Random reboot, and can't factory reset

I just got my View 4G from 1saleaday.com a week ago, and it seems working fine for the first two days, but then it started to reboot by itself randomly, even when I let it idle. So I try the factory reset option, but then it just hang with a red ! in triangle screen. For the record, I didn't get it rooted or installing any custom ROM stuffs.
Then I get into the recovery screen, and it give me the option to wipe data and cache, but both are failed and keep saying can't mount something on E:.

The tablet still able to boot up, which I guess under the fast boot mode, but the random reboot just make it unusable. Not sure it is all related to the HoneyComb update or not, which is the first thing I did when I received my tablet.
Is there any thing I can do to fix it? Or my tablet is a defective unit and I should get it return?
Thanks for any help.
Tablet send back to seller for a replacement. Hope this solved the problem.

Yeah, I've been wondering this too. Its not like you can do a battery pull...
Did this happen after you flashed a new ROM or just randomly? Can you still boot into CWM? If so you should be able to fix it somehow. Worst case you could wipe data/factory reset and flash a new ROM. Or if you have a nandroid backup just restore it. If you can't get into CWM you could try ACMEInstaller.
Assumimg you just flashed it, and did so after wiping system or with a fresh system partition, try flashing the from a second time in cwm. Most of the recent CM9 builds need to be double flashed if system is empty.

But then do you have any kind of headphone or external playback devices linked to your phone?
If no, and if you have a custom recovery like TWRP, you may proceed to wipe cache and ART cache and reboot. See if it got back to normal.

I tried to wipe cache/dalvik-cache but it always failed. Im using stock mui 11.0.8 android 10. after i unlock my bootloader, flashed TWRP, then Flashed DFE and last magisk..then i want to try kernel but i cant wipe my cache/dalvik-cache. I think its encrypted but why? I already did flash DFE?
try this
1. poweroff for a while and boot in to recovery and try wiping
2. use pitchblack recovery as your handler https://sourceforge.net/projects/pitchblack-twrp/files/beryllium/
3. also you can try https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/development/recovery-twrp-3-3-1-beta01-touch-t3987567
i am using pitchblack and i am happy about it
if you know the encryption thing, flashing DFE is recomended but it will make your device unsafe to another level, encryption will be gone so anyone who can get hold your device can actually retrieve your data through recovery!
however if you don't flash DFE, you may loose your data because every flashing will reset the vendor keys and internalstorage will be formated
