I have Redmi note note 5 pro and I rooted my device successfully on the version miui 11.0.3.0 with twrp recovery
and after root my device is unable to connect with any pc and laptop (tried everything from trying on multiple pc to buying new usb cables)
But It doesn't bothered me so I did nothing about it...but yesterday I tried to update my device to version miui 11.0.5.0 using full recovery rom but due to that my root access is gone with installing stock recovery .
And now every time when I try to enter into fastboot mode, it is not detecting my device (I've tried installing fastboot adb drivers and once again tried changing usb cable but it still not detecting).
Please help me I only want to install any custom recovery which help me root my device
Device - Redmi Note 5 pro
Android version - 9
Miui version - 11.0.5.0
USB debugging is on
bootloader is unlocked

Hi all,
I have a rooted oneplus X with CM13 installed together with cyanogenmod recovery.
I update CM nightly build through the cyanogen update utility and then my phone would not boot.
I can boot to recovery mode and my phone is detected as unauthorized.
I can boot in fastboot mode but the device is not detected (I checked I had the correct drivers).
I then tried to sideload Oneplus ROM and CM13 ROM but it stops during the process. (device is recognized by adb as sideload).
Any ideas of what I could try ?
After a few hours I solved the issue by disabling windows 10 driver signature verification and selecting manually the Oneplus X USB driver. I was then able to flash TWRP in fastboot mode.
1. If mobile is not boot up after flashing new miui both stable or beta rom using fastboot or recovery(twrp)
Then check bootloader it will relock unlock it using offical method
It you had unlocked bootloader unofficial method
Then flash the new fastboot rom from edl
2.miflashtool not detect edl mode
It happen because of
No proper adb driver and usb driver(plz install it again)
All driver are install but still edl is not detect then use deep flash cable(it will detect it)

4, after updating from lollipop to Marshmallow
Fingerprint not work (plz setup fingerprint again)
Still not working or slow mobile or reduced sot
Plz factory reset(but remember your mi account password and backup your data and internal stroge)
5.can i flash miui 8 global beta MM to Miui 8 global stable MM 8.1.1.0 using twrp
Answer is yes (already tried) but don't try with miui 8 MM to LP
6 after every reboot fingerprint not working
Due to Google new policy you need to enter you password for 1st time every reboot

I have a Redmi 3 that was shipped with xiomi.eu ROM on Android 5.1, there was no OTA Update so I decided to go on a original rom.
Bootloader is locked btw.
Now I tried several ROMs (old developer to the newest) via Mi Flash, there is no issue while Flashing (= sucessful) but it never boots. Now its in a unstopable bootloop to the cable connect screen - but Mi PC Suite does nothing.
I also tried several versions of MiFlash 2015/2016.
I can still access Fastboot and EDL Mode.
What do I wrong, why does no ROM boot?

i tried to flash corvus os but earlier i wiped all my cache and storage using twrp. Now twrp is gone and my phone is in bootloop showing poco by xaiomi icon only..i tried to fastboot with miui again but miflash tool doesn't detect my phone..what should i do? please help

Install all the drivers. If it isn't detecting then there might be a driver missing. Use usb 2.0 ports and a PC with intel processor. Use ADB and fasboot tools to flash twrp recovery in fastboot.
try flashing rom with QFil , usually you will see port in Device manager in windows
Hi i recentli brick my phone. A put twrp recovery and instal android 8. After that got no sim card and wifi network. With update miui 10 global 10.12.20 beta i made to flash phone again and after that have no connection for fastboot. I would like to flash android 9 llineage but cant install twrp and when i put phone in fastboot mode nothing happens. I install every possible driver for device and adb and still nothing. Say waiting for device...
Please help. Only need somehow install twrp.....
