Att snapdragon note 20 5g SM-N981U bootloader and root - Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Questions & Answers

I bought a snapdragon 5g note 20 SM-N981U from att mobile can I unlock bootloader and root.
I tired by connecting to Odin. Odin don't see my phone.and i couldn't open oem key because the bootloader is locked and there isn't oem unlock key under the developer options

We do not support imei changing for any reason. It is illegal in most countries. And you won't find much help here.

Actually I want to get ride att applications and att css code how can I do that
I flashed another else css code and another stock rom comcast, revizion rom, combination rom didn't help
It's stay on the att css and att applications

possibly it is that you need to insert a sprint sim ? there will have much less apps??. I think you should use a sim of North American operators that are in the csc code to change the csc and rom .. have you tried?
