiping now and will reinstall ROM.
As soon as I boot I get random lines / flickering unable to read screen. I cannot tell if I get in the recovery screen. Based on the noises I can tell it boots up. Since I can't read the screen at all, the software side will have to be done on my win 7 machine. Is there anything I can do?
I don't know the Kernel number or android build, etc. As I bought this on ebay.
Probably your build. I bought mine off of eBay too, broken though, and repaired it.
The first cm10 Rom I installed had that problem where it'd look like a static t.v. channel upon booting sometimes or it would just randomly do so while on. Resetting would be the only way to return the screen back to normal. Now two builds later, I have yet to re-experience that issue.
So I'd say keep resetting with volume down and power to get into recovery and install a new rom. The previous owner probably had a bad flash and wasn't able to restore the screen condition.
If that still doesn't work, correct me if I'm wrong, I believe you can rescue your tab with a factory reset using ADB, as long as you get into download mode.. which should be the first option on the right when launching the tab into recovery.
If you're unfamiliar with ADB like me, I can give you the steps in number counts to get your device into recovery and hard reset it.. like: click volume up once and hit power, hit volume down 4 times then power etc.

This probably will depend on the recovery that you have installed on the tablet, whether it's stock or custom.
This method is for clockwork recovery (CWM):
To get into recovery:
-Hold volume down + power buttons and release the power button once the "Galaxy Tab 10.1" logo shows (should be the first screen to even show). Continue holding volume down for a few more seconds and you should then be at a screen where you choose from download mode or recovery.
-Volume down
-Volume up
Once in recovery:
-Volume up 2x
-Power
-Volume down 5x
-Power
Your device should now be factory restored so you can just hold the power button until it restarts. If that still doesn't fix the issue, I'll look up the stock recovery procedure and you can try that.
Remember, volume UP is the 3rd button on the top left corner of the device and volume down is the second.

Greetings Guys, so after I brick my device a lot of times and i notice there is a limited guide for beginners on p52xx series. So I wrote this guide to share my experience with you guys the different types of brick i have encountered. Please correct me if i am wrong on something.
scenarios:
1) you flash something wrong, got into boot loop and you are able to get into recovery or download more. Please proceed to Odin or Recovery tutorial below, Section A Option A
2) Your device went dark after you flash something wrong, cannot boot up or you drain your battery during or right after you mod your device and it wont charge up. Please proceed to Section A Option B
3) You did nothing but drain your battery and it won't charge up after 0% and shutdown. Please proceed to section A option A *THIS IS NOT BRICKED SITUATION*
Section A: How to boot it up....
There is few options you can do,
Option A: If you didn't mess your boot partition up. you can leave it drain for like hours to days *I have tried to leave it for 7 to 9 days... and charge it again, keep charging about 30 minute to an hour when you see charging sign, then proceed to Section B if you brick your device. If you don't, just start it up normally and let it charge up to 100% before you discharge.
>Drain the battery by leaving it uncharged for days
>Charge it on, you will see charging sign
>Leave it charge for hours
>you can boot up into normal or follow the tutorial below for flashing firmwares.
Option B: If you mess with your boot partition and cause it, better follow @r2d23cpo 's suggestion.
So here is some tip.
When the device failed boot.img and goes into black screen it can make you think it is broken. But In fact it is in boot "Limbo". So because there is no feedback on the screen (image) You never know where the TAB 3 is with reference of Power OFF, Charging, Download mode Boot mode or Recovery mode.
You will be save if you can get away of the corrupt boot. Then get into download mode and use Odin or get into recovery and use a good update.zip or backup.
So our BEST tool is the Three button Start Sequence to get away from the Boot bad image. The truth is that our TAB does not requires the Home Button to be Press. SO we only use Power.,Vol- and/or Vol+.
Here is the Basic.
Get a Clock that shows seconds.
Disconnect USB Cable from TAB. Tab should have at least little battery power. Why, to ensure you get in Power Off Mode and not unknown charging mode.
* Pressing Power Button for 6 consecutive seconds should reset and bring TAB 3 to Power Off Mode. Pressing Longer can actually confuse the device, because it may go in to Boot again or just Get another reset and loop back. So the secret is to Hold Comfortable & Firm you Tab in you hand to ensure you PRESS continuously but only the required time.. Then Press Firm ONLY the Power Button lets say 7 Seconds NOT MORE then release. You do not Know but know you should be in POWER OFF.
* Now Lets go to Download Mode. For That we need only POWER + Vol- ( Vol- is the Closest to Power). Remember to Hold firm your TAB and buttons. A bad contact will interrupt the process. DO not Press TO HARD, you could damage your buttons. But Here is a tip. You want to ensure that your TAB know you Press the Vol-. For this reason you are going to press Firm FIRST the [Vol-]. Now Keep pressing [Vol-] and press [POWER]. In 3 seconds you should see The Warning and the Triangle of Download Mode. if you get there the use Odin to revive your TAB. I am Attaching an Odin Boot file.
If it fails try again. Press [Power] for 7 seconds. Release. Wait 3 seconds. Press [Vol-] then [Power] for 2 seconds. Then while keeping [Vol-] down release [Power], no more than 3 seconds later ===> Download Mode. Now use Odin file
The same goes for Recovery. But in recovery is [Vol+]
Press [Power] for 7 second. Release. Wait 3 seconds. Press [Vol+]then [Power] for 2 seconds. Then while keeping [Vol+] down release [Power], no more than 3 seconds later ===> Recovery Mode., now use your backup or the update.zip I gave you.
Now let me explain.
* Press [Power] for 7 second. ==> This in fact after 6 seconds trigger Power Off Mode.
* Release. Wait 3 seconds. ==> This ensure that you guys do not trigger Power On or even a second time Power Off.
* Press [Vol+]then [Power] for 2 seconds. ==> Please note that we first press [Vol] so that there is no doubt that you want to Power on in a special mode. You press [Power] for 2 seconds only so that it Power On and in fact do not reach the 6 second for another power off!
* Then while keeping [Vol+] down release [Power] ==> You need to release [Power] so that you do not trigger another Power Off. But need to HOLD [Vol] for about 3 seconds so that it boots in Download or recovery Mode.
Please Note the dilemma. Keeping [Power] press more than necessary will result in a unknown state, depending only in how many the devices in fact triggered Power off and or power On!! That is why you need to observe the timing.

Option C: Also suggested by r2d23cpo, Charge your battery separately and see if it works. *I never try that before.* You can actually open up your tab 3 10.1, here is a video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80McioNw3Os
Section B: How to restore back to original firmware with kies or odin
But aware that p5220 p5210 or p5200 are having different firmware and you need to download. So do not completely follow the tutorial in the link below, please check your device model and download the right firmware then you can pretty much follow this tutorial by @Zachisimo:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2604681

Nice job.
But I have to raise My PERSONAL VIEW. I know many devices when "leave it drain for like hours to days" to see a device recovery itself works. This devices have a FACTORY image that gets to restore them-self when they see corruption. As an example I seen some PALM devices.
But in Samsung devices you only have one and only one boot.img!!! There is no Factory recovery waiting for you. So discharging the device for me IS NOT A VALID OPTION. Believe me. On top our Device may and most likely WILL NOT charge with a corrupted boot.img. So if you leave the device to discharge you will not be able to recharge the battery unless you open the device pull out the battery and charge it alone!!!. So beware. That is my personal opinion. The rest is fine. Good job.

thanks @r2d23cpo. There is many options that they can chose. I am going to flash stock firmware, i have no choice as my battery is 0% now, it do charge but weird that after i tried option b every time it boot up it will boot up into recovery, but i will shut down again as its 0% battery. It last a bit longer now somehow its 1~2%.
After i force shutdown and i finally stop the boot looping and what i am going to do is wait for it to charge till 60% maybe and flash it with stock firmware and charge it up to 100%. I have a feelings that i will spoil the battery like this. So i have planed to get a replacement.
just now i will get into recovery by pressing (vol - and power and home) it get into recovery. But now i can get into download mode. I am not going to risk now as its still low on battery.
I actually support your view as it is a risk, or we shall call it a gambling. So your option may be safer, however i have no choice but to bet it on my option as this is the 3rd time i did that.
Thanks for the mention! But honestly I got out of this tablet because there was really no development and it was just outright slow. But if anyone needs anything I still have it!

Please proceed to section A option A *THIS IS NOT BRICKED SITUATION*

well, check your stock rom if it is the correct one, or try to download custom rom from other thread and try.
So today I finally got notification for Oreo update on my Galaxy A8 2018 version.
I updated it via Smart Switch with original USB cable from Samsung, but after update was done, my phone was stuck at reboot mode.
It just keeps rebooting all the time, and even after 1 hour of reboots, it doesn't do anything usefully.
I went to recovery mode, where it still says it's android 7.1.1 firmware … I tried to wipe cache partition and that didn't help at all.
Next step was apply update from SD card but that just returns me errors: E:footer is wrong, E:Signature verification failed and E:failed to to find misc partition.
I tried to wipe all data/factory reset, but that didn't help either.
I can't start it download mode to use Odin, and smartswitch doesn't see my phone either.
I have no idea what else to do
Hi , let your battery to be completely empty , put in charger for about 2 hours don't power On!
After that take out the charger hold at the same time Vol - , home and Power taster , but to skip reboots , try when you hold those 3 buttons to press fast couple of times Vol - while you are holding other two buttons . If you are able to go into Download mode reflash the same firmware version Android 7.1.1 .
It turns out, that I was able to get in download mode, but I had to press volume up + volume down + power button all at the same time.
After that I was able to flash my device with stock 7.1.1 Android. After that was a success, I tried to update to Oreo again via Smart Switch … again same problem and phone would boot.
Then I downloaded Oreo firmware for my phone, and tried to flash it. It wasn't working at all. Program finished in 4 sec, and phone was stuck back at reboot.
After banging my head against the wall, I found some article on web, that this is a know issues for Odin 3.1.2 version, and that 3.1.3 version is working.
So I was finally able to flash my phone with Oreo Android, using Odin 3.1.3 version …. flashed my device at least 7 times before I got result that I wanted.
I still lost all my data, since I didn't have any backups enabled. This time I'm downloading all my apps, and do all customization, and then I'm making backup, so I won't be stuck with that problem once again.
Sometimes I regret going from iOS to Android, and next phone will probably be iPhone for me.

Can we get a translator here so I can understand what the [email protected] you're saying please? Its bad enough I've been dealing with this goddam boot loop for hours and hours but now I can't even get an answer I can understand ****!
This is NOT my work (Ianmacd) and guide is written by Mr Pickles all credits to him for his install method.
Also this is just a copy and paste but the guide is well written and TWRP should cause less issues.
I'm sure Gieti94 is just perhaps busy with other commitments, credit also to him for his fantastic efforts.
Just a new space for the currently working TWRP so all don't get in a pickle.
----------------------------
Download link (Maintained by pickles) best to have all in a tidy and convenient place (Thanks Pickles)
http://bit.ly/2VlcqYd
Install Guide (Draughted by Pickles) very well written.
---------------------------
- NOT A SINGLE STEP IS UNNESSECARY
- DO THEM _ALL_ EXACTLY!
- ALL YOUR DATA WILL BE GONE - BACKUP!
---------------------------------------
DO NOT INSTALL MODPACK FROM SOLDIER - IT BREAKS TWRP!
---------------------------------------
If you have any problems - contact @PiCkLeS or on Telegram by PiCkLeS or @rp4k
---------------------------------------
All development is by @ianmacd (Ian Macdonald).
---------------------------------------
0 - No matter what you have today, no root or Magisk-only solution or TWRP with Magisk-solution, do ALL the steps..
1 - Make sure you copy the "Magisk_Manager_Ian_install.apk" file and "Multidisabler-g97x_by_Ian.zip" file to your sd-card before you start!
2 - Download latest firmware via Samfirm or Frija or in any way you can, and unpack.
3 - Boot your phone to Download mode (Power+Bixby+VolDown) and remember to have the USB connected to your computer, it won't boot to DL-mode otherwise
4 - Keep autoboot etc in Odin settings, put each file in its place (AP, BL, CSC etc) and _dont_ use HOME_CSC, use CSC-only-file.
5 - After Odin is done, your phone will reboot automatically - let it! It can feel like forever, but let it do its restarts and stuff until you are in system-setup
6 - Do the setup as per usual, CONNECT TO WIFI but you can safely just say Skip on sign in and other stuff
7 - When setup says its all finished and you get to the standard launcher - go into Settings and enable Developer settings
8 - This step IS necessary.. If you don't do this step, you might get in pre-normal rrm state and you will have wait 7 days to try again: Enter Developer settings and look for the "OEM Unlock" switch - if you are rooting for the first time, Enable it. If you already have root since before or unlocked your bootloiader before, just confirm that its Enabled and graded out.
9 - If you already have an unlocked bootloader, skip to step 12. If not, continue with step 10.
10 - IF you never have unlocked your bootloader before, Power off the phone and boot into download mode again. You will see the long press volUp option for unlock bl, do that.
11 - IF you never have unlocked OEM before, boot the phone again, do the setup without signing in etc but connect to wifi, enable dev settings, go into dev settings and check that OEM now is enabled and grayed out.
12 - Reboot the phone in recovery mode (Power+Bixby+VolUp and keep holding until you are in stock recovery. Choose and do a factory reset.
13 - Reboot to bootloader with option in Recovery.
14 - Flash the tar you got (S10x-TWRP+Magisk_fixed_by_Ian.tar I Odin in the AP-slot. DISABLE auto reboot in Odin first!
15 - When the tar has flashed - Do as instructed on the phone, hold Power+VolDown for a few seconds and AS SOON AS THE SCREEN GOES BLACK -> quickly press power+bixby+volUp for a _long_ time, and I mean it can feel as if its a full minute! After a while you will see TWRP starting with its start screen, you can now let go and enter TWRP.
16 - FORMAT data, then WIPE data AND Cache. DO NOT LET IT REBOOT
17 - Flash "Multidisabler-g97x_by_Ian.zip" from SD card
18 - Go back to start screen of TWRP, Choose Reboot, Choose Recovery - YOU MUST ALWAYS CHOOSE REBOOT TO RECOVERY and _NOT_ system!
19 - Let the phone reboot into system, it will do some reboots it self, and again it will feel like it takes FOREVER - Just let it do its thing and DO NOT PRESS ANY KEYS!
20 - When your phone is finally done booting, just do the normal setup/signing for real this time.
21 - When you are done and in system/launcher, install "Magisk_Manager_Ian_install.apk" from SD card and verify that you now have Magisk Manager installed.
22 - Start Magisk Manager and say YES to what it says, it will do some stuff and then say "Rebooting in 5 seconds" - LET IT BOOT AND DO NOT TOUCH ANY KEYS this time either..
23 - Now when booted to system, start Magisk Manager and see that you have all green and its installed.
24 - Now you have root.
** Every time you reboot manually, be prepared to hold Power+Bixby+VolUP until you see the Samsung S10x-logo, then release and let it reboot, you will have root.
** Every time you power off the phone, when you power ON again, hold Power+Bixby+VolUP until you see the Samsung S10x-logo, then release and it will boot with root.
** Every time you want to enter TWRP-recovery, do as above but KEEP HOLDING THE KEYS UNTIL TWRP-start screen shows then release. Remember to choose reboot to recovery afterwards and you will boot with root.
** IF you screw up and forget or miss the key combo, just let it boot to system, immediately when system is up - reboot again and do the key combo and all is fine again.
This is me just trying to get an emergency first aid space, nothing more, I'm NOT trying to take any credits or dismiss Gieti94.
Thanks All
Thanks for this, have been away for a few days and that thread got crowded pretty quickly and I had no idea what was happening. Thank you!
Note the download link. Never use another one, like someone that adds a megalink or alike. The link I have is maintained and only a couple of hours ago for example Ian's updated multidisabler zip was updated. And it might be om copied content to another site.
/P
Good work all, I've been using this method since Saturday thanks to a PM from PiCkLeS and it now works as it should have from the start, no more accidentally trashing my phone ? Thanks to Ian for his work on this, it's greatly appreciated

There is none of yet but I heard there may be 1 around the corner.
The multi disabler doesn't work for G975N, the Korean version
Still didn't bought my s10+ but does this new twrp method means we can flash custom roms and kernels when they will start rolling?
You have to press on the 3 buttons on any reboot of the phone even if magisk is installed?
Ok, so i cannot now do anything with my device. Only galaxy s10e screen with yellow triangle. Flashed TWRP then i got into TWRP. Tried to reboot to recovery but it only did reboot to TWRP. Now i cannot get into download mode! Once i keep power, vol down and bixby button, it does nothing. After screen "galaxy s10e" screen the screen goes blank. What to do?
