Nokia 7.1 after RMA flashlock, no recovery - Nokia 7.1 Questions & Answers

Hey guys,
so I got a Nokia 7.1 that has once been returned to the vendor after an upgrade failed.
My plan was to unlock the bootloader and flash TWRP - easy enough.
However I can't check "OEM Unlock" in developer options. It's simply greyed out.
I also can't enter any sort of recovery mode, it gives me the usual background for recovery (the android with its belly opened) and only says "No command". It then proceeds to reboot after ~15 seconds.
I cant enter the bootloader or download mode with hardware keys at all, gotta do it via ADB.
Long story short: I want to flash TWRP but I obviously can't get rid of the flashlock and neither can I wipe cache or data to reset it.
I've read about reasons for the OEM unlock being greyed out. Without going into details I got two Nokia 7.2 where I am able to OEM unlock, so I really don't think locale or vendor is blocking it.
Got any ideas?

Bootloader must be unlocked, see this . OEM Unlock doesn't work on 7.1.

Letv Le2 Pro X620 Not Booting after custom rom upgrade- Please Help

Hi to all,
I have a question about my device.
I hope that I have posted this correctly; if not please accept my apologies.
I have a Letv Le 2 Pro X620. This has the MTK CPU (not snapdragon).
The phone had the stock ROM on it with EUI and it got the updates.
In the last update about a month ago, Google Service stopped working; and I therefore wanted to flash a different ROM on to fix that; as well as to finally get rid of the chinese apps which annoyed me.
SO I downloaded a ROM from XDA https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-2/development/rom-lligera-t3538654 (thanks).
The device was unrooted and had the stock recovery.
I used the basic adb and fastboot command prompt applications. I already enabled developer mode in the phone and had also enabled debugging and unlocking boot loader.
In the adb/fastboot I entered the command to unlock "fastboot oem unlock" and "fastboot oem unlock go". IT would confirm and complete and then I went onto flash the recovery.
HERE IS WHERE THINGS DIDNT GO AS EXPECTED.
And I ended up doing this multiple times (i.e oem unlocking, and flashing recovery)
I tried using TWRP twrp-3.2.1-0-s2; and also downloaded a pack "Le2RootMegaPack" which had Letv-X620-Twrp-3.0.2-0 .
IT would complete successfully; but on reboot I would get an error message like "Orange State. Your phone can not be trusted" (this is not the exact message but close to it).
The message only seemed to come once as if I restarted it would disappear.
When I went back to fastboot it would say locked until i did over the fastboot oem unlock command (in other words I had to unlock everytime).
Also when I go to reboot; something about "Lock" would come in the command prompt statuses just before it rebooted.
It seems like the bootloader kept getting locked again.
So I could not boot into TWRP.
I then tried using the "fastboot boot xx.img" command which after several attempts and variations worked.
I flashed the Letv-X620-Twrp-3.0.2-0 and then "fastbook boot" booted from ANOTHER version of TWRP (as it would not boot using that same TWRP).
Then when the phone was about to restart I held up the volume up button and it booted to TWRP.
(That recovery (which I booted from) was from the ROM LeEco+x620+CM13+Rom+v145+by+Kangburra which I also downloaded from XDA.)
However the touch screen wouldnt work and I had to use a USB mouse (using the adaptors/OTG cable) and was able to control the phone in the TWRP.
I wiped the dalvik and cache and loaded the rom and it completed. then it asked to reboot which i did; and then it just wouldnt start.
The present status is that there is nothing on the Phone. I cannot boot to recovery nor to fastboot.
The only reaction I get from the phone is if I plug in a USB cable (charger). I have it plugged into the PC and the PC sound for when a device is plugged in and the sound for when a device is plugged out plays rapidly within 2-3 seconds (ie it connects/disconnects quickly).
The adb/fastboot commands do NOT work. The computer does not include it in devices etc.
I would therefore be grateful if I can have some assistance. I would like the phone to work again (obviously).
Thank you for your time.

EMUI 4.1 Huawei Sensa H715BL boot loader

Has anybody ever gotten this boot loader to unlock on this specific model ? Ive been trying for days and I have the unlock code that DC unlocker furnished. ADB keeps saying failed and it sees my device. It has a funny boot loader with limited options, not like your normal boot loader. I would really like to unlock it and install twrp. Ive had great success with other phones and tablets but this one here is a booger. Any feed back or solutions would be great. Love this phone.just not EMUI...
Huawei Sensa on sale for $19.99 Refurb
I am looking for the same answers. I bought 5 of these phones at $20 each refurbed. I would like to use them for fun/stupid projects. Root would be required for some of my projects. TWRP would be very nice as well. If any one has any insight. I got on huawei support chat. They claim it is a Snapdragon 615 Soc , it is underclocked to 1.2Ghz to keep the heat issues to a minimum.

This phone have a root method ? H715BL version
ANYONE ?
Same question here. I got as far as getting a boot unlock code. I can't seem to get into fastboot. Oem Unlock is turned on. I did Volume down+Power from off, and I tried Volume down + inserting usb cable. No luck. I also ran the adb command "reboot bootloader". Still no fastboot.
When I run fastboot command while in the screen with the little android (volume down + Power) the phone is listed but "fastboot oem unlock" fails as an unknown command.
Do we really need to unlock the bootloader for root? Isn't it just for Twrp? I can do without Twrp since I'll have other rooted backup methods. I'll try a few root apps and see I guess.
gggirlgeek::: how did you manage get bootloader unlock code
To unlock bl need latest platform tool sdk to send fastboot commands

Please use latest platform sdk tools and run fastboot from there
Gggirlgeek:: Maybe fastboot reboot recovery … then from recovery reboot bootloader. I guess it can work just that i not have unlock code yet

Nokia 1 (TA-1047) "No Command" screen and OEM unlocking issue

Hi, My Nokia 1 (TA-1047) is now in "No Command" mode.
I installed TWRP recovery previously and tried to root but failed. Then I installed stock recovery and phone started normally. As the phone started normally, I locked OEM through Fastboot mode and disabled OEM unlocking from "Developer Option".
But while installing "system update" from "Settings", it showed error and went to "No Command" mode.
Now I'm unable to flash anything through Fastboot mode because the OEM is locked. Also I'm unable to change OEM unlocking from "Developer Option" as the phone is not starting.
Is there any option to unlock OEM without the help of "Developer Option"?

Edit. Okay, ignore most of what i said down there as after re-reading your post you seem to have a grasp on fastboot, the no command bit still applies though i think
"No Command" mode
If your talking about the recovery with the android image in the background, then there might still be hope, for some reason, the recovery starts up in this mode, showing the "no cammand" message, its fiddly, but you have to press the power button and either volume up or volume down repeatedly, in the end i was button spamming all the buttons and eventually the recovery menu showed up. Carefull to stop pushing buttons when the menu shows up as the buttons are how you navigate(v+,v-) and choose options(power button)
Whether that gives you any options i dont know, you could try a factory reset from the recovery menu, i suppose, or try the posted ota in the other thread if nokia has`nt released official firmware, although im not sure if you can use stock recovery to flash unofficial firmware, best bet is to try and boot into fastboot and use adb on another computer to flash the firmware that way, assuming the firmware files are available.
Most android devices have a way to boot into recovery or fastboot/bootloader using hardware keys
Quick google found this (works?)
Power off
Connect Micro USB to computer.
"In the next step hold down Volume Down + Power key for a short while"
Let go of the buttons when fastboot comes up
Using the computer with adb installed, go to a command terminal and type "fastboot devices" without quotes, you`ll know everythings working if your the device is listed in terminal after typing that command. From there look up fastboot flashing firmware or something to that extent, this is assuming you managed to find the correct firmware for your device and have it stored in your computer
I`d be real carefull here with fastboot, flashing wrong image file could make things much worse, at least it seems you can boot to recovery, so hopefully a factory reset fixes things, use fastboot as last resort i.e if its new job is a paperweight, as i dont think theres any particular guide on doing this specifically for the nokia 1, but i havent checked thouroughly so i could be wrong, take a look and see..............
And let us know if/how you managed to get it working
Goodluck

Any way to hardreset a bootloader locked LG G5 with fast boot?

Hey everyone,
I have an LG G5 and I'm trying to hardreset it. I can't turn it on because it always goes into "incompatible module" mode, telling me to change the battery. The power button also doesn't work anymore.
I have however managed to get it into fast boot mode. From there I tried to use
Code:
fastboot erase userdata
but it says that the bootloader is locked. I checked with LG and they said that my particular phone (from Australia) can't officially be unlocked.
Now I'm looking for a way to either unofficially unlock it or to wipe all data with fast boot without having to unlock it. I can't use adb because it somehow doesn't recognize my phone, fastboot does. Alternatively a way to prevent it from going into "incompatible module" mode and to start it regularly would help as well.
Thanks,
Josh

Question Stuck in fastboot mode

Hello everybody,
My phone's battery died and I charged it. When I tried to turn it on, I saw this screen. I've tried clicking on the options but it's stuck in a loop and I don't understand what's happening.
If anyone has experienced this issue before, I'm reaching out for your help. Please assist me.
Flashing factory firmware in fastboot might be the only option. Doing such will wipe everything on your device though!

Since your bootloader is locked the only way to flash the OS is to sideload the Full OTA via ADB or use Pixel Flasher to sideload it. If you happen to have OEM Unlocking enabled in Developer Options you can use Android Flash Tool as that will unlock your bootloader as long as OEM Unlocking is enabled. If it isn't, sideloading the OTA will be the only way to reinstall your OS to hopefully get you out of this.

Oops! You are right, mate.
Hello so I am stuck here
When I go to Android Flash Tool it's says :
"Device Unlock DisabledFor security reasons, you need to enable "OEM unlocking" in order to flash your device. "
And when I tape in CMD the command "faastboot falshing unlock" it says
"FAILED (remote: 'flashing unlock is not allowed')
fastboot: error: Command failed"
Is there a way to unlock the devices states I have seen a video when
when a guy is using a unlock.bin he download at LG offcial site. Does Google have an alternative where can I download this type of file for my Pixel 6.
Google doesn't have an alternative. If you can't flash the OTA, and apparently you can't because OEM unlocking wasn't enabled in developer options, you need to get a hold of Google and explain your situation to them. You'll likely have to send it back to them, if able to do so.
You can't enable OEM unlock by fastboot/recovery.
Can you boot into recovery?
If yes, then this is your only way out!

Use image of OTA, not Full!

Unfortunately, it is not possible as my phone is showing that it is locked and I am unable to access the settings to unlock the OEM, since I am stuck in fastboot mode. Guess it's dead only if there is a way to unlock the OEM without going to setting.

You misunderstood!
You don't get to do anything from fastboot with OEM locked.
I asked if you can enter RECOVERY mode?
If yes, then visit the link I shared.
btw, why on earth you are flashing 'adb'?

Unfortunately, when I go into recovery mode, it keeps looping back to the original screen in an infinite loop.
I lost hope and went to a repair shop, but they told me to contact Google. The customer service will send me a package to return my phone. I didn't know that the OEM was so important, I will activate it next time. Tanks for your helps ...
