hello people. first i'm sorry for my english. i always went to the site but the first time i create an account here this and my first post i'm sorry if i did something or if it is in the wrong place. I have the device listed in the title I would like to know if there is any custom recovery for it and especially some custom rom or if something is being developed for this device. since already thank you very much
Todo sobre TWRP y ROM del Moto e6s. All about TWRP and ROM of the Moto e6s
In spanish
¡Hola!
In english:
Hello! I have the same device and as much as I have searched there is no TWRP compatible version, regarding the ROM, you can look for some GSI how it is: https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/releases/tag/v222
You must download the version that says arm32_binder64-ab. There are several versions, one with GApps, one without GApps and one in "Go" version.
There is also a GSI version of Lineage OS: https://sourceforge.net/projects/andyyan-gsi/files/lineage-17.x/
In this one you must download the version that says: treble_a64_bvS
Here is the forum with all the GSIs that might work for you: https://forum.xda-developers.com/project-treble/trebleenabled-device-development
Just make sure you download the one that says "a64 bv" or "a64 AB", or "arm32_binder64-AB" as they are compatible with this device, you choose if you want a GApps version or not. I recommend downloading the Android 10 versions because they are more stable and this device being low-end may serve better.
From what I've read, most GSIs are based on the one in the first link I gave you, so I recommend to try that one first to see if it works.
I don't know if these versions will work since I haven't tried them, since for more security I'm waiting for a version of TRWP to come out so I can avoid possible errors and it's easier. So I don't take any responsibility for damages caused to the cell phone or for being unusable.
Any news about TWRP for Moto E6s?
waiting too.

wait how did you unlock through fastboot? mine cant do it
i'd get the boot/recovery from the firmware files here instead of playing with spft, only use that if you really cant get fastboot to work. the scatter file will be in the firmware files as well

can you create twrp with no recovery though?
glad you got root! so what are your steps to unlock boot loader? I'm still stuck there. fast boot doesn't allow me to run the oem unlock command. or did you just patch boot and flash with spft without unlocking the boot loader?

You cannot disable this because your bootloader is locked. You have to sign the update.zip then install it. Here in XDA you can find a program who sign files!
Motorola is doing this in the devices, and it's pretty difficult install update.zip!
Thanks for your reply, I understand better.
I have build an update.zip from an other. I've signed my zip witgh autosign or Sign++ but this don't work.
Where is the problem ?

Maybe the problem is how you signed it. Try changing the sign using another program. What are you going to flash, anyway?
With a locked bootloader the only update zips that will work are ones signed by your phones OEM. To flash anything else you will need a modded recovery image and unlocked bootloader.

Thats the thing You cant sign it. The only sig that it will accept is one from your OEM. You will need to make or find a custom recovery img for your device. That is one of the issues with getting a off brand device not alot of people here work on China based devices due to them not being available everywhere and some of them not having official Android versions

Thanks for your help.
I have seen the post of snakeman before but I'm a beginner and I don't see what on this post can to hep me (sorry for my ignorance).
I'have found this (gp32spain bitrider G18) :
I have recovered boot.img and system.tar . I can to do something with that ?
EDIT : How can I make a custom recovery img ?
There is a way to find the official keys with an other sign method ?
This Tutorial I'm doing to get root on our device, I know there are several similar threads, so I gathered the information from them, I've done this post to achieve it in a way easier and faster, without the need to search for thread by thread.
First of all you have to download the files; I leave the official threads, followed by their download links
ADB
Thread: Minimal ADB and Fastboot
ADB Portable
Drivers Motorola

Steps:
¬ Download the files, (Put them in an accessible and fast place, the desk would be good)
¬ Unzip the archives
¬ Copy the files to a single folder (where is the adb)
¬ We open the cmd (you execute the app that is in the folder)
¬ You connect the phone in Quick Start mode (Vol minus + off)
¬ Write this but without the quotes "fastboot oem get_unlock_data"
¬ You will see something in the cmd, copy it in the notebook, Pegua the 5 output lines in a continuous string without (boot manager) or 'INFO' or blanks. It should look like this: 0A40040192024205 # 4C4D355631323030373731363031303332323239 # BD008A672BA4746C2CE02328A2AC0C39F951A3E5 # 1F5328000200000000000000000000000000
¬ We go to the Motorola page, we start session.
¬ We paste the code in step number 6, and we give the blue button
¬ In case it works, we accept terms and conditions
¬ You open your email (With which you started session) you should have received an email from Motorola with a code
¬ Now go back to the cmd and paste this: fastboot oem unlock "you paste your code that came" and hit enter, and put the same again to confirm

Instalelo
Reinicie
Ya tienes Root

can't root motorola g6 plus (xt-1926-3)
I have a Motorola moto g6 plus (XT1926-3). And i've been trying to root it. I'm trying to unlock my bootloader but , whenever i go into fastboot mode.
Suddenly my phone isn't detected by either fastboot or adb. When i'm using my phone normally it gets detected by adb and not fastboot. I have tried to install the usb drivers by installing Motorola device manager but, i hear a Windows error sound when it gets to step 2 and just hangs on the last few percentile of step 2. I also tried to install the drivers from a site called Motorolausbdriver but then the installation hangs at about 60%. To anyone willing to help me, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I DO!!!
No scam frlfrl. Read this carefully. Any cv1 device including this one is eligible to root. It's an LG X210 also known as cv1. So it's firmware is the same but it's a different carrier. The LG Aristo 2, LG Aristo 2+, LG K8+, and the LG Pheonix 4 are all cv1. Previously it was thought that only LG Aristo 2, 2+ and K8+ were the only cv1 devices, but now thanks to AustinGarrick1818, we have now relized that our cv1 TWRP can be used for the LG Pheonix 4 and of cource your LG K9!
I will post a root method soon for all of the cv1 devices.

Well since I don't have the device I'm going to need testers to tell me if it works or not.
Method 1:
1. Developer Options
The bootloader should be locked, but you can OEM unlock it in developer settings. Most everyone should know how but just in case goto Settings -> About and find Build Number. Click it 5-6 times and Developer Options should show up in settings.
Goto Developer Option and enable OEM Unlock and usb debugging.
2. ADB Drivers
If you already have adb drivers on your computer just restart your device and plug it into your PC. Open a command prompt in you adb folder and type in "adb devices". If you don't you will need to install ADB Drivers from another forum and do the same as everyone else. You will need to give authorization to USB Debugging once you type in adb devices. If it shows unauthorized then type in adb reboot fastboot. This should prompt that debugging authorization on screen. Click Allow and you device should reboot to fastboot mode. If this doesn't work goto Method B(Bottom of Post)
3. Fastboot
Fastboot should and most likely will come with the ADB Drivers. Instead of using adb we use fastboot commands. So type in fastboot devices to check that your device is connected. If it shows that it is connected then you can move on to the next step.
4. OEM Unlock
From the command prompt type "fastboot oem unlock" or "fastboot flash unlock". This will erase you data but once it's done you will need to do it again because the userdata partition and cache will be encrypted. Type "fastboot erase userdata" and "fastboot erase cache". Move on to step 5 if it works. If this doesn't then go to Method B.
5. Installing TWRP
Download this and install it by typing "fastboot flash recovery TWRP-3.2.3.0-cv1.img". If it works type "fastboot reboot recovery".
Method 2
Note: This is what might have to happen for TWRP to be installed
1. Basic Information
The fastboot partition might be encrypted, adb might not reboot to fastboot, and or fastboot isn't install TWRP.
2. Fix(ANOTHER NOTE: I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BRICKS)
Power off your phone. Boot into download mode by holding the Volume UP and plugging the device into your PC. You'll need LG UP, to install the Aristo Firmware. Theoretically the cv1 devices are the exact same build as one another just under different carrier names
and build numbers. So flashing the LMX210MAK10 firmware should fix it. Download it and flash it then go back to method 1 to try again.
If you have any questions or comment quote my method and let me know further issues.

Hilo: Minimal ADB and Fastboot
ADB Descarga Directa
Drivers
Y de paso los BootLogos
Instalador Automatico BootLogo (Blanco y Negro)

Hi Everyone, This is the update process to Android Pie (Soak Test)
This would not be possible without the support and collaboration of the members of the "evert" group
"We can do all things together"
First of all, we must have the Unlocked Bootloader which can be obtained from any of these two Post
Unlock Bootloader (English & Español)
Preparing-to-unlock-bootloader-t3854240
Then download the Stock Rom with the compilation: OPWS27.113-89-2
Download
Download the Ota's files
Download
Let's not forget the ADB files and Motorola Drivers
Thread: Minimal ADB and Fastboot
ADB Direct Download
Drivers
And of course the BootLogos
BootLogo Automatic Installer (Black and White)
Once with all the files already downloaded, we proceed to put them into a single folder, so they can be used more quickly.
Unzip ROM 89-2, and adb in a single folder
Run the File " flash rom.bat
Connect the phone in fastboot mode and wait
We skipped all the configuration without allowing you to connect to the Internet
Unzip the zip with the otes and pass the largest file 27 .----- to the phone's memory
We go to Apps permissions -> Storage -> Show System -> Activate, deactivate and activate "Motorola Update"
We should see the update menu, if not, let's go to updates and it will appear
We let it install and restart
Now we put the other files in the internal memory and automatically the updates will be detected, installed and now.
After installing all the updates, we do a hard reset.
If we want to remove the announcement from Bootloader, unzip the zip with the Logos and choose the white or black and execute the corresponding ".bat" (Important not to use it before or give an error in the update process)
Root:
We got it with Magisk
We pass the zip to the external memory (the internal one is encrypted) and we put the phone in fastboot mode
Download the Recovery and execute it
Download TWRP executable
We install the Zip and reboot, in case it presents errors or does not appear we repeat the previous step.

Thank you. I'm downloading and I will test it. I hope it will work.
I put a massive warning out here for anyone that's going to install this. First of all, with the public version rollout probably very soon, you should ask if it's worth it to install the soak because you have to go back to stock oreo for the official pie ota.
But aside from that, i'm putting a warning here as there have been people bricking their device with the soak.
Obviously, bricking is always a risk factor when your flashing things but i don't know if there will eventually be a fix for those that end up bricked. Do with your device whatever you want but keep this in mind. Yes you get stock pie with soak, but consider if the risk taken is worth the gain.

Hello, what firmware version were you on? I'm on 89-5 and I'm not sure if downgrading to 89-2 can cause bricks
I was having trouble rooting this new phone, namely the phone being unable to connect to magisk recovery after root.
Does anyone have any clue or successful experiences,as this phone is relatively new?
pretty sure the phone does not have a snapdragon processor, as it was bought in Singapore.

Phone's SoC is a 2GHz octa-center MediaTek Helio P65 processor, it runs on Android 10.
Magisk isn't a Custom Recovery you can boot into, but a framework that allows you to modify the Andoid system. You can use Magisk to root phone's Android.

Hi! Was it for Samsung SM-A315G ?

Hey buddy, in case you are still looking how to root the Galaxy A31:
How to Root any Samsung device via Magisk and Odin
In thios guide, we will show you the steps to root any Samsung device via Magisk and Odin by flashing the magisk_patched.tar file.
www.droidwin.com
Basically, the process consist of the following steps:
1. Download stock firmware and extracting the AP file.
2. Copying AP file to any android phone and patch it using Magisk Manager (no root needed here)
3. Copying the patched AP file (probably the output will be a .TAR) again to the PC.
4. Flash the patched AP file via Odin
