Did you boot up your phone after flashing the ftf or just flashed the boot.img?

I used this ROM yesterday and flashed Aire's bootpe7 kernel and it was working well. I am using AOSP ICS now. I don't know about polish language though cause I never checked it

Yes, Polish (Polski in the languages menu) is included.
I'm using boot_uv7.1.4 and haven't had any issues yet.
PS: Thanks Aire for your great kernels! I'm glad to see you went back to using the old frequencies and your own undervolting in the ICS kernel.

Convert your data and cache to ext4 format. Miui doesn't support f2fs

There are no languages like xiaomi.eu or global, so if you do not know Russian, English or Chinese it does not make sense to install it.

I bought a Xiaomi 12T pro version here in my conuntry (Chile) and I did it through a mobile company. The thing is that its very difficult to update to the MIUI latest version cause it´s weird that my MIUI versión is "13.0.1.0(SLFCLEN)", so I don't know if I have a Global version or what. And this mobile company always have many delays with the update services. So I wanna see if I can update from my PC, but I don't know which version should I download...
Can somebody help me?

Nope, you have to wait for your carrier update.
Otherwise, you can unlock the bootloader to install the rom you want.
