don't know why did you move from flagship f2 pro to mid tier x3 ?

Hi,
I would like to propose the creation of a central reference thread for each sub-forum within the X10mini/pro fora.
They would contain rules, how to search, basics, FAQs, links to rooting, tutorials/guides, mods, themes, apps,... with respect to the respective sub-forum.
To get an idea check e.g. Hero CDMA Android Dev.
This will hopefully
-help organizing the fora more clearly
-prevent the same questions coming up all over again
-provide a useful pool of up-to-date information for both new and experienced users
-reduce everyone's need to search for fundamental things
-negate the need to otherwise sticky so many threads that the fora are just becoming unclear and clogged
You would be responsible to propose threads kept for future reference.
Opinions pls.

i think we have a thread like the CDMA thread made by dettofatto. the only thing is that we have multiple threads on same topic which could be deleted
just checked them briefly and yes, very good and helpful, not stickied though
so referencing them would be a must but imo wouldn't contradict my proposal about the central thread...
still, that's just me and its about you...will therefore patiently wait for further comments on this

unfortunately happens regularly, excuses are manyfold and it would be naive to think this project will prevent it
still should be well worth the effort
cleanup and heavy thread shifting will be done anyway, already started but due to time restriction only on the dev fora...but will be continued

are accessories, t&a and so on so different that one cannot be used for/is incompatible to the other device?

I think that is fine and useful to put all important sw,updates and guides in same thread and link discussions only to this thread, of course then each sw has own discussions for help and experiences.

device specific we have the known two dev fora, one for e10i and one for u20i and I don't think I can convince admin to create another one for shared development
not that I don't see the potential advantage, but I assume "misuse" would dominate so I'm fine as it is
still I also considered it wise to provide a place to collect development results of any kind usable on both devices
so alternately you have to specify dual usage in the thread title and we can also create an additional thread with references on that
reaching certain criteria a separate Q&A can be added, which I personally like very much and will address to admin immediately when a fore mentioned criteria are fulfilled
so as mentioned we are bound to the general forum layout, but what we might achieve could be like this:
*general
---->tutorials/findings/configuration/requests/FAQs/troubleshooting/references/how to/etc
---->e.g. separate thread like "newbies questions here"
---->OT chat thread if you like

By official it means it's a a group I (not my first day on XDA) made here, with people from here.
With devs, that cook the roms, with designers who make themes, who posts here on Xda.
The other 2 (only which I found, I searched) are:
1) Inactive without replies and you can say an outdated one.
2) Which has been posted yesterday by GMattZ, but as I can see and feel it's not right, it's a group from Reddit, they just post the link today.
Maybe I take it a bit personal, but it doesn't seem right to me.
* With this said, I would love to ask from you to make it an official thread which me and @customworx (other old Xda member) will maintain.
Thanks in advance and sorry if mistakes have been made.

By using the official tag in the title you're suggesting that this group is representative of, and an official work of XDA, which it isn't. I have no issues with you creating the group, but please remove the official tag from the title, it's misleading, and you don't have the right/status to claim that this is an official XDA project.
PS. Are you sure you're tagging the right person? @customworx has only been a member for a few months and has zero posts.

It's impossible for "official" TWRP until someone fixes decryption for stock ROM, that's a requirement.
I tried, wasted too many days and gave up. FBE is better anyway.
send a device to @Dees_Troy and you will get official TWRP.
Also, why create a discussion thread in the dev sub-forum?
If you did it post it otherwise show some respect for Dev. Till they provide.

People have requested this in the relevant section already, still nothing is done. The device is now launched also as the Poco f2 pro and becoming more popular, can you advise if we should receive a section for our k30 pro.
Obviously nobody reads this, pretty poor on xda's part with not replying to our requests. Not asking much.
Absolute ridiculous this xda behaviour, this phone already launched globally as POCO F2 and chinese version have 2 months old and still no forum...

However, I've read all the requests in this thread for that device that I personally don't know. As far as I know it's not available in my country and I believe not in Europe at all. As such I'm personally unable to assess it's popularity. In the other thread, you're complaining that nobody reads you post but you just pinged me in the middle of the night.
And despite all the different time zones, if I or any other of my moderator mates are mentioned or quoted we'll certainly read what is posted. If we aren't pinged please do not expect that we scan every of the currently 35.5 million threads if a moderator has been addressed.

Hi, the device is released in China as the k30 pro and Globally as the Poco f2 pro so it is a pretty popular device, I am not aware where you are located and sent this to you at a reasonable time from the U.K. My apologies this came to you during the night as that was not my intention. I appreciate that this might be above your pay grade, so could you forward this onto however can look into the matter and consider the section on XDA. Users have been asking and posted the requests in the correct and relevant forums. The posts are being ignored and no feedback is given.

I personally think it's the wrong conclusion if you take possible different timezones and personal habits into consideration. Actually for this reason, we ask in the XDA rules for a 24 hours span before a post or question is bumped.
I fully concur that you and others have made the request for a forum in the absolutely correct thread (here). I'm convinced that our admins have noted each one of them but nowhere a promise is given that a forum will be created.
I tried to search for already created threads regarding this device, and I wasn't really successful. A place where such threads could be created exists and is heavily in use for all the devices that don't have an own forum: Android Development and Hacking and its sub-fora for guides, tipps, questions, development and much more. Activity could certainly support the establishment of an ET and maybe in turn of a full device forum.
Hi all, I have a k30 pro zoom edition for 4 weeks right and I am surprised that there are not any dedicated resources. Aside xda that seems to ignore this device do you know about other resources?

Not everywhere available, but it has been announced and shops are slowly offering them and the chinese variant is available since like 2 months, which is basically the same phone under different name.
And because it is the successor of the Pocophone F1 and at the same time the K20 Pro it's pretty weird that the xda stuff didn't hear about it, because it's quite popular.
