Never restore someone else efs, it will make complete mess of your IMEI and other stuff. Try searching for some different way.

I am using, Custom rom from 6/7 years, with my 6/7 devices.
Last 3 devices are running from Xiaomi, Mi Max 2, Redmi K20 pro, Redmi note 9s still running with custom rom.
Flashed, Reflashed minimum over 100 times. Never did backup EFS.
Never need to restore Backup EFS.
I never faces signal issue.
For any problem, Reflashed rom with MI flash, again flash custom rom.

Try unofficial unlock bootloader bro vl work..u could request note 3 qcn file of note 3 users..I'm currently using z2 plus
Flash the right firmware for the device (if you don't know which one is the right, just keep trying until you find one that is working) and it will solve the problem (it solved mine without reinstalling ROM or anything just flash firmware, reboot and enjoy). If you flash any miui based ROM, you always have to flash the firmware otherwise this will happen again.
I have problems with IMEI and Mac (wifi). I fix this with QPST and clean flash.

Odd issues after restoring IMEI (Global RN4)

Hello everyone
Yesterday while restoring a backup of my rom, I also restored the firmware (didn't know I wasn't suppose to do that :/) and lost my IMEI etc.
I fixed that by flashing a stock rom suggested on another thread.
That fixed the IMEI and everything.
I restored my rom (correctly this time) and got everything back (I'm on Cardinal)
But now my gyroscope and accelerometer are acting weird.
I used an app to test and saw it was really erratic, jumping from side to side etc.
Now I have no idea where to go from here.
Any help would be great
Thanks

If the rom you restored is aosp based then the firmware which you have for aosp roms, but if you have miui then installing miui again will fix it.

I restored a backup of a Lineage based rom, that's what cause the problem with the IMEI vanishing in the first place.
And I've read that the persist.img is what can fix the accelerometer... So confusing.

Question Lost IMEI after root

Hello all, I was asking if you can help me with an issue here.
While trying to root my Nord 2, I flashed the wrong boot.img version (A.10, while I was already update at the A.11), losing my WiFi and Bluetooth. So to recover them, I flashed the Full A.07 firmware and went back up to A.11 flashing the various OTAs. After flashing the A.07 firmware though, I've lost IMEI and Cellular functionality, and was never able to recover them.
I've done a backup of my nvram, nvdata, and nvcfg partitions before flashing, but restoring them didn't solve the issue.
I've use this guide for root: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/root-tool-oneplus-nord-2-oxygen-11-3-dn2103_11_a-xx-eea.4332959/
And this guide to flash A.07 and OTAs: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/oneplus-nord-2-oxygen-11-3-dn2103-eea-rom.4331695/
Does someone have any hints? Or should I send it back to Oneplus?

Those images are the first I've tried. I've then tried with the stock boot image linked in @pankspoo post, but with still no result. My guess is that flashing V.07 on top of V.11 rewrited some others partitions that should have not be touched
Well i am not happy to tell you, but if its true that partitions containing IMEI and WiFi connections got overwritten with nonsense information then the only thing that could save your phone is full nandroid backup which you do not have. And unfortunetly dont expect anyone else to provide it as that would mean that those 2 phones would have the same IMEI and MAC address.
I would suggest that you flash stock image, lock your bootloader and send it for RMA saying that you dont know what happened. You will have like 50/50 chance that they will just replace your motherboard without much of an investigation.

Yeah, I've already contacted OnePlus and I'm waiting for an RMA.
There's just a catch: I'm not able to re-lock the bootloader without getting the "boot image is corruptd" error. But I hope it's not an issue if I send it back all stock, with just the bootloader unlocked.

Well my guess is that if they take a look at it and the bootloader will be unlocked they will send it back to you rejacted. Atleast that was my expirience once with my old Xiaomi phone. So probably try flashing original firmware using some kind of recovery utility such as Sp flash to help get rid of this message?

Hes lying, it doesn't work like that. You need to flash the file which is the nvdata or nvram or whatever it could be but i have no idea why its not working for now so lets just assume that the nvdata file is unique for the 30k phone.
where do I get nv data. It doesn't work

As per the rules of this forum and xda i am not allowed to post the link but still ill help you so there you go firmwarefile [dot] com/?s=nord+2
I do not remember exactly which firmware file has all the nvdata, nvram and other important partitions so you would need to download all the nord 2 roms from that link. Its completely legit and safe, only 1 important thing is do not flash the preloader from any of those links as that would lead to a very strong hard brick of nord 2 and currently it is not possible to unbrick a hard bricked nord 2 and you would need to visit the service center. Or if you could get a full backup of all the partitions from someone then you can try that aswell but i am telling you that it still wont work because for some reason the so called nvdata and other partitions are unique for this 30k phone. Only hope i can see is wait for the official mtk exploit of 6893 or some other method to restore a hard bricked phone to normal state.
