Hello! I noticed that huawei nova 5t doesn’t support ar core. Are there any news on when it will be added? Or is there any possible way to have it in huawei nova 5t?
NO any news. Version 1.12 of google servies for ar, downloaded from apkmirror - worked for me some time. But not it does not work, developers have not answered to requests to add our device and not any advices found in Internet.

Hi there folks,
I wondered if somebody could perhaps help me clarify something.
I am buying devices from China that are coming as Android handsets with Google Play installed and full use of the app store.
(They don't come with Google's other apps installed like Maps, Gmail etc)
I have done some searching online and cannot find the correct answer to my query in regards to Googles policy on the certification an Android build should have. Here is what i've been given from the manufacturers:
Level 1, free use of the Android operating system, but not embedded GMS on Android OS;
Level 2, embedded part of the GMS service on Android OS, but the phone can not be marked with Google trademarks;
Level 3, embedded all GMS services on Android OS, you can use Google trademarks. If in case the built-in Google GMS services in android phone, Brand holder should apply GMS from google.
From my understanding and reading online, Level 1 is a Developer Certificate and 2 and 3 would be a GMS signed certificate.
Can anybody help clarify what the letter of the law (or at least Google's policy) is on this please as I'm struggling to find solid information online.
Any information and links would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Ben
GMS Certification
This seems a mysterious issue. I too seek GMS certification. I would welcome any assistance on even how to contact Google on this issue.
Hi,
Yo can find the proper partner when you search in Google for GMS licensed partner.
Hello All,
I am new to the forums and android emulation in general. [Sorry about not being able to post links]
I have been trying to find a way to play the following game for what seems like ages now:
I am Unable to Post Links, But it is in the google play store as (Trap Hunter -Lost Gear- Lite)
Thing is, it's no longer supported supported by modern updates, and I have spoken with the developer and he no longer plans to update it.
I have tried to emulate it using MEmu, Genymotion and Android Studio using Versions as low as Kitkat (4.0) , with the same result of it crashing on startup.
According to the games website: Google Search: "Trap Hunter Lost Gear" It is Spec'd to run on Android OS 2.0.1 'Eclair'.
I have been unable to get an emulator to run this version unfortunately, and was wondering if someone here might be able to see if it works?
Thanks.
Huawei is working on developing HMS 4.0 OS.
According to these Huwaei Mobile Services, could I have some type of certification in my Mate 30 Pro 5G to be able to install GPay or my bank's app and make payments with the phone via NFC?

If you install GMS you will be able to install all apps you need including bank's app. i tried most of bank's apps and working fine.
However, making payments with the phone via NFC is not possible now through Gpay as your device is not google certified.
Regarding Huawei HMS 4.0 OS, I have no idea ...
I hope i am able to answer your certification being Mate 30 Pro 5G user.
It should be possible ig

Huawei Just need to believe in their products and make them available all over. We don't mind buying good gadgets as long as they have good specs. We can sideload apps. Price is all that matters

No. HMS will have some alternative apps with similar functionality.

Just found out that in Germany they have come up with an app called 'appsearch'. It allows you to install FB, Twitter and other popular apps.

Installed it the other day but the number of Apps are limited. Only the more popular ones are there. The search function does not work when I tried it. It is supposed to search for apps in sites such as apkmirror. Maybe it works in other regions.
Huawei is the best phone

Hi Freeje,
We were talking about gms specific apps(for example Google Maps or Youtube). FB, Twitter, etc. are not such apps.

for the y7p it still working rn
You dont have a solution sadly, it's with HMS. You bought the phone knowingly I'm sure, so here's what you can do:
1. Use Petal Search to download other apps/games that aren't on AppGallery, for example you can download Discord from Petal Search. Petal Search gives the apps from trusted sources like APKPure and APKMirror.
Link: https://appgallery.cloud.huawei.com/app/C100995735
2. Use the web versions of Google apps, for example Youtube in browser. You can also use Snaptube or Vidmate from AppGallery, they both show Youtube videos and you can watch them from there.
Links:
Snaptube: https://appgallery.cloud.huawei.com/app/C100180977
Vidmate: https://appgallery.cloud.huawei.com/app/C100854761
3. You can also check the thread I made on Huawei Community that helped many people that use phones without GMS, Google Alternatives: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/community/details/topicId_48289/
Enjoy! It's not a disaster, you'll get used to it.
Use GMS installer to install the gms service and then you can install the google apps individually.
