Verizion Ellipsis locked out after factory reset - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I had bought this tablet used with an existing google account on it. I was able to add my existing Google account to the tablet. Over the period of 4 months I've sent multiple emails to the address of the other Google account advising them that I purchased this used and if it was lost or stolen from them I would like to return it otherwise please remove your Google Account from it. I've had no response to the request.
I did a factory reset on the tablet and I get to the point where it wants me to sign in with a Google Account that was on the device before.
I tried to sign in with my Google Account, I get to the point where 2FA kicks in and I hit yes on my phone.
It then says Unable to sign in due to an unknown error and to wait 24 hours.
Any help on getting past this will be appreciated.

Couldn't retrive SoC ( chipset manufacturer ) of this Verizon Ellipsis 10 HD Tablet QTAXIA1, what must be known in order to remove a FRP lock, if ever possible.

According to GFX Bench https://gfxbench.com/device.jsp?benchmark=gfx50&D=Verizon+Qtaxia1&testgroup=info the SOC is SoC: MediaTek MT6755 (Cortex A53 - ARMv8)

Huawei P8 Lite - Wifi access point problem

Hello,
First of all, my phone is an Huawei P8 Lite ALE-21, bouth in September 2016, it's ROOTED, I've followed this thread to change the ROM : https://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/general/mega-thread-root-unbricking-updating-t3400994, to see if was changing anything... (nothing has changed I reassure you)
I'm getting a problem when I want to share my 4G/3G/2G connection to any devices with the Wifi access point :
Using the default parameters in the phone :
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The users can connect, get an IP, and communicate with others without any problems, but here comes the troubles ;
When the connected users want to use the Internet, they open a web browser page and, they are automatically redirected to this kind of page :
Yeah I'm French, but this is saying that "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHARING YOUR CONNECTION!", and I'm not hating capitalism but... I really want to find an other way instead of... PAYING.
This is what I tried :
1 - Changing the ROM to an official Huawei's one -> didn't worked
2 - Trying Cyanogen -> did not detected my SIM, so didn't worked
3 - Trying a dozens of application of transmitting the wifi -> didn't worked
This is what I'm thinking about:
1 - First option, the problem should come from the routing of my phone, which is maybe asking an new IP to the operator... Which has detected it. LUCK ! I'm rooted so in the theory I can break anything in my phone (Changing the Routing tables?).
2 - Second option, my operator HAS FULLY DISABLED THIS FEATURE TO EARN MORE AND MORE MONEY. Wrong, my old phone still can do it (Wiko IGGY) with my current SIM card.
What solution should work in any cases:
1 - Explode my phone into a wall
2 - Buy an IPhone 12
3 - Ask xda-developers who as SOO helped me before <3
I hope somebody has a solution... Else I think I will change my phone...
Thanks for helping me!

P20 lite ANE-LX1 C432 Test Point and Board Software

G’day Xda
As per a previous post of mine (https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p20-lite/help/help-error-mode-boot-loop-access-to-t3831058) I am attempting to revive my P20 lite.
This has turned into a bit of personal project for me so with that I’ll point out I am not interested in paying for any proprietary software or hardware that seems readily available. I am only making use of open source software and putting together my own hardware where I can.
Is there anyone who is able to advise me where on the main board (Pics attached) I can find the Test Point and if possible knows where I can get hold of a copy of the Board software/firmware (apparently this is different to the normal phone software which is readily available???)
Any help/clues/advice would be greatly appreciated.

It Is too late now I guess, but did you try to send the unopened phone to Huawei for a warranty replacement?
I am aware they don't replace phones that have been modded. But by the time you were receiving the upgrade system error I am sure there was no possible way to see if you caused the error or the phone did itself through some freak accident software bug.
do you still have phone with you?

How Can I Find 64 Letter Long Device ID?

Hey guys, firstly I'm new about Custom Roms so maybe I made a mistake sorry about that.
I'm trying to install TWRP on my LG L Bello(D331). When I look at LG developer's website they want my phones IMEI and Device ID(because if you open bootloader LG must send you a key and you can open). So When I look at my device ID it is 16 letters long. When I entered my device ID in the site, I see an error "device-id must be 64 characters long". So how can I find my 64 letters long Device ID? Sorry for my bad English.

Android_ID ( equivalent to device-id ??? ) what since Android 8.0 and higher versions is a 64-bit number (expressed as a hexadecimal string) is stored in Android's settings.db. If your phone is rooted, then you can retrieve it by means of ADB:
Code:
adb devices
adb shell settings get secure ANDROID_ID

my phone is only for android 5.0 . So does it means I can't open my phone's bootloader? Is there another way?

May be my code sample is also valid for Android 5: don't know it. Simply try it out Remember: Phone must be rooted!
BTW: In the world of Android the bootloader is that what in the world of Windows is the BIOS.

Bootloop/Black screen of death after flashing boot.img

Well, it's a bit of a long story, so I'll try to be as short as possible.
Last year, and after hours of searching on the internet, I found the solution for "Custom binary blocked by frp lock" on this forum (here and here). Both methods promised to fix the lock without erasing my data, but I decided to try the second one (it consists of reinstalling only the boot image with Odin).
Fortunately it worked for me on the first try, and since this method was not well known on the internet, I decided to make a video tutorial to help those who had the same problem and wanted to keep their data.
The fact is that, unfortunately, this method didn't work for everyone, and in many cases it generated bootloops or black screens of death.
And my question is: does anyone know what could be the cause of this?
I tested it on SM-J710MN and SM-G532M, both running Android Marshmallow, and the bootloops/black screens occurred on devices running Android 6, 7, 8 and (I guess) 9 and 10.
Starting with Android 6 FRP on any such Android device is automatically enabled once a Google account is logged in to a device. The only way to get rid of it is by removing the account from the device into which it has been synced.

Thanks for answering.
Maybe I did not express myself in the correct way, but actually I was referring to the block that does not even allow to boot the device and only shows words in red, as seen in this image.

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

}
But beyond that my question is about why does the bootloop or black screen happen after flashing the boot.img file? Does it have to do with a different/incompatible version of Android/binary/csc or something like that?

Try SamFW app. It has an option to reset FRP.
A search on YouTube would help as well.
if you have proof of ownership you can go to a Samsung service center, maybe they can help.....
