Battery Ring - Energy Ring Indicator for hole punch phones creates energy ring as battery indicator on top of the screen.
Although Battery Ring works on any phone, its worth trying on phone with hole punch camera lens like new nokia x71 and many more hole punch camera lens phones.
Battery ring app allows creating ring around the camera lens indicating current Battery level. its also adds accent look to your front camera lens.
Battery ring app have many options to customize and make energy ring configurable at great extent.
On full charge, it creates 360 degree energy ring around the front camera lens.
While charging, ring animates if you enabled this option.
features:-
◇ Battery Ring allows you to place energy ring on any location of your phone screen.
◇ Battery Ring app is very light on battery, almost 0% load on CPU.
◇ Battery Ring works only when battery level gets updated and when screen is ON.
◇ You can change the colors of the ring, thickness of the ring and size of the ring.
◇ You can move ring using x and y coordinates to place ring accuratly.
◇ Battery Ring have two rings, inner and outer, you can change colors and width of both rings. so try different combinations and make your camera lens amazing.
Battery Ring require system overlay permission to draw energy ring on screen. App do not have any features those require running app access, like hiding energy ring when app is on fullscreen, and this also helps to restrict Battery Ring service to 0% load on CPU.
Hence Battery Ring works silently without much RAM usage, and when you lock the phone, Battery Ring service becomes idle, meaning it doesn't read changes in battery level when the screen is off.
You won't believe how cool it is until you try it yourself!

Very nice and useful app...
Arc Lighting adds a highly customizable ring of light around the camera cutout of your phone. You can use this light with various indicators such as audio visualization, notification lighting, critical or low battery warnings, as well as a charge indicator. The ring can also appear on your Always-On display. (to make aod work you need to make sure you have downloaded always on amoled and activated it, you also need to make sure samsung stock aod and samsung edge lighting is disabled under samsung display settings you also need to make sure that aod is enabled under arclighting with override set to off)
Features:
- Highly customizable lighting for Galaxy devices and most other devices. Select a variety of colors, animations, and styles.
- Always show ring with various gradient effects (add multiple colors and make them spin for a visual experience)
- An adjustable glow effect that can be turned on or off (sometimes this can cause the light to freeze to a white glow this will be fixed)
- Notification lighting both when the display is on or off (update planned for only the lockscreen or only inapp)
- Music lighting that syncs the light to your music (does not work together with other indicators so other indicators will stop working if you enable music lighting this will be fixed)
- Battery indicator lighting for charging, low and critical battery states. (note it will not work until you configure the zones you want the colors to appearm, not configuring zones can freeze the light entirely this will be fixed)
- Device overheating indicator for gamers and power users (note it will not work until you configure the zones you want the colors to appear, not configuring zones can freeze the light entirely this will be fixed)
- Arc Lighting can be configured to match the color of your wallpaper, the app you're currently in, or both! (this only works for the only show ring and only when you set it to a solid color the option is not available for gradient colors which will be added later)
This app requires certain permissions to function correctly.
Accessibility: This permission is used for the ring to appear over your lock screen, always-on display, and for accessing the color of the current app you're in. This permission is required for the app to function properly.
Draw Over Other Apps: This permission allows the ring to show on top of other apps. This permission is required for the app to function properly.
Microphone Access: This permission is used to analyze the internal device audio for the music lighting. You will not be asked for this permission unless you choose to enable the Audio Visualizer indicator for the ring.
Storage Access: This permission is used to get the color of your wallpaper. You will not be asked for this permission unless you choose to use the color of your wallpaper for the ring.
Notification access: This permission is used to change the color of the ring after notifications
Burn-in concerns: Some Android displays may suffer from mild burn-in if a single item is displayed on the screen for an extremely significant amount of time. If you are concerned about this, feel free to enable the rotation animation in ring settings. That will ensure the display is constantly changing. Alternately, you can disable the default effect to only show the ring while an indicator is being triggered. Note: Samsung Galaxy devices come with burn-in protection that moves the pixels a little each time.
Compatible Devices
- Galaxy S10+
- Galaxy S10
- Galaxy S10e
- Galaxy note 10
- Galaxy note 10+
- Galaxy note 5g
arc lighting is compatible with more devices such as s21 through the use of an alighment slider, it has not been officially tested yet on a s21

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
how do i disable individual notifications: currently this is a planned update, you can go into custom colors and set each app you don't want notifying to 100% transparent
light is constantly flashing even if i cleared all notifications: sometimes theres forced notifications such as when you're charging it will force a notification that says you're fast charging, the light will pick up on these you need to hold on these notifications and turn them off to stop the light there should be nothing at all in the notificationpanel, if you still have a flashing light with nothing in the panel contact me.
frozen light: music lighting will disable all other indicators same with battery indicator or battery temp indicator, you need to set custom zones otherwise the light will be frozen, glow also tends to freeze the light so turn that off if it's frozen (this will be fixed in a coming update)
i have given out codes now to over 5000 people and i still have more people to send out to, it would mean a lot if you rated my app as it has received quite a lot of hate lately, this is ofcourse not required to receive a free code but it is appreciated and would personally mean a lot to me considering the damage the bad ratings has caused, the s21 has not been officially tested yet so there may be bugs, arc lighting comes with an alignment slider to support most devices
also note that currently the code is being rewritten i have not heard from the developer for some time so i don't know any eta but hopefully soon, if i had more money i would do more with this app unfortunately theres not much i can do apart from bug fixes, but the new code should fix most bugs and make it overall better.
Does anyone have the s21 yet to properly test I should get mine on Monday
About this app:
Refresh Rate Control: Easily control the max refresh rate (Hz) of android devices with multiple refresh rates (e.g. note20 ultra, s20/S20+/S20Ultra, z fold 2, s21/s21+/s21Ultra, tab S7/S7+, z fold 3, z flip 3). This app can limit max refresh rate to 96hz (or any available refresh rate) on supported smartphones - you can save power with negligible difference on smoothness. Use either the in-app toggle or quick settings tile - ADB setup or Root NOT needed.
Force High: Option to use High(Fixed) motion smoothness mode on Samsung devices with native Adaptive motion smoothness***
Current Samsung smartphones natively supporting adaptive refresh rates:
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
Galaxy Z Fold 2
Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra
Galaxy Z Flip 3
Galaxy Z Fold 3
Refresh Rate Monitor: Show real-time screen refresh rate as statusbar icon and/or as overlay. Overlay size and location is adjustable. Use either the in-app toggle or quick settings tile
Quick Resolution Switcher: Easily switch to any supported resolutions using the included quick setting tile***
Quick High/Adaptive on Power Saving Mode: Easily switch to high or adaptive motion smoothness mode (from Standard) even on power saving mode on supported Samsung smartphones.***
Note: Not working on TabS7 updated to OneUI4.*
Force to Lowest Hz: Force lowest refresh rate on screen-off/AOD. This overrides Samsung's strange stock behavior which sets the refresh rate to the highest on screen off (update: it is now at 60hz since oneui3.0) - to improve standby power consumption a bit - ADB setup or Root NOT needed.
Auto apply power saving mode during screen-off (after ~ 10 secs)***
Tasker plugin support: Automate GMH settings with Tasker app. Supported actions/variables: max refresh rate, min refresh rate, keep smooth motion on PSM, motion smoothness mode, quick-doze mod, change dispaly resolution, auto sensors off. More info in FAQs below
Premium Features:
Keep High/Adaptive motion smoothness when power saving mode is enabled whether manually or by the system/adaptive power saving***
Note: Not working on TabS7 updated to OneUI4.*
Adaptive refresh rate mod for devices supporting multiple refresh rates but do not have the stock Adaptive motion smoothness (e.g. S20 series, S20FE, TabS7/S7+) with the ability to set the brightness threshold for its activation***
Quick-doze mod: Quickly enter doze mode during screen-off that can not be interrupted by motion ***
Set minimum refresh rate for adaptive mode to 60hz or lower (if supported)***
Resolution switcher filter: Filter what screen resolutions to include for the resolution switcher QS tile.
Auto SENSORS OFF (experimental non-root workaround):
Device sensors will automatically turn off while screen is off until the device is unlocked. This helps minimize battery-draining motion-triggered wakelocks while device is not being used.
Statusbar net speed indicator
7-day Premium Trial is available. Just click "Activate Premium|Trial" button and activate free trial when prompted.
Note: The premium license is on a per device basis.
***these marked features require a one-time ADB setup (this is not root)
Info: This app targets older android sdk in order to control refresh rates without ADB setup. Just ignore the dialog that says "This app was built for an older version of Android...." when opened for the first time.

I try the app on galaxy tab s7 plus non-rooted, but it does not work. One-time ADB setup is successful. However, when I open the app, it does not have 96hz option. When i press "Adaptive", it says "adaptive is not guaranteed to work on SM-T975 and does not thing. The refresh rate is still fixed. Please take a look at the tab s7 plus device! thank you!

hello, I have a couple of questions/issues.
1. who's to decide which available refresh rates are there? I find it pretty dumb that this tablet has 60 and 120hz and no in-betweens. Can this be changed in the future? i guess I'll stick with 60hz for the time being. 120 is just too much battery drain and it gets hotter too on the bottom of the screen.
2. I seem to have an issue that when I leave the tablet to stable 60hz (set in Samsung's settings) when I unlock it after a while, I find it on 120hz. Now I've tried to disable the forced minimum refresh from gmh and see if it persists. BTW, is this needed on this tablet? is Samsung's implementation this bad?
3. is there a way to change the app's language? the automatic translation to Italian is TERRIBLE.
thanks!
Just for ****s and giggles, I thought I would make a macro in macrodroid to do something like this.
Here is what I came up with that suits my flow
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
this is the basic macro
There is a setting to apply adaptive refresh rate in this but whether or not it is actually working is hard to determine so I didn't bother putting it in the macro.
Here's how to do it though incase someone wants to take the time to test it.
This is on the tab s7 plus, not the tab s7.
This is why I think this could be significant
Hi! Pls. check update on the app now. v6.61 now up. See changes below.

Thanks for this great app! Looks working for now. I'll buy it when the trial ends and it is working as expected.
One questions though: Do I need to put the app into any battery optimization white list in order to keep it working?

There might be a bug:
Whever I turn on the screen ans resume the tablet from sleep, the adaptive refresh does not work and stays at 120fps. However, if I switch out to another app and switch back, it start to working again.

SM T970, Android 11, OneUI 3.1. This bug shows in every app I am using, discord, solid explorer, even samsung home.
How to reproduce it:
1. Make sure the app is working, eg. It can automaticlly set screen refresh rate to 60HZ after 2 second.
2. Turn screen off.
3. Turn screen on.
4. Look at the fps indicator. Now it won't automaticlly set to 60HZ anymore.
5. As long as I switch out and back, it will work again.

The phone itself does not have a LED notification so you can use AoD Norify app as way to get effect on notifications or use the edge lightning that is built into the OneUI
