We do not have an estimate on this yet, as global rom is much much more complicated than CN, it has to fit in all distributed regions law and regulation, and current joy ui 12 is based on Miui which does not qualify for this.
And we are still debating this whether or not joy ui 12 should go stock or Mi.

Thats nonsense if you cant support a global market then dont sell a global phone. I paid $600 for a phone that has march security on it. Blackshark is a disappointment to xiaomi phones.
They also had problems to get the Global Black Shark 3 Pro on stock. Global support looks dead now or to busy with a new snapdragon 888 phone, but that's still no exuse. You must support your products.
Even my 3 year old oneplus 6 is receiving it's January 2021 security patch and soon Android 11.
Any news about joyui 12 for BS3 ?
Nothing so far. We are forgotten because we supported their expensive experiment for a gaming phone. They are busy hyping up Black Shark 4
Then they are surprised that this otherwise super mobile phone is not sold ... I moved from a Chinese Rom, where I already had JoyUi 12, to Global and it was probably a mistake ...

Can’t you move back to cn Rom?
mine is global originally so I can't go back to anything, it will probably break mobile network or bluetooth if I flashed CN rom

Don't be daft - my Honor 9 has had quite a few updates in the last year, and so has my MediaPad M5. I'm certainly happier than I was on my previous handset manufacturer, which was Motorola.

Sorry if you felt I'd insulted you. I personally don't feel saying your comment is daft is an insult. More that is was a silly or daft comment.
Huawei historically were bad at doing updates, but nowadays they are certainly better than a lot of other companies. As I said I think I've had at least half a dozen updates in 12 months for my Honor 9, and probably as many for my Mediapad, which I've had for several months now. Even if they are mainly applying Google's security patches.

Several people in the Honor 9 forum of mobilarena.hu are reporting that their devices are receiving the EMUI 9 update now. My brotger's device has received the update too, mine hasn't yet.
This seems to be a massive rollout.

My wife got the Update yesterday. Since then it is stuck in update process. After Update the Phone reports it ran into serious Problems, there are only two options: factory Reset or install Update again. But install again does not resolve the Problem. There are more people with this Problem:

Hi Necrodaemon, is it possible for you or someone else to elaborate more on this topic and how to recover all data before wipe all and reinstall everything?
I read the post you linked but I am so new on the topic I am not really sure what I have to do.
I had the problem some days ago when I tried to update my honor 9 tu emui 9 official OTA but it went in erecovery bootloop and I dunno if it is possible to recover all data before wipe because i need them.

Mine says there are no projects available for my device. My Mate 20 Pro is a LYA-L29, currently on 9.1.0.320(C432E10R1P16) firmware.

Hello guys, I wrote to Oppo 3 days ago telling that I'm not happy at all with the lack of software update.
And they answer me.
This is what I wrote:
"Hello, my name is Lucas, I have the Oppo Find x, chinese version (PAFM00), for almost a year.
At first I was happy with the phone, but now I'm not happy at all with the software. It's unacceptable that we are still stuck in Android 8.0 !! Most of other companies are updating their phones (with similar release date than the Find X) to Android 10 !! I'm not even wanting Android 10, but at least Android 9 !! We' re talking about a phone that was released a year and a half ago and we are still with the same Android version!!
I have read in some forums that you have a trial version for some regions of the phone (India,for example), but I don't want a trial version, I want a stable version. I know T-Mobile is slow on the updates.. I usually get security patches, say Feb in March.. March will come in April. LOL

It's probably because of that Ram Plus option, which Samsung doesn't let us turn off. On Xiaomi i can at lest turn it off and phone instantly feels faster. It's unnecessary feature, and storage memory will never be as fast as Ram.
However my A52s doesn't feel slow at all on OneUi 4.0.
Haven't seen it here in the US yet

EEA roms(EUXM) are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation and in particular a volume limitation.
Stuff that is useless, decreed by self-proclaimed,who lives in another world.
I live in Europe and the first thing I do after unlocking the bootloader is to install a Global while waiting for a Xiaomi EU rom.
Never had any security and banking issues with a Global or Xiaomi Eu rom.

After the update, there was a problem with the camera. Even without pressing the record button, moving objects freeze for a split second. When recording video in all modes, the same problem, the recording is no longer smooth, the movement of the camera or the movement of objects is now jerky
